This place discriminates against people with Service Dogs. They said that you can't bring your SD around their animals. I contacted them and they said they have the right to refuse service and restrict where a SD can go. I asked if someone had a Guide Dog would you stop them and she said yes! When told that was illegal, the woman said that they are ADA compliant. I told her that she's in violation and she said they have their rules and it overrides the law!! read more

We had the BEST experience at Huddin Homestead Fun Farm! It was such a fun and memorable birthday and the animals were definitely one of my favorite parts. You can tell they are well cared for, and getting to interact with them made the experience even more special! The staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They made getting in and out of the gates so easy and were always willing to help. Everyone was so kind, and the vibes throughout the entire farm were incredible! The fall decorations were also SO beautiful!! There were pumpkins and cute little fall touches all around the farm, making it such a pretty and fun place to take pictures. I definitely got some of the cutest photos with the pumpkins! Overall, such a fun experience and somewhere I would absolutely recommend visiting, especially during the fall season! We had such a great time and can't wait to come back! read more

We had the pleasure of visiting this adorable family friendly farm in Rockwall this afternoon and had a great time! They were hosting and Easter themed event with egg hunts separated by appropriate age groups (our 4 and 2 year olds didn't feel rushed or left out), the Easter Bunny was also there to take photos (we stayed a friendly distance away LOL), spring florals, bluebonnets blooming along their large pond, petting zoo, and more! The price at the gate (note: they do not do advanced tickets) is $15 per person. I do think that's a bit steep, especially without offering discounted rates for little ones. I'm not sure if the vendors are always onsite but they had frozen lemonade and other food and drinks for sale during today's event. We didn't indulge but the line for lemonade seemed to run smoothly. Other offerings: pony rides at an addition cost (we passed on this), a gift shop, mini playground and bounce houses, and fair games. My kids actually enjoyed these festivities more than the egg hunt and the animals. According to Huddin's IG, they have around 250 animals on the farm! We got to feed the camels and goats. Beware, you are up close and personal with the animals. My husband had to handle all of the feeding because the ghosts jumped up on our kids which was a tad bit startling in the beginning. All of the staff members were really kind and made sure to man the gates for each animal section to keep everyone safe. Overall it was such an adorable experience and we're looking forward to visiting again. read more

Today at the farm was one of the best days yet with my toddler, she's only 17 months and was able to feed all of the animals, including; horses, cows, llamas, rabbits, raccoons, camels and the list goes on!! We loved our visit here to explore the farm grounds and pumpkin patch. It was a beautiful set up from start to finish. The staff who greeted us where we purchased our tickets was super friendly. Right as you walked in you got to see the animals - camel, donkeys, cows, sloths, and more. There were so many opportunities for photos with how beautifully setup they had everything. It is definitely a family friendly place and activity for al to enjoy. They had a goat petting zoo, small pony rides, and a big bounce house for kids to enjoy. They had a couple of stands if you wanted to buy drinks and snacks also If they host their pumpkin patch next year we will definitely be back to visit! read more

We drove out an hour today. Exited to see the otters and feed the animals. Do all the activities to get in the fall spirit. The parking was awful and for a lower sitting sedan with the very jagged concrete in the field it may have done damage to my Vehical. We pay $30 for two people I ask where we get the food for the animals and the girl said they animals were full.... Ok already not worth the trip. We get inside and it's packed and the animal areas are not well maintained. Everything was gross and semi muddy. Went straight for the otters (the main reason we made the trip) and they were not even there..... all of the animals other than the camel were lethargic and taking shelter to try and get cooler. I wish I could get a refund for this we only stayed 5 min and drove over an hour. So disappointed. I do not recommend. read more

We went here for an Easter egg hunt and had a really great experience. It was super cute and well organized, with lots of activities included in the entry price. For $15, they offered things like jump houses and a petting zoo without any extra charges, which was nice. They also had food available on-site, and the prices were very reasonable. Silly little place, so I give yall silly little photos! My boyfriend recently went to this farm to celebrate finishing our spring semester of university. Cutest little place ever! We didn't expect to see some of these cuties here! Animals seem to be well taken care of and staff is up to date with the animals that need a little bit of extra care and attention. Staff-wise, the ones we've had interactions with are very nice and informative! Area is spacious and clean with various activities to do aside from playing with the animals! We were deciding on where to take our one year old to burn off some energy. She's a big fan of Old MacDonald, so we decided to look for a petting zoo so she can see first hand about the animals she was singing about in her nursery rhymes. When she saw all the animals up close and personal (the camels), she was a little scared at first, but when we saw the donkeys and llamas (I can't remember the rescue donkey, but that's when she perked up) she began to interact with the animals. By the time we got to the goats, she tried to mimic when they were ramming their heads, and then we knew we made the right decision to bring her here. The sloths unfortunately were asleep (they're my spirit animal), but it was nice not seeing one off a meme or Zootopia. My wife had a blast feeding the llamas and donkeys, but the cow was the one who stole the food away from everyone else. We waited for the cow to go beg for food from other farm attendees so we can feed the others. All in all, not a bad way to shred away some energy and take a break of reality by spending it with nature on a farm. We definitely will come back. read more

We went to visit the Huddin Homestead Fun Farm on October 7th together with her kids 3 and 1 year old. What an amazing place. There was so much to do you could stay there for a full day. We had so much fun from all the amazing animals, including a camel, to the playground and bounce house, the haunted school bus and the parakeet house. Everything is so well maintained and it really feels this is a gem for both kids and adults. We will definitely be back again. read more
