We came to Brooklyn's Finest for dinner a few weeks ago. Good selection and prices and I ordered the Godfather (all the meats), and one slice filled me up. My husband got the thick crust (more of a Detroit style) and his was good too. There is a decent size dining room so plenty of room to enjoy your meal. l also saw a lot of people doing takeout too. Good solid, delicious pizza and good prices. I don't live downtown, however if I did I would definitely go to this place for a good take out pizza night. read more

We each had the #5 Daily Combo, which is one Sicilian Slice & a Fountain Drink. The pizza that was ready when we arrived was with pepperoni, hot honey & jalapeño cream. This slice was incredibly good with lots of cheese, great pepperoni & the hot honey with jalapeño cream just made it even more delicious. Service was great - friendly & fast. What I have issue with is calling the place Brooklyn's Finest Pizza when the pizza in no way resembled a Brooklyn pizza. I grew up there and still go there at least twice a week so, I know something about it. Also they got the order wrong. They made a mistake with the toppings ( instead of anchovies it looked like artichokes. I asked for cherry peppers, not chicken. ) . The service was cordial , but they need serious work on their pizza dough. PS - if it was called Denver Pizza I wouldn't have said anything. The Mulberry was loaded with fresh, top-quality veggies. It tasted like everything was chopped that morning, and it probably was. The peppers were crisp, the mushrooms full of flavor, the garlic was amazing, and the combination with the perfectly balanced sauce and chewy crust was spot-on. I read the reviews for this location and called. Kayla was so helpful and just did a great job of accommodating what we wanted. This is a great location and has about 35 - 40 seats. We took them all. They deliver great NY style pizza. We had the meat lover, supreme, pepperoni, garlic and bacon, barbecue pizza and 4 cheese and garlic pizza. They were all really good, and huge pieces!! We fed 23 people for $300 and everyone was stuffed and very satisfied. Albi was the manager on duty that night and they did a super job of getting 9 huge pizzas out really fast. While they have two other locations (on Lowell Boulevard in North Denver and on the 16th Street Mall Downtown), I wholeheartedly recommend the South Broadway spot. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Gavin, a young man whose service was nothing short of exceptional. His attentiveness, communication, and genuine care for every customer left a lasting impression. He shared that the owner is originally from Brooklyn, NY--and to my surprise, I had the pleasure of meeting him. That kind of presence and approachability from an owner is rare and deeply appreciated. Gavin served me the best calzone I've ever had, and I brought home some pizza for my neighbor--which I'm sure will earn me a few points on the block.
