Also, beware, in the middle of a seemingly great relationship, they may decide at one weeks notice to " change the service area" and stick you with a new pool company in your " area". Its a company they decided was good- without any notice or permission to give all your personal info, including phone number to. It was odd and awkward as a customer. These two situations, really sour what they present as a customer service focused company. Also, specifically Alyssa Brennan- she does all the scheduling, she is also sweet as pie until you actually are in need, and her communication over time gets less friendly and more demanding.

However, I ran into several issues with the service and communication. The original quote mentioned "startup chemicals," but it did not specify quantities. After the pool was filled, the manager came out and only added one gallon of liquid chlorine(not enough) see pic. When I asked about stabilizer and acid to balance the pH, he told me acid wasn't needed because the city water is already balanced, and that stabilizer was not included in the estimate. We disagreed on this, and he refused to add stabilizer. The situation became frustrating, especially when he said I was "difficult to deal with." Earlier, his crew had trouble locating the cleanout for about 10 minutes. When I got home, I was able to find it myself shortly after. Later, I called and asked him not to send his crew back since I had already started the sump pump and we discussed a couple of very small pinhole leaks that I didn't consider a big issue. Despite that, he insisted on sending his team again, and then mentioned that it was an extra trip that would cost more. I want to note that I treated his crew well--I tipped them and even offered refreshments during the work. Bottom line: the quality of work was good, but communication and clarity on the estimate were lacking. Make sure to carefully review all details in the quote before choosing this company.

I had a Hayward Aqua logic panel board replaced in 2018, unions for my salt cell earlier this summer and most recently my LED light replaced in the pool. I had to wait for the light to become available as my previous light was 11 years old and no longer manufactured. Each job was done perfectly. Samuel sends pictures of the diagnosis and then the repaired work upon completion which is excellent customer service in my opinion. They are my go to for pool repairs!

I wanted to make sure how much it was going to actually cost me, so I made sure that they knew WHAT I HAD IN SUPPLIES including the fact that I had three bags of salt and I wanted them to be used so that I would NOT HAVE to pay their price for the salt needed for my pool. I knew I would need two additional bags but that was it. Well it DID NOT GET USED even though it was NOTED on my file. Then I also knew I needed to replace the filters and would do so at the same time as when getting my pool drained and refilled. The tech was already here, it's not like he had to do an extra trip or anything. I had called and spoken to Shawn over the phone because I received a text letting me know the filters were on sale with a 15% discount and I wanted to make sure the discount was applied to my invoice. He said that yes it was going to be applied on the final bill. Except Shawn failed to mention the FACT THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $140 additional for putting the filters in. But the worst part was when I went in person to find out why my bill was so high. Of course being the honest person that I am I HAD ALREADY PAID THE INVOICE.
