Cicis is what it claims to be. Pizza of many varieties like pepperoni both cup and regular, white pizza, plain cheese and my favorite taco pizza. I had to ask but they made it fast and brought it to table. Salad bar was very basic, but also very clean. Good enough to fulfilly salad craving. This Cicis has a large gameroom for the kids. I didn't venture inside, due my kid being all grown up, but kids seemed satisfied with the offerings. So its a good thing to chill eat some pizza, play games and just have some wholesome family fun. read more

Very bad customer service. Employees were wrapping up things early and would not provide service for a to go order. Online advertises they close at 10PM & so does their window times. Even as a buffet, CiCi's Pizza feels very clean and safe. Guests can serve themselves for the pizza, but employees will dish up pasta and salad for you. The pizza is really good! A few slices may sit out too long which is totally normal for a buffet. Overall, the pizza is delicious and the employees do their best to keep everything clean. Only thing I noticed is that pizza was being put away 10minutes before closing. I'm sure guests would have enjoyed pizza even during those last few minutes. read more

My boyfriend and I visited at 9:30 yesterday. The cashier informed us that they had closed down the pasta station prior to paying, which sucked because that was half the reason we'd gone, but was understandable because it was so close to 10. We were ready to walk away, but the manager, Ramiro, offered to cook up one of those to go containers of pasta for us. Then he asked us what our favorite pizza was and made one fresh, even though they'd stopped making pizzas for the night. He didn't have to do any of that, obviously, as we'd come in pretty late, but that's why it was so cool that he did. Wasn't our first time visiting, we've eaten there a few times and it's been good every time, but we really appreciate how Ramiro took care of us and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. read more

This is our favorite Cici's and we used to come all the way out from Richardson before the pandemic. I ordered take out today and appreciated the measures they've taken against COVID-19 like bringing the food out to the cars. The pizza was good, although nothing beats the dine in experience. However, my cinnamon rolls were burnt so that kind of put a damper on my evening. All in all, I'd recommend this place but take out isn't their strongest suit. read more

It's like someone gave a pizza shop to a bunch of uneducated teenagers and Let them run a muck and boy does it show. Poorly executed pizza is a waste. Service is fast....to take your Money. Slow at everything else. I never had to wait 35 minutes for a pepperoni to be placed just to watch it disappear into greedy handed hungry starved people who ouch elderly people out the way. The place wouldn't be so bad if they trained their workers to run like a TEAM and not like so disorganized gang of thugs with no kind of respect. The place is dirty beyond normal. This restaurant is a local staple for me in Mesquite. Been coming here sense I was a youngster. Cicis has done a ton of fund raisers for MISD schools. This place is usually packed around lunch and dinner every night of the week. The staff is friendly and they try there best to keep the place clean but they are high volume so that's hard. Managers hear are always super friendly. Now I will be honest the food is just ok. But for the price to feed your whole family for a more then fair price you can't beat Cicis for the value you get. read more

Definitely as good as it gets for fast pizza. We were in the area playing paint ball and stopped at this location. I had 6 teenage boys in tow and I was very impressed with the buffet. Pizza just kept coming, so many different selections, and hot! The salad bar was stocked and the dressing tasted fresh. Very friendly staff as well and they were quite busy on a early Sunday evening.. Store felt clean. Wish this location was closer to our house! I been coming to this location for some time now and the food has always been great. The staff is always friendly and great customer service. I was there at around 2 pm and it appeared they had a large to go order and the whole team in the back worked so hard and well together (like clock wise) including the shift leader (young man in grey shirt). on 7/24 I placed a to go order for 2 doz cinnamon rolls, when I picked up the cashier did open box to verify order was correct at which time I told her it didn't appear to have icing on them, she shrugged me off. However I felt I was being petty so got my order and left. when I got home my family said the cinnamon rolls are upside down and all the icing is in the bottom of the box. I did call cici's this morning not for any reason other than to let them know what I thought was an error. However I was told by the manager that they purposely put flip their cinnamon rolls upside down in the box to where the crunchy/top is on the bottom of the box. I was told well the rolls are hot and the icing is sugar so it melts. I said I am aware however my icing was not on the rolls it was in the bottom of the box since the top of roll is face down in the box. The manager then asked me "what do you want me to do, are you wanting free food". I let him know I wanted nothing other than calling as a customer of this establishment to let him know this. I told him he had an attitude and he could have politely said mam I am sorry. still for the life of me can't figure out why you turn your rolls upside down in the box and expect the icing to not be sitting in the bottom of the box read more

Horrible experience , a women was ordering a pizza and the manager was very kind to her however when it got to my turn to order a pizza her smile went away , later she asked the group of girls behind me if everything was great with them and got them refills while coming to my table she said if everything is great and I said yes it's going good and once again had a awful look her face and left did not say a response back or smiled made me feel unwelcome . I came to eat pizza and once I came they were all pepperoni and pork. I am a Muslim and Muslims are prohibited to eat pork so I ordered alfredo pizza. 2 large pizzas. I sit and wait. Then they come with a little tiny 3 small pizzas. I said I ordered 2 large pizzas and they told me that they can only have 3 little pieces per table. Then the manager comes and we tell him about the issue and gets us alot of pepperoni. I told him we cannot eat pepperoni and he ruined my appetite. I asked for a refund and he said no because he thinks this issue is stupid. So I left and called the police. They couldn't do anything because they didn't pickpocket anyone.
