One with more attention to detail, fluffy crust, more 'Italian' style, more homey. This is the place if you're craving that more authentic Italian style experience! They've got actual margarita pizza (that's not just a cheese pizza with tomato slices thrown on it like other places..) and really unique style pizzas if you're feeling adventurous. We had one unique pizza that had sausage, honey, and pistachios. I usually dislike sweet and salty and my partner hates nuts, but they did this pizza so well it was one of the best pizzas we tried there. I believe they mix up their menus cause when I tried looking it up online for the exact name of the pizza I couldn't find the pizza. But I'll post a picture of the pizza. They also have a great appetizers and the slice their prosciutto to order. We added anchovies to half of the pizza and that definitely added some saltiness to it. For drinks we had the aperol spritz and frose, which were refreshing. They have indoor and outdoor seats, though outdoor is limited so you may have to wait. The flavors of the pizza really came through well, but the crust was a bit too thick for my liking. Yo I used to come here all the time, but the fools that work in this place made it so I never want to come back. Today I called in, I was out side, and Donavan answers, and told me that he would put three cheese slices in the oven (bc I was in a rush). I got in there less then 30 secs later and he didn't put anything in the oven, and they actually didn't have 3 cheese slices even ready. Then Donavan messes up my cheese slice and put some shit on it, and then after I asked for a box bc I have a 100,000 dollar car, and he couldn't even do that. I ended up buying a slice of pizza I never got and he completely messed my order up. And now I am late to work bc this kid couldn't put my pizza in the oven when I was outside in my car in there parking lot. I'll never be coming back bc the service sucks a fat dick and balls. Best pizza in Boulder tho, and I actually like the owner a lot read more

This is incredible pizza. I am out here from the east coast myself and I was honestly dissapointed by the lack of decent pies in the area. Until I found this place. The owner really knows what he's doing, he keeps it plain and simple and let's the ingredients shine on their own with every bite. No fillers, no additives, just genuine, fresh, and flavorful ingredients. The owner is a real passionate cook, and he even took me on a small tour of their ingredients. I saw fresh tomatoes being used to make the sauce, I saw incredible top of the line flour used for the dough, and I saw freshly prepared toppings, most of which are made in house, from scratch. This place is really doing something when it comes to pizza, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic taste of Brooklyn. read more

Great Pizza by the slice in true NY style. Really glad this place popped up, the last two places were terrible, this place has true promise. The pizza is thin crust, low sauce, heated to order pizza in true NY style, perfect for a quick bite. There's not much seating room, but that's ok, because this should be your go-to take out pizza. I've only had the sausage pizza so far, but it was perfectly savory. The owner was there when I stopped by and he started talking to me about soccer and seems very friendly. I think our Proto's days are over after our most recent visit. $3 per topping on a "medium" pizza, which amounted to about 7 olives and 4 artichoke hearts, is really asking a lot from the public who has many other choices for pizza but chooses to support a local restaurant. The gluten free pizza costing $4.75 extra is an unfair and discriminatory reality of life we're used to. But this place needs to be realistic about its pricing if they want to survive much longer in this economy. If you want to charge $3 per topping, then give people what they paid for.
