SERIOUSLY, GO CUT YOUR PIZZA & ENJOY! It's been a little over a month since we've been back to Fringe A Well-Tapped Eatery and they've only gotten better. Again, we were greeted and waited on by Bliss, who was and is absolutely fantastic at her job! We opted for no beers this time, as we were headed for a hike, but they had a great selection of local Boulder County and Denver breweries. We had the Canadian & Sweet Heat. Both, delicious and gobbled up. However, The Sweet Heat won our hearts, yet again! It's absolutely the pizza you should try if you are just ordering one. Next time, we decided we will be ordering the Sweet Heat and trying an appetizer/salad. I'll report back when we do! Overall, we had an amazing lunch! We love the vibe of Fringe and still want to become regulars.

First time here and a solid Yes! Don't miss this one of a kind pizzeria tucked into a strip mall on the south side of Valmont. Perk - private parking lot so no circling the block or paying in a parking garage. Not super busy on a Saturday night but a steady flow of people Plenty of seating especially with an enclosed outdoor area. Started with the broccolini - super tasty. Was worried about capers (not a fan) but they were mild and the sauce for the broccolini was fantastic. Risotto balls were also a hit - two sauces, marinara and a pepper jelly. Go for the pepper jelly for sure. The D.O.P. Pizza was light yet filling. Plenty of arugula. The pizza comes out uncut and they provide a scissors to cut your own size. It was fine - a bit novel - I'd be fine if they just cut it. Most disappointing part was the wine on tap. Food was great. Server was friendly and pretty attentive.

This restaurant claims to be a wine bar; however, of the wines offered by the glass, the pinot noir was undrinkable. One of the worst wines I have ever been served in a restaurant. The gluten free pizza was terrible as well. They use a reputable brand but then ruined it and made it soggy and limp. The gimmick of using lamb for pepperoni does not magically improve a bad pizza. Especially one small basic pizza that costs $32.

One of those spots that's not only instagram worthy, but also genuinely a good place to get some pizza. Pizzas come out uncut with a little pair of scissors. At first, it felt a little silly to cut my pizza with scissors, until realizing its 10x easier than with a knife. Also let's you decide how many slices and at what size you want out of it which I thought was a small detail, but still a good one. We got the Sweet Heat sans goat cheese. Came out really oily but after letting some drip off, I was told it was BOMB. I got the Margherita, adding vegan cheese, mushroom mix & jalapeños and it was delish. We sat outside on the patio on a nice day and the vibes were immaculate. The sun came in and their music is alternative and relaxing. *Ask for a side of red pepper if you like some heat. We were served an amazing chili oil that is honestly ADDICTING!!!

Was here three months ago . . . and, had a craving tonight and it is "just around the corner." Soup Shot was delish ~ and just the right amount of Butternut Squash Beet soup. Funghi Pizza (sans sausage, add goat cheese) was excellent atop their expertly nurtured sourdough crust. Jacob, the Manager was welcoming and informative (apparently their group has just opened another spot nearby ~ The Local ~ have to check it out, too); Kelsey, my Server, was incredibly attentive and engaging. Another consistently nice experience. Three months away is far too long!

Such a good stop for pizza and glass of wine or brew. Service was amazing, Noah was such a great Server! When in town, I'll definitely stop again!

It's not some huge flashy restaurant -- it feels local, authentic, and packed with personality. Service was extremely fast, and everyone there seemed genuinely cool and welcoming. The house beer was surprisingly really good too. One thing that caught me off guard was that they only accept cash, so definitely bring cash with you before going. Also, the fried chips they serve as a side were ridiculously good. Simple but addicting. Overall, if you're in Boulder and want a chill local spot with great food, quick service, good beer, and a relaxed atmosphere, definitely check this place out.

Our server didn't seem too happy that we showed up today, the food took about 30 minutes to get to us and the fried pickles and the Cuban weren't very yummy, we didn't finish either. Disappointing. However the French fries WERE very yummy! And the wrap was unique and pretty good. It's a large space and it was easy to find a seat. The artwork is beautiful. Luckily we found street parking so that was easy too. It's a cash only restaurant (or local personal checks) and while it wasn't a problem, we had cash, we probably wouldn't have come here had we known that beforehand. Credit card sales shouldn't be the consumers issue.

One of our favorite things during the pandemic when restaurants could reopen was picking up their in house chicken pot pie. It's my husband's absolute favorite chicken recipe which I used to make myself. Though I am unable to make it now that l have lost a lot of vision and not a single one we have bought elsewhere was sufficient until we ordered from The Post Boulder. After a short time it became too labor intensive for the Post to make in house back then with limited staff so they contracted with a pie facility in Denver. Compared to their own it was merely adequate so we moved on to there other in house specialties. As we were ordering gold specials for Sunday!s big game, I saw that the daily specials now include Chicken Pot Pies Thursday's so we went to try it. This ficus a personal size freshly made this morning it was nice to have for a meal with a side salad. But though good, it was not as hearty as the one we loved 5 years ago. Staff was friendly and attentive and my husbands favorite beer (El Korn) was on tap and my iced tea was customized perfectly . We even brought most of the salad home as it was a large serving for a lunch. We'll be back on Sunday for our wings and other treats that we need to pick up. And we can come back again for a lunch or dinner as the have more items for people like me who cannot eat fried chucked, with their grilled chicken or salmon.

Started with the cauliflower bites in sweet chili sauce -- and let's be clear -- these were not polite, side-salad energy cauliflower. These were "touch one and we're no longer friends" cauliflower. Sweet, crispy, addictive. I fell in love against my will. Then the fried half chicken arrived. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside -- like someone's Southern aunt spent years perfecting it. And yes -- there's a gluten-free fried chicken option that somehow tastes just as good. A plot twist I didn't see coming. The collard greens had that smoky-sweet-Sunday vibe, and once the house hot sauce entered the chat? Full gospel choir moment. And William at the bar? Welcoming, honest, and actually tells you what's good -- not "everything is amazing" menu-script energy. The man can be trusted.

We started with a flight and ranked them in this order: * Holy Craic Irish Red Ale (#2 for my wife) * Golden Boy Kolsch (#1 for my wife) * Steel Cut Stout * Twisted Amber (neither liked) * Dublin Magic Irish Stout (neither liked) After the flight, we both enjoyed two of the beers we enjoyed the most. For food, we each got a side Caesar salad. Large and with lots of flavor, they were very good. We each then got the Mediterranean pizza. I added chicken to mine. My wife liked hers, while I was disappointed in mine. I didn't find the flavor to be great, and the crust was rather flimsy and disappointing. Pizza here on our first visit had been great, so again, this was disappointing. Service was friendly enough. I'm sure we'll be back again.

From game days (televised or board/card) to happy hour catch ups I love coming here for the laid back and family friendly vibes. I've enjoyed having my birthday party here for the last handful of years (they have amazing event space). As it's family friendly my crew always feels happy to bring their well behaved little one along. While my friends are sure to bring activities for their kiddos (books, toys, educational iPad devices) some folks aren't as considerate. I've definitely had the unfortunate experience of kids running amuck while their parents are fully attentive only to their brewskis. This was particularly disturbing as I've been recovering from a knee injury for several months and my partner has often been with me and on crutches. Would love to see people take more responsibility for their children's behavior when taking them out in public for everyone's safety. While it's Boulder afterall I hold hope that parents will look after their kids if they decide to bring them in or drop them to the nearby kiddos climbing facility if they wanna play. Looking forward to many more good times with friends at this awesome locally owned gem.
