I'll make it simple, we dined in & -pizza took an hour and a half after we ordered -pizza had burnt patches throughout on top and bottom of pie and patches of cheese missing -no ranch - overpriced -very small portions -it was very cold in there but they did turn up heat upon request -server was nice but it took forever - we won't be back. read more

Instead of having your pizza cut in the boring and ancient way, fringe offers scissors to make your slice of pizza just the right size. Although the restaurant was small, it made up for the lack of space with an imaginative and immersive way to get hammered, through a bracelet with your license info, you are able to simply tap the bracelet to a sensor, and be able to pour your very own glass of a variety of beer. I would recommend fully, make sure you're looking for the place though, it does have a strange geography with the road beside it. read more

I was in Boulder for work and Fringe was close to our hotel. So glad we tried it! We had great service (heavy drink pours help!) but the food was amazing! Wish there was another cheese on the charcuterie board or maybe more of the one cheese that was on it. But I'm just being picky! Will definitely visit next time I'm in Boulder! read more

Our wood fired pizza was excellent and the Brussels sprout appetizer was fantastic. The wine choices were slim but it seems the menu has more of a beer focus. The environment was modern and clean. Our server was helpful and attentive but not overbearing. The location is a destination - not in a highly-walkable area. Fringe pizza is great! Very friendly and fast service. I ordered the Funghi but without sausage, and I added pecorino. I loved it and thought everything was very tasty and fresh, but I found myself wanting more cheese. Maybe they left off the mozzarella since I requested to add pecorino. What I really think would add a ton of great flavor and texture to this pie is some ricotta, but I was disappointed that they don't even have that at their restaurant. I will say that their crust has some of the best texture and chew that I've ever had, and it has excellent flavor as well! read more

Us being from Souther Cali we are blessed to be surrounded by great food, so I googled "Best Brewery and Pizza in Boulder CO". First one that pops up is Fringe. I do my research on fringe and I decide ok it's worth the try it's a 4.9 stars on google so it was it was a easy decision. I make the 30 min drive here and I was not disappointed. The Staff was great as soon as we walked in! We got to try a few beers on tap and ended up getting a 14oz Oktoberfest from Odell Brewing - Fort Collins CO Amazing ! and within 15-20 min our pizza was ready and WOW was it amazing. I ordered the lamp Pepperoni and my Gf ordered the Margherita pizza, both were so amazing and FRESH!!! It's a must go to pizza eatery and will highly recommend it to everyone. read more

I'm so happy we went to this restaurant last night. It was simply amazing. The pizzas are bigger than your usual fired pizza place. We ordered 4 different pizzas for a family of four and took home almost a whole pizza! The brussel sprouts are a must try with a sweet, light, honey drizzle - they melt in your mouth. The meatballs were also a great appetizer. Everything came out perfect, the service was amazing. The best part - their PATIO IS HEATED. It felt so nice sitting under the lights of the patio and relaxing. Our family eats pizza at least once a week - this is now our go-to pizza place. read more

We sat out front with our bikes and ordered a couple of apps and a 'za. The waitress was stoked to tell us about the menu highlights and seemed very happy to be there. I ordered a take-out Gluten Free Veggie pizza. The description on their menu is: "garlic oil, sauteed peppers and onions, roasted broccolini, fig agrodolce, fresh mozzarella. $15" First, the pizza size was surprisingly small, the dough was half baked and the amount of mozzarella was hardly visible and had hardly tasted like cheese. The only thing that was abundant without proportion, were the stringy and hardly edible roasted broccolini and the generous amount of the fig agrodolce. This fig condiment made the pizza too sweet. Stand alone as an addition to desert it might have been great but not on a savory pizza. The GF added $5. I ended up paying for this more than $23--a true rip off. read more

As a native New Yorker, nothing in Boulder has satisfied my snobby pizza palette until today. The bubbly thin crust, the crisp yet moist eggplant, the savory yet sweet balsamic glaze, the tart spice of the pepperoncinis and the fresh mozzarella all created a blissful confluence in my mouth. For two you could have those and a salad for the meal BUT you dont want to miss the Pizza. We had the "Sweet Heat" pie and it was very strong. Dont judge a book by its cover but DO judge a pizza by its crust. The crust was amazing and so were the toppings. The manager TJ also took the time to check in as well. Everything is eccentric and crafted with precision. Even the weirdest combinations turn out to be incredible! Case in point: their black pepper ice cream topped with pecans and basil. Sounds weird, but don't knock it before you try it. Trust me. Even their salads are unique and creative enough to please any meatitarian like me. I heard this place had a good tap wall, and was so excited to try the beet and pizza. Server refused my ID because it was 'vertical' not horizontal! I am two years over the required drinking age and have never came across this anywhere. Pizza was okay I guess, probably would have been better with a beer.
