He went above and beyond and inspected the whole system and helped diagnose pool light free of charge while he was here. They would always do an amazing job when they are doing your pool themselves. When we started with them they even allowed me to use their pump at no cost to pump the water out of the pool. So generous. However over the last year or so they have, what I believe, gotten so busy that they have had to hire new people or contract out to other pool cleaners. I think this was due to the owners amazing work ethic. However as that change happened the service and cleanliness of my pool declined. Over that time I have had to maintain my pool more than when the owners were taking care of my pool. I had to fix a mold problem myself when one of their fill ins wasn't taking care of it. I have had to also get in the pool myself and clean the drain of things that should have been taken care of. Also I assume one of the randoms that cleaned the pool messed with the valves and it wasn't working very well. I got it back to perfect now and its cleaning perfectly. Maybe my lack of communication with them led to us having to part ways due to these issues and one other, but if a company hires someone to do a job the owners were doing before make sure they are trained well and can pay attention to detail. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone if the owners will be the ones cleaning your pool. However if you can't get them to do it themselves, sadly I can't recommend them unless more training for their employees can happen.

They make you sign a contract which I don't have a problem with and then they tell you that they want to take every single holiday off etc... Which is absolutely ridiculous because the people with pools we typically use the pool for family gatherings etc. during the warm holiday seasons. My main problem with them is that when my filter broke he acted like he didn't know what happened and then told me that I needed to hire someone else to fix it! Leaving me on my own and even more money to spend! . The next two service treatments they left lots of dirt and grid in the pool and didn't even take the time to fish out the debris in the shallow end! Very lazy in my opinion Even after I asked him to remedy the dirty leaves at the bottom of the pool since I was paying them $115 per month! So I went and head and told him that I no longer need his services. When I hired my new pool guy he was very certain that these guys broke my manifold and gasket for my filter he said it had to of been someone pushing it down really hard. So that just goes to show that they're not honest and they do not take care of their clients! Run don't walk away from these people! From now on I'm only getting word of mouth referrals from my friends and neighbors not some phone number off of a truck that I see ! Update! She tells me no one has showed up it was 9 by then. So I called to see what time he'll be by and if he was running a little late... He said he went by at 7:30 no one answered the door. So I asked when will he be able to go back. He said not today and he'll have to check his schedule (rudely). I said thanks and hung up I asked my wife if she heard the door bell and she said yes she has to put the dog up and went to the door and no one was there..... So he promised that he would do all the work. Within months of moving in to our new home he was searching for pool companies. Apparently his idea of doing the work to take care of the pool is writing a check every month. We went thru a couple of different pool cleaning companies that ended up being a disappointment to me because there were times that the pool didn't look as clean as it should and were a disappointment to him because they still expected him to do part of the work like purchase the chlorine pellets, do the surface netting, and maintain the equipment. We have been using San Tan for a few years and couldn't be happier. They take care of everything for us and keep our pool looking great. They supply all the chemicals and if anything related to the pump or pool vac breaks or needs to be replaced they take care of that, too. We literally have to do zero work ourselves. As I mentioned, my husband is usually the one who pays the bills and communicates with the San Tan Pool folks. However, we recently had the pool drained to acid wash the pebble tec (they recommend this every 5 years) and I had the opportunity to watch the husband and wife team in action since I was working from home that day. They took great care to make sure everything went smoothly and were very diligent in the cleaning. They even took care of the white line around the water's edge and fixed a crack in the decking. Our pool now looks like its brand new! I highly recommend this company.

I was outside of the 3 year warranty that they offered by about 6 months, but had no problem paying for the work. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant each time I called, but it took several attempts over several weeks to get a call back from someone who could assist. Each time she said she'd pass my info on and I'd hear back when they (I believe the owner, but I can't say for sure) returned. I finally got ahold of someone and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair the tiles. I changed my work schedule around to accommodate their appointment window and they never showed. I called towards the end of the window and then again afterwards. I left voicemails each time to try to find out if they were still coming. Nobody answered and I never received a call back. I strongly suggest giving your money to a business that wants and appreciates it.

Our technician is Nick H and we have found that he goes above and beyond. These guys installed a heater for us last year and it has worked out great. Oh how the mighty have fallen. We were blessed enough to have Colin as our pool technician when we…read morefirst started. Since then, we've had easily 3 new technicians. We didn't notice the decline at first. Things were maintained to an acceptable level and the team (Amelia in particular) was super responsive. Then, things took a sharp turn for the worst. Our pool started showing signs of pool algae. I had to bring this to the attention of the owner and he confirmed they would shock the pool. Little details down to simply not skimming, leaving the waterfall on, in and out within 5-10 minutes and I had enough. Attached are images of how they left our pool. The owner was quick to point blame on us, while admitting that yes, indeed, they had changed technicians. Avoid this company and seek services elsewhere. We have different standards of service. Colin and Amelia are gems and I wish this business continued success. It's too bad we had to part ways on such disappointing terms after such a wonderful beginning.
