I'm so disappointed from my order that I had tonight on January 9th at 9:15 p.m. I ordered a Bubba's bacon burger and a black and blue burger and I requested four times on the telephone order to make my Burgers well-done and the young lady with the braids in her hair that had a few akward colors did not do a good job with taking the order over the phone. She was not familiar with the menu and could not tell me my total and could not tell me when the food would be ready then when I picked up my order. I still had to wait and she had me check my own order instead of her checking the order in front of me. She didn't even offer sauce with my onion rings. I had to request the Bubbas sauce.The customer service here is terrible I don't know if it's because they hire young teenagers but they can do better. I'm so disappointed that both of my burgers were medium-rare and I would never eat a medium-rare Burger I wasted almost $30 on my order the only thing that was good was the fries and onion rings. I wish I could get a refund however it's too far for me to drive all the way back I don't stay near the location I'm totally disgusted at this moment. read more

Excellent service food was delicious. Went here new years eve. Manager stopped by 3 times to check on us on top of server. Will be back. The Philly Cheesesteak was awesome. Overall very impressed with service and food. Prices were decent as well. read more

My first time at Bubba's 33 was ok. The fried pickles were defined as "crispy fried pickles" but fell short. The fried pickles were very soggy and full of oil at the bottom of the plate. The burger was cooked perfect but lacked seasoning all the way through. Every component that was placed on the burger was tasteless ie guacamole,sauce, and meat patty. Also the meat patty to bun ratio was HORRIBLE more meat than bun. I got buffalo wings and asked for them cooked well done. They were not cooked well done at all and had them sent back to the kitchen. The waitress just took the wings and not the fries as well. I had to tell the waitress to take the fries too to have them recooked because of course they would be cold by the time the wings were done. I then received better cooked wings (not perfection but could work with it). Lastly I ordered the mud pie which was good. read more

Bubbas has always been a spot me and my people like to go to. My only problem w this place is the bartender!! I wish I knew her name so I could address her correctly, but ol girl w the brown curly hair and red highlights is a terrible bartender The 1st time I had her taking care of me, I thought she was just having a bad day. But the 2nd time was worse. She dont care to check up on you, dont count her pours, is either on her phone or talking to a friend that came to visit her (which is fine, but her tables are the ones making her money). I'm a bartender myself at a similar restaurant, and coming here makes me feel like im wasting money. read more

I am so happy to find a Bubba's 33 in the DFW area. I first found out about this gem of a franchise In Amarillo on vacation. When they say burgers, pizza, and beer are their specialities..they aren't lying! I've had many a burgers and Bubba's made our entire table gawk in awe to its juicy goodness! My favorite is the bacon burger with an added jalapeño puck, onion rings in place of fries. Don't know what a jalapeño puck is? TRY IT!! It's a cream cheese patty with diced jalapeño deep fried. It's so good. We brought a large group in over this weekend for a birthday lunch. Most of our party had never been to a Bubba's before so I was excited to share its wonders! They accommodated us by allowing us to make a reservation to seat 10. My only "complaint" would be that they don't have really have seating to accommodate larger groups. We sat in the dinning area that had two large booths near each other. It worked for us but wasn't the best for conversation. Our waitress was excellent she was peppy and made the entire lunch pleasant with our many orders and request. If your in the area this is a place you don't want to miss. Not only are the burgers good but so is the pizza. It reminds of NY style pizza. It's really great! read more

We love Bubbas 33. The service is great and we love our server Kayla. The food here is PHENOMENAL and we are definitely making this one of our family nights out. The place has over 50 wide screen tv's and it is a lively crowd. There is an outdoor patio that is ideal for a large crowd. Once you eat here, you will want to keep coming back for more. I had seen Bubba's 33 many times and always wanted to try it, but wasn't the best time. Today we happened to be shopping right by it, and it was lunch time. We decided to try it for lunch. This place did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and attended to our needs. Our server met us at our table in less than a minute, greeted us and took our drink order. Within three minutes our drinks were delivered. We actually had to have him come back a little later to take our food order, simply because we were still browsing the menu. My wife ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and I ordered the Sunrise burger. The food came out rather quick, and was hot and delicious. Bubba's 33 is a fantastic place. 3 stars because the food is good but there was a situation today I felt could have been handled better. I ordered a pizza and enjoyed it and went to pay. The waitress came back and timidly told me that my debit card was declined. I knew that there was money in my account and something was wrong. She told me she ran it twice and I was visibly upset and she brought the manager over. He was nice but proceeded to tell me there could be a bunch of reasons my card was declined not due to insufficient funds and that others had no problem with their cards that morning. Ran again and declined . I then asked them to please try one of my credit cards and it was declined and I knew no way was that possible. He told me I should call my bank but I suggested something was wrong with their system and he went to go check and sure enough it was on their end. Here is where the experience could have been made better- he just told me he was sorry and ran my debit card in some sort of override mode. I would have been pleased and would return again if he would have at least offered my meal discounted or comped for the panic he had set me off in. My bill was only $12. He was not rude but a good manager would have seen the opportunity to keep a customer coming back. Update- each time they ran my card saying it was "declined" they ran a preauthorization from my bank for the amount. I will have to wait a few days for it to catch up and correct itself. The absolute WORST service in the industry. Those people doing the grunt work have apparently been told to not give a darn about the customers. I have been there twice and both times I was disrespected and treated like I was some 3rd rate citizen from another planet. The management is worst than the minions. I complained to a manager about the service and she blew it off like she didn't care and there was nothing I could say to make her care. I won't go back there EVER again and I suggest no one else go there either. Their sister company Texas Roadhouse has every bit as bad service as 33's does. read more

Love this spot! I had the spicy habanero burger (if you're into spicy this is a good pick)! I asked for sweet potato fries with my burger, which were deliciously seasoned! For appetizer we had their chips and queso, so creamy even the chips are seasoned. We like this place a lot , we usually go for burgers and to have a couple drinks. The last two times we went the food was not cooked right (burgers not fully cooked at all) and the service was a lot slower.
