I have a feeling it's chopped up ham. I'm used to shoulder / butt. So probably healthier. Regular Chicken Sandwich - same packed nicely but way to dry. Hot Dog - slaw, onion, mustard. It was really good cause I believe they use an All Pork hot dog that's steamed an then put into a warm soft bun. All in all, I'm guessing the line of customers enjoy that style of pork.

I know that there are a billion kinds of stew and stew is a religion but this one is not for me. I did not like the spice blend, but you know at least it had spices and was not bland.
