It was just OK - likely wouldn't return. To start, the way they handle reservations is not customer friendly or productive. You can't make them in advance; you have to show up in person and put your name on a list. At that time, they take your phone number and agree to text you when your table is available, but there is no place to wait other than outdoors. In 108 degree weather, that just doesn't work. We had to wander through the Ace Hardware next door waiting for the text to keep from getting heatstroke. The amount of time they told us we would wait was not accurate; we finally went back to the restaurant and inquired. At that time, we were told they could seat us if we were willing to change what we had asked for previously, and take an outdoor table. Since we had already been waiting close to 40 minutes, we said we'd give that a try, but the way the misters and "shade" is set up, there is no escape from Phoenix's relentless heat. Two of our chairs were crazy-wobbly, we had to switch out with other chairs. Staff acted as if they were not aware of this issue (even though visually it was obvious both chair legs were broken). Table, chairs and ground were not clean (sticky and a lot of built-up dirt indicating they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time). Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. And - a note about the food and service. Pretty middle of the road on both counts. Eggs benedict was just OK - hollandaise didn't have much flavor, and sides were not as ordered. Pancakes were decent but nothing to write home about. Wait staff had to be asked a few times to bring items they had forgotten. Overall, nothing here that would make the wait or the uncomfortable seating worth it. read more

Then we got to 2nd in line and we waited over 25 minutes as the host kept seating other people. When I approached him I asked why we weren't being seated and he said their were more parties ahead of us. I told him the app said we were next on the list. Horrible attitude and rude. We came in for a Thursday brunch and there were quite a few people in the restaurant but luckily there was no wait time. We ordered the smoked brisket Benedict, omelette, and the nachos. I really liked my meal, the brisket was well seasoned and juicy. The potatoes were also really good. My friends enjoyed their meals as well, for the nachos they just wished it had more meat. The cinnamon roll French toast was gigantic, and sweet. The mimosas weren't that great. It wasn't a good balance of champagne and juices. Just straight champagne and a dash of juice. I did mention to the waitress about needing more juice, she seems a little offended because she said normally makes them on the strong side. At the end of the day, although you like your mimosas a certain way, it won't appeal to others. We felt like our waitress was a tad rude during our dinning experience. Wait time: I joined the waitlist a little after 11:20ish and we were finally seated around 1:20ish. It was a party of 5 people. The wait time on the app was not accurate unfortunately but to be fair we were a larger party. i'm sure if we were a smaller group maybe we would have gotten a table a lot more sooner. So a heads up for larger parties definitely reserve before or join the waitlist early!! Service: Oh my gosh. I love nothing more than an attentive staff at a restaurant. Everyone at the restaurant was so friendly and polite. Our server Selena was so sweet and we loved her personality. Food: I ordered the Carnitas Hash and it was delicious! I am a person with sensitive taste for spice so to be fair for me the level of hotness for the chile verde for ME was a 6/10. My friend ordered the Huevos Rancheros and she enjoyed the food and asked to modify the hash browns for french fries instead and our waitress made sure to let us know it was an additional $1 which we had no issue with that at all. It was late morning on a Saturday. They told us there was a 15 minute wait, but we were seated in 5. They have outdoor dining, which is always a plus to me. We were sat out of direct sunlight (unlike some other customers) so it worked out for us. Went here for Mother's Day so of course it was very busy. We did get on the wait list so that really helped a bit. We were seated outside. Some of the chairs were wobbly and when the wait staff sat the 5 of us they did so at a table for 4 so we were really cramped. I ordered the special which was the Lobster, crab cakes and poached egg with country potatoes. The poached eggs were overcooked, the lobster was super chewy and the cakes were a little too crispy for my taste. As far as taste everything was good but not great. Brunch snob is such a cute place and it's super popular for brunch. Service was really good! Our server came by a few times to make sure our needs were met and it was perfect. After the wait we knew what we wanted already so we were pretty quick to order! Food took a little longer than I'm used to but understandably because it was packed! I think I was also just hungry and everyone's food looked good! My main complaint was it seems that the "join the waitlist" feature didn't really help. I always utilize that if it's available and I found that the wait time is was still fairly long. We tried to get there around the time our table was estimated to be ready which was about 35 minutes and we had to wait another 35-40 minutes upon arrival. We started out at number 19 on the list and were number 13 upon arrival and typically I'd say we don't wait more than 20 minutes with the join the waitlist feature. Although m many places have discontinued it and regardless, it helped shorten the wait time a bit. I loved the spicy clucker which was fried chicken and waffles, and I ordered pancakes. The chicken was perfectly crispy and without the bone. It came with half a waffle which was different because most brunch places come with a full sized one but it was plenty of food along with eggs and potatoes on the side. Their pancakes were good but really unique. I'd describe them as very dense and the outside had a slight crisp - I don't want to say dry but I feel I put a lot more syrup on them than I usually would to saturate the density of the pancakes. I wish I took photos but I was starving so I did not but I'd definitely come back and I'd 100% order the spicy clucker! read more

They should rename it because calling it veggie , I would've missed it if someone didn't mention it was fried green tomatoes. The sauce was deep yellow, but tasted legit and not like a powdered mix. The English muffin was decent, but the tomatoes were so so good. They were truly green and had a strong flavor. I tried both house roasted potatoes and hash browns. Both were very disappointing. They were very soft and thick - leaving just hot steamy flavorless potato. The Benedict was more than enough without all the potatoes. I will be back. read more

This was my second time coming to brunch snob and the server we had, Briawna, was a doll. She explained the menu in detail, told us her recommendations and what was most popular. She always came to our table with a smile and overall her energy was like sunshine. Her customer service was above and beyond. I've eaten here several times and the food is always great and well worth the wait. I often eat alone and like to be seated at a table when possible instead of fighting for elbow room at the counter. This often means I get less attention from staff than the tables with multiple folks. Today I could not get a refill on my coffee and when my food was placed in front of me I was told the restaurant is out of clean silverware. I didn't even know how to react to that.
