First time in this place, and this is what i got in my pizza, a piece of plastic. I told the manager but he only apologized, dont come to this location unless you want to eat plastic!!!

cinnamon rolls in a box

This is our favorite Cici's and we used to come all the way out from Richardson before the pandemic. I ordered take out today and appreciated the measures they've taken against COVID-19 like bringing the food out to the cars. The pizza was good, although nothing beats the dine in experience. However, my cinnamon rolls were burnt so that kind of put a damper on my evening. All in all, I'd recommend this place but take out isn't their strongest suit.

I ordered a spinach pizza, the rest of the family had a pepperoni pizza, a pepperoni no sauce, and a thin crust meat lovers.

Every time we've been here, the employees are great and the food is awesome. We've done pickup orders the last 2 times we've ate from here because of Coronavirus. The pizza is still great. The last few times they've had great deals- pizzas for around $7 each.

I been coming here for years and it NEVER disappoints. Props to the manager for having such an amazing staff who's always busting their butts off! I been to other cicis around the neighborhood and this one hits home. Throughout the Covid Pandemic they were kind enough to give us free brownies with our orders.

LOVE it!! So tired of seeing saggy pants showing off underwear and butt cracks by these hooligans who think its cool.

Its quick easy pizza. Yes its crowded sometimes but hey it is what it is. Kids are happy. There is no 30.06 sign and the new "no sagging" sign makes dad happy too! I make it a point to spend my money at businesses that dont succumb to the PC garbage that so many today do. Kudos to you CiCi's!

There was an art installation (similar or part of Meow) and so much fun to take a look at this vibrant and funky art. For Insta people, lots of fun photo opportunities! There is a giant steel structure/installation that has lots of space to climb in, slide through and explore. So much to see and we spent a good 60 mins of play there. Make sure to check the corners ( you're allowed to go in) so you don't miss anything. We almost missed an area. Also there is some areas to do some art as well. We didn't stop to do it but it's there. One slide can be intense, so probably not for small kiddos. Probably good for kids 7 and above (6 if they are courageous) just because of the climbing structure areas and bars width. Parents with young children should follow, they literally can land up somewhere else and some areas they do need to climb up and might need help. Definetly wear sneakers. I wore the wrong shoes and couldn't go into certain areas. Great concept and fun!

On Fridays the class is in another room and a bit slower paced but believe me parents, you'll be the ones getting a workout! Mrs. Melissa has you lift your little bug, squat, do curls, and other fun exercises with your baby! All of the staff members are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Sometimes my little bug gets fussy during class and no one asks us to step out, they simply try to help calm him down or sing to him. They are all wonderful!!! My little bug is 8 months old now and has learned sooo much from coming to the little gym! Being around others and having the equipment available has helped him crawl and pull himself up. The staff were patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you for making the experience great! One of the things I didn't like were the playgrounds. It really feels like checking into a whole little city which is such a neat and creative concept…read morefor kids! I haven't seen anything quite like it. Everything is so well thought out: there are eateries where kids can make their own pizza or learn how yogurt is made (and then enjoy it!), a gym, pest control station, bank, fire station, theatre, news set, Spotify recording studio, flight simulator, the list truly goes on. How cute is it to "check in" at an airport security line? I absolutely loved that concept as it was both a clever and immersive touch! However I'd like to think it was meant to function as a real security checkpoint as well, but I did notice that even when alarms went off, people weren't actually checked. Entering a place full of kids, that was a bit concerning. It's a great idea, but I hope they take that extra step to ensure it's not just for show and that safety is truly prioritized. I also appreciated that it wasn't overly crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more enjoyable. From chatting with others, it sounds like that's not always the case, and I can imagine it would feel overwhelming if it were packed. That said, I do wish more of the "establishments" and activities had been open. It seemed extremely short-staffed, and quite a few areas were closed or without staff to guide the kids. I would've loved to see the theatre in use, the taco stands open, and the upstairs space available -all of those plus many others were closed during our visit. For the activities that were open, the staff seemed stretched thin and outnumbered by the children. There really needs to be a better system for timing and scheduling. Maybe a sign-up or reservation system for each activity would help -- running from line to line only to be told it's full (or canceled) gets frustrating. I think that's what the Fast Passes were meant for, but even then, breaking up groups that had already been waiting together felt inconvenient. Allowing everyone to reserve activity times would make for a smoother, more enjoyable experience for guests and staff alike. The wristbands were a great idea, definitely appreciated and necessary. They keep parents and kids honest about ages and ensure kids only join age-appropriate activities. They also track their "earnings" and likely serve as a security measure too, which I loved. However, with the short staffing, there needs to be a better process for scanning them in and out of each area. Waiting for scans, especially on the way out, delayed us from getting to our next scheduled activity several times. The adults only IKEA inspired lounge was a nice touch for those with slightly older children who can run around more independently. For the age group I was with, and given how unorganized the staff and session timings were, there was no way we could've left their side but I can definitely see that space being a great perk for other adults. This is what I could understand adults being charged for, outside of being able to simply get away with it as you can't and wouldn't send your children in unattended, I don't understand adult entrance fees. Other than it being a deterrent for those who do not have children to enter with. It would also be nice for maybe an informative video before entering to make kids aware of "earning" and what deducts from their total points, what's available to do, etc. almost like a "briefing before heading into the city" It's a fun and clever concept overall, but I think a few operational, staffing, and security improvements could make it truly exceptional. No photos to post as they include children. I didn't think to take photos of all of the empty, non operating areas. But again, it's truly its own little city with a variety of places.
