Rarely, they'd skim the pool surface or use my pool scrub brush. I pay attention to my pool tools ans notice when they are moved, and also have cameras in my backyard.. The day they come for service was also not consistent. A couple times weeks were skipped if there was a holiday. It would have been nice if they came the day after or day before said holiday so that I'm getting my money's worth, on a month by month basis. On the plus side, they brought it their own pool robot to help with dirt collecting in pool until I was able to buy my own. They also answered some of my pool questions which was great as a first time pool owner. they even took the initiative and set up my pool vacuum when I left out the new box in my patio, which I appreciated. So, like I mentioned in the beginning of post, this review is mixed, hence the 3 stars.

The problem is: Mike admits freely that he does not do pumps at all...Makes you wonder? With his focus an brushing and chemicals only, he did not even adjust the pumps from winter setting of 6 hours to summer setting of 12 hours and the result was: Algae in the pool. And worst: He did not even notice the algae! After he screwed up the chemistry of the water, he shocked the pool three times per month (charging for that), bought a new floater (old one is still good and in use), charged for that as well, and then canceled one day after I paid the exaggerated bill and sold the pool route for a high four digit sum to another company. And increased the price the other company paid to him by stating a false amount of my payments.
