Fast, professional, and honest. I went to them for what I thought was a broken trunk lock. Instead of charging me a boatload of cash to fix a crappy 10-year-old car, they figured out the problem was my original key. Within 10 minutes they were able to decode (is that even the right word in locksmith-speak?) the lock and make me a copy that worked even better than the original. read more

I called on Friday afternoon to make an appointment on Saturday afternoon. Erin from Broadway locksmith showed up at the scheduled time and took care of re-keying all of the locks in my house. Broadway was a little more expensive than some of the other locksmiths that I called, but they showed up on time on short notice and were very professional. read more

Just OFF Broadway (go figure) but the best part is they have FREE customer parking. Excellent service to help you with your needs. Wide selection of keys, locks, accessories to secure your abode (or whatever). read more

Great and honest service! I came in to have a pair of chipped car keys cut and programmed. I was told that if the keys they program doesn't work then I'll only be charged, for cutting the key. The keys worked! and I only had to pay a fraction of the price compared to the dealership. I definitely recommend them and I would use their service again in the future! read more

I had to buy a new ignition lock cylinder for my car. When it came, of course my keys didn't fit it. I called around the Eastside and got quotes ranging from $50-100. Broadway did it for $36.50. These guys are really good at what they do, and reasonably priced. read more

I just bought a used minivan and needed extra keys made. But neither Home Depot and Lowes could make them, as they didn't have the right-size key (even though I'd gotten keys made by them in the past for other minivans). So I asked around Yelp and found Broadway Locksmith, who had positive reviews and charged the lowest. Broadway did the job well. Good customer service. Conveniently located near the Capitol Hill light rail station, which was a plus for me, as I live near light rail. read more

Same day service, even though it was not an emergency. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job. Another locksmith in town recommended that I go here for work, which told me that they are top notch. Will definitely use Broadway Locksmith again in the future. read more

The service at Broadway Locksmith is amazing! I received an email while out of town on Christmas Eve that the condos above mine had water flooding into them, and unfortunately no one in Seattle had a key to my place to check on my (new!) floors. I called Broadway Locksmith, explained my situation, and they were able to make a key for my unit from the information on my original key. The employee I spoke with was even nice enough to drop it off in my building so a friend could check on my condo. I was incredibly relieved and cannot thank them enough for going out of their way to help. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't been so kind, thanks Broadway Locksmith! read more

Sol replaced my locks, was very friendly, knowledgeable and even gave me a discount on the trip charge and locks because I am signing up for a security system with them-which btw, is the cheapest in the business. Can't recommend them more. read more

Professional and Knowledgeable service. Was able to bring a key for a locked filing cabinet based on photo of lock

Was very disappointed that I made an appointment 2 days ago for a 10:00 am appointment,I called at 10:30 and ask if they were still coming and I was told they were finishing up with another customer,I asked why I wasn't called no answer. We like to use local businesses but when We are treated this way it makes me think twice. Not acceptable. I canceled my appointment went and ordered the service threw Amazon. read more

I called one evening for a locksmith that I needed to come ASAP. Whoever I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and told me that there might be an easier and cheaper way to remove a lock than I had previously thought. Another guy came the very next morning right on schedule with my appointment! Also, he was very nice and courteous and took care of my lock within minutes and gave me as many keys as I wanted. In my opinion, I think he charged me a decent price for the work done. Overall, I would use this company again and again and I would recommend them to everyone! read more

They are great! Super nice and help me quite a bit with my antique/ vintage door locks. They know quite a bit and aren't very pricey.

Great service. Showed up right on time, fixed a loose lock and installed two deadbolts, cleaned up and charged me exactly what I had been quoted on the phone. Will use them again when the time comes. Even showed me how to fix the loose lock myself if it becomes loose again in the future. read more

This is a great company with incredible customer service! My lock jammed at 5:30pm and they were the first group I saw come up on yelp.... I called and Tyler answered and he said they didn't have any available people- so I was going to ask him for a referral, but after a brief pause, he said, where do you live? And I live nearby so he said, okay, I will come help you. And he quoted me a price, and was there within 10 minutes! He fixed my lock after just a few minutes and because it was so fast he didn't even charge me. I was shocked.... and insisted I pay but he said no, I was on his way home and it was a quick fix. He also mentioned that they do alarm monitoring and told me a little about it, and I will definitely be switching to this local company as soon as my contract with ADT is up. Very impressed!! read more

On the phone they told me they could be there in 35 minutes; Bjorn showed up in 10 "because lockouts are a priority." Incredibly fast, cheerful, professional service and good tips on better security. I feel safer knowing guys like this are in the neighborhood. read more

Excellent service, quality and great staff! Can't say enough good things about Broadway Locksmith - will use them again!

These guys are great. We called on Black Friday night at 9.30pm due to a lockout. Left a message on voice mail and Bjorn called back no 5 minutes later - so don't be discouraged by voice mail - they call back quickly! Bjorn promised to be there within 30 minutes and showed up before that. He was very professional and checked our ID before he actually opened the door - which took him 3 minutes. He reassured us that he is a trained professional and that our door is not that easy to open. It took him less time to open the door than it took us to pay the bill. On top of it all he shared his advice how to prevent a lockout in the future! I will have all my keys done at Broadway Locksmith. Call them if you are in a lockout situation! read more

They squeezed me in the day I called. My home was burglarized the day before! Bjorn came out and replaced my locks. He was honest, helpful, and fast. Great service all around! read more

Broadway Locksmith saved the day for me when I had been locked out my house and was about due to pick up my daughter from preschool. Despite a city full of traffic with the Chinese president in town, Bjorn managed to come within 20 minutes and then shortly thereafter get me back into my home where my car keys were waiting. They are reliable, professional, and offer fair prices. I strongly recommend their services. read more

I live in North Bend which is out of the area from them but had to leave a review for this guy. So great over the phone. Offered to recommend a locksmith in my area. I told him my situation. I lost my mailbox key and he told me how to get a new key a lot cheaper. Thank YOU!!!!! read more

These guys are fantastic! Helped with alarm system, antique lock, advice re: securing doors, etc. Kept costs low, prices were very reasonable, incredibly resourceful in fixing issues, and super professional. read more

My Saturday afternoon emergency was having my house keys stolen. The threat to my home security had me calling locksmiths. After several tries and hearing "leave a message", my next call was to Broadway Locksmith and I hit "gold". The employee was on his way home after closing, pulled over to take my call and immediately said "sure I will be there shortly". I had 30year old locks that are not made anymore and I had wanted to replace them. He clearly had the expertise to deal with them and the patience to be willing to take the time to make the changes needed to replace them rather than just offer the quick and simple security solution of rekeying my old locks. I was relieved and grateful. read more

I have used Broadway many times. But the other day I did not have a good experience with them. I'll try Bergman's next time.

They came first thing Monday morning and solved our lock problems within a few minutes. We have used Broadway Locksmith for a number of years now and keep coming back. Highly recommend them. Bjorn had great customer service! read more

IF YOU HAVE AN OLD CAR (OR ANY CAR), THIS IS YOUR LOCKSMITH. I just purchased a 1983 Vanagon with the original locks still in place and I was unable to open the back hatch or passenger side door. I called multiple locksmiths and got a bit of a run-around due to the age of my van. Most told me to just buy all new locks and have them installed. Unlike the others, Broadway Locksmith was happy to help me. I called in advance and they gave me some tips to try to fix it myself. Didn't work, so I drove it down to their shop so they could have a look. In a matter of about an hour, they'd cleaned out years of graphite in both locks and cut new keys for the doors and ignition. The locks work effortlessly now and I have confidence that I'm not going to get locked out. When it was time to leave, their technician moved his own vehicle and stopped traffic so that I could pull my big old van out and drive it home. I couldn't be happier with the fast, helpful, and courteous service I recieved from Broadway Locksmith. read more

Very professional, fast, and overall great service. I highly recommend Broadway Locksmith.

went to get a key duplicated. affordable, fast, and the guy was nice.

Broadway Locksmith is AWESOME! I've used them a few times in the last few months to change locks at a house we were moving out of, and further at the house we were moving into. Each time, Aaron was presented with some "challenges" as both homes were old. He came up with simple solutions to problems we'd lived with for several years -- leaving us wondering why we'd let it go so long. Aaron just finished replacing a lock mechanism from a very old and valuable door that was imported from Paris and is circa early 1800's. He had to retrofit the mechanism , and even replaced the chunk that would have left a big void for a carpenter to repair by repurposing the piece he had to take out to replace. Couldn't recommend them more! And the icing on top is the price - every time I pay them I'm left wishing they were more than locksmiths - I could use these guys quality workmanship and value on every type of service we need around here! Aaron is the BEST! Thank you! read more
