    Pizza & Salad

This food hall is an amazing addition to pearl street! New Yorkese was the main reason we needed up there and the pizza did not disappoint. We order 2 pizzas and the Cesar salad. Will be definitely back to try more.

Seriously good pizza. Crust is perfection. On the 4th floor of Avanti. Don't sleep on this pizza. The Calabrian ranch is bomb too.

I would argue this is the best pizza in Boulder. View from 4th floor is amazing. Easy order system. We usually share a few pizzas and a Caesar salad.

Take it from a New Yorker - this pizza is the real deal! The thin, crispy crust is delicious, providing the ideal base for a great variety of both old school and innovative toppings. The entire menu is thoughtfully designed, featuring a fantastic balance of classic and inventive dishes, including super tasty appetizers and salads. Even your basic Caesar salad is elevated with fresh, local ingredients and a unique presentation. And the views on their terrace are some of the best in Boulder.

If you are looking for good pizza...this place is it! For a Philly/NJ native good pizza is hard to find & this place hits! I highly recommend!! Pic is blurry but it was great!

Amazingly delicious East Coast style pizza. Fantastic char on the crust. The Italian sausage has a little bit of heat to it. I sure wish they would have done sliced sausage instead of pulled. Sauce and cheese just perfect. Love the thinness.

I had the steverino and substituted the sausage with basil to make it vegetarian. It was amazing! The crust and toppings were so good. Wasn't a fan of the pretzel and the dipping sauce last time but the burrata plate is also awesome and they have good desserts. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite all time simple meals is a Caesar Salad [Romaine with creamy parmesan & black pepper], Prosciutto [Biellese prosciutto di parma. 24-month aged from New York, NY.], and one of their lagers on tap ideally from Avery Brewing at Avanti's New Yorkese on the roof! They have the best views of the flatirons especially in a clear brisk day, and no matter what's weighing on your mind or heart that combination will help clear it and bring you back to peace.

The space was beautiful. Super modern, clean, and spacious with options of sitting outside and inside. The pizza was charred enough where it was crispy but didn't taste burnt. Overall, a good pizza, but the selection is quite limited!

One of her pizza slices is a good meal for me on a hot busy day. Her slices are the largest and freshest in town. We drove over in a few minutes, parked on the west side of the shopping center and walked around to her door on the east side, making a dessert stop at Sweet Cow North Boulder mandatory on the way back to the car. My veggie slice was fresh and full of great choices. Healthy, but still so very tasty with a good serving of her famous sauce to hold it all together. My husband had the Spicy Pig/Pepperoni, Sicilian crust. We both had bottled drinks which I greatly prefer to any soda machine. We ate outside on the shaded patio, perfect for afternoon or evening in summer. When we were done, we walked back around the building and did get our ice cream dessert on the way to the car, when time to leave. No work, no hassle, not a big price. We will do it again soon.

We went with the Lottie's Salsiccia, which had sausage, vodka sauce, and sweet and sour peppers. It had an interesting mix of sweet and savory flavors. Our waitress also recommended us the Trapanese, which was super creamy as it had pesto sauce and burrata cheese chunks on top. We added anchovies to half of the pizza and that definitely added some saltiness to it. For drinks we had the aperol spritz and frose, which were refreshing. They have indoor and outdoor seats, though outdoor is limited so you may have to wait. The flavors of the pizza really came through well, but the crust was a bit too thick for my liking. Service was fast though and super friendly! It's right on Pearl Street too so you can check it out as you're shopping!

One with more attention to detail, fluffy crust, more 'Italian' style, more homey. This is the place if you're craving that more authentic Italian style experience! They've got actual margarita pizza (that's not just a cheese pizza with tomato slices thrown on it like other places..) and really unique style pizzas if you're feeling adventurous. We had one unique pizza that had sausage, honey, and pistachios. I usually dislike sweet and salty and my partner hates nuts, but they did this pizza so well it was one of the best pizzas we tried there. I believe they mix up their menus cause when I tried looking it up online for the exact name of the pizza I couldn't find the pizza. But I'll post a picture of the pizza. They also have a great appetizers and the slice their prosciutto to order. What I love about this place is you can sit at the pizza bar and watch pizzas being made and meat being sliced and arranged beautifully. I loved their limoncello drinks which is perfect for spring/summer day out on their patio. The servers are kind and hard working. This definitely is one of my favorite places to hang, date night, girls night, business dinner, etc.

After leaving an event nearby, it was time for me to get acquainted with Pizza Colore! Slice shops are a dime a dozen nowadays. This place has a long counter with pizzas by the slice for your eyes to wonder upon. Very few seats near the front window and outside, but I believe there was more seating towards the back of the restaurant. I ordered an "East Coast" slice (their version of a supreme) and a cheese slice. After a few minutes, my order was ready. I loaded them up with grated cheese, red pepper flakes, and oregano. These were served piping hot, as any respectable slice shop should do. These slices were good! Practically no flop other than the first bite, crust was crispy and bready, and I felt like the toppings/cheese and sauce were balanced well. My main qualm was that it was missing salt in the dough and sauce. If it was seasoned throughout this would've been a great slice! However, the spicy ranch for dipping was clutch! Service was quick and friendly. Many people were popping in for a quick bite. I loved standing outside in the moderately cold weather scarfing down my hot slices, while watching the Saturday night crowd cruise by on Pearl Street. As close to an east coast experience as you can get in Colorado! I came in with little to low expectations, and left full and satisfied. Glad I finally gave them a shot. Prices were right and the product was respectable!

We started w drinks a beer and non alcoholic sea glass white wine, I was impressed this was one of the best non alcoholic glasses of wine I've ever had. We order the scampetti alla romana grilled shrimp it was the best we've had since moving from Chicago and our beloved "Orzo Italian restaurant" of old town we frequented. Was hot when arrived perfectly grilled nice char and not overly garlic w touch of red pepper flake. We both filled up our order w shrimp in our main dishes based on how delicious and perfectly cooked our shrimp was. My husband ordered the pallardelle fruta which came in red vodka sauce w shrimp and small lobsters and I order the pappardella costa added grilled shrimp this was in cream sauce w truffles. Both were on special from homemade in house pasta not on regular menu. And both were rich and delicious and perfect size we left comfortable not stuffed. We opted not for dessert at this meal.
