Can't rave enough about this place. Amazing customer service, worked with me on two platters for two birthdays that happened to be back to back. Very responsive and timely even when I was tardy for pick up. Platters were beautiful. She let me customize the arrangement. One platter had a mix of chocolates and the super deluxe that's pictured was mainly milk. The treats were sooo yummy. Would definitely recommend ordering more chocolate covered strawberries, I added on extra and it was worth it. Everything was incredibly tasty, chocolate didn't taste like those awful off brand chocolates people buy for special occasions. Just the right amount of sweetness. Will definitely buy from Brooklyn Dipped again, next time i'll definitely try the cakes and donuts. They were so nice on the phone and so very helpful. The lady was great! She assured me they would be delivered on Valentines Day and they WERE! My daughter was so thrilled. Used this bakery for my daughters birthday cake last year and it was great, so we used them again this year, but unfortunately it was terrible. While the cake looked okay (not great) it was incredibly dry. Several people commented on how dry it was and when we looked around we saw a sea of plates with only a few bites taken from the cake. My husband actually said it was inedible. Today we went to a birthday party and the cake was amazing (and cost them $50 compared to the $210 we paid for ours). I ordered a large platter of strawberries as an after New Years gift. Not only were they absolutely gorgeous (a variety of different flavors and decorations) but they were incredibly delicious too! The delivery was unfortunately a difficult one due to building restrictions in Manhattan but nonetheless Brooklyn Dipped was on it and persevered until the delivery was made to some very happy recipients. Due to Covid, our wedding went from a big venue wedding to a small backyard ceremony and I was on the hunt for someone to make us a custom wedding cake. I am so happy I found Brooklyn Dipped in my Yelp searches. Lauren was a sweetheart to work with, prices were very reasonable and her wedding cake tasting was delicious. She made us an amazing wedding cake with different flavored tiers. We did the chocolate covered oreo cake with peanut butter icing and the cinnamon pecan cake with cheese cake frosting - most people tried both because they were so good and no one could pick a favorite. We also got an assortment of strawberries including the bridal decorated ones and they were fabulous.
