Fantastic response time and service. Quoted price and ETA over the phone for a lockout service and exceeded expectations. Other locksmiths have struggled with this door lock and one even claimed they would have to break the lock. But this experience was extremely smooth. Thank you for the rapid response and professionalism! I would recommend to others in Bellevue read more

Michael did a great job installing a smart lock, rekeying 13 locks, and fixing the strike plate of one of our doors. We got multiple quotes and his was the most competitive. He showed up on time and had great communication. Will definitely be the first person we call when we need locksmith services in the future. read more

02/21/2026 - About a month ago. I went out for some fun times. Instead I managed to lock the keys inside of my 1992 Lexus LS400! This is NOT an easy car to try to gain access too. Anyway, I looked up a locksmith service one called M&M Locksmith Services. Michael (I do believe he is also the owner.) came out to me and he performed an amazing lockout svc for me. He was quite fast, personable and knew his craft well. He had me back inside my vehicle within minutes... all while he did zero damage to my baby in the process. I give kudos for that! He even first took the time to check my ID to confirm I was indeed the owner of the vehicle before trying to gain access to it. I really couldn't have been happier with his price, the service or the quality of the work. I'd highly recommend M&M Locksmith Services to anyone who's needing the help of a locksmith. Michael and M&M Locksmith Services will do the job right for you the first time. Why don't you give them a call right now? Signed, Geoffrey D read more

I sent an request to Mike to replace the mailbox lock because the key was lost. Mike got back to me in 10 minutes and gave me a reasonable estimate. I called them to schedule the appointment in two hours on the same day. Mike showed up on time, finished the job professionally. Even though it is Christmas Eve, Mike didn't ask for extra charge. Meir (Mike) lives up to his reputation, and I highly recommend M & M Pro Locksmith Services based on the stellar workmanship and customer service that I've received. I found Mike right here on Yelp and was so impressed with the feedback, that I gave him a call right away. He clearly explained everything on the phone and was available the following day on a Saturday (today), which was very convenient for us. He also quoted me a fair price so I didn't even bother contacting other businesses. Mike showed up today as promised, replaced 4 locks and 3 deadbolts, and drilled one of the doors to accommodate a 4th deadbolt, which he also installed. This wasn't easy work, because I had 30 year old locks and installing new ones required some careful chiseling and other modifications to the doors and door frames. Mike is very experienced and did an outstanding job, and was even nice to enough to explain various steps along the way to get everything working properly. Next time I need a locksmith again, I will not hesitate to contact Mike again. He is highly professional, communicates well, shows up on time, and does exactly what he promises. read more

Great price, quick work, and quick response. I needed to change all of the locks on my new home and Mike was fast and did a great job!

Mike was incredible, quick to respond and got the job done so quickly and efficiently. Yes, prices are expensive. But that is across the board with any locksmith. His help and knowledge where very much appreciated and necessary when we couldn't secure our building. Thank you Mike! read more

Mike from M&M Pro Locksmith Services was very responsive. He answered the phone, arranged a time that worked for me, showed up on time and did a fine job re-keying a front door lock. His pricing was fair and reasonable and his keys worked! (I mention that because he took time to check that the keys were cut correctly--something not always done by other locksmiths.) He also returned to re-key another door, without complaint and without overcharging, when I texted him to come back to do additional work I thought about after he left the first time. I would use him again and recommend him highly--a very nice guy who does good work for reasonable prices. (Make note that he also does emergency locksmith work if you ever get locked out.) read more

Called about a vehicle lockout and they got to my location within 15 minutes, unlocked in less than 5! Transparent and reasonable pricing, friendly and professional service. They were also sure to verify vehicle ownership Would recommend to anyone! read more

I used the Yelp Get Pricing inquiry and Mike from M&M Pro Locksmith Services replied within 10 minutes. He had an opening the same day that I called. He gave me a pretty reasonable rate and when he completed the Schlage lock mounting repair he stayed with the original quoted price. I also had him take a look at another door lock inside the house and he accommodated me on that as well. The job to repair lock mounts, new lock bolts and to re-install both Schlage smart locks took him about an hour. He had to put in new plates on the door. During the repair, I asked him a few questions about the locks and the purpose of some of the parts of the locks and the frame mounts. Good to ask questions to have understandings on what purpose does a door part and how it functions. I had a cordless vacuum and told him he's welcome to use it to clean up his mess, which he did. I will for sure call on M&M Pro Locksmith Services for future locksmith needs and will recommend Mike to friends, family and acquaintances. Mike, Thank You and when I have to re-key the locks, I will reach out. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays - 15Dec2023 read more

Mike responded quickly to my call and arrived in less than 20 minutes. The job ended up being more difficult than we both had initially thought. He was thorough and ended up replacing my current lock as it was not fixable due to a malfunction. His quote was also very reasonable as compared to other places that I called prior to. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area! read more

I locked myself out of my storage unit and contacted M&M Locksmith Services based on the reviews I'd seen on Yelp. It was the best decision I have made this year! I requested a quote through their website and had a response within seconds. I was able to schedule an appointment for two days later and we kept in touch via text regarding the details (price, work to be done, etc) He arrived early, and when he started working on the lock, he really had his work cut out for him because the lock was not in good shape. It was really interesting to watch him work and it was clear that he really knows what he's doing. I am extremely happy to say that not only am I able to get into my storage unit (after seven months!) but I am no longer at risk for locking myself out b/c a new doorknob was installed that has no keyhole so I can use my existing key to unlock and lock the door. This was the best experience I've had with a company that I've had in years and he was a true lifesaver. I sincerely appreciate him driving all the way from Renton to Lynnwood to help me out. From the looks of their website, Lynnwood isn't even listed as a city that they serve so I am even more grateful for the service, friendliness and the fact that I was able to finish a much-needed project. I will definitely use this company again should the need arise and I highly recommend them as well. The money spent was well worth it. read more

My Schlage lock was spinning several times before opening, and I was afraid it would cease to work altogether. I asked several locksmiths for a quote. One responded that I'd need to replace the lock. Another one offered to have a technician call and give a quote. Mike was the only one who asked whether I had thought to replace the battery. I hadn't. I just replaced it and the lock works again. I called several locksmiths to have my small personal safe opened as the handle on the lock was frozen. None of them had the interest or the tools required. Mike from Pro-Locksmith services was my last call. I sent him a picture of the safe and a manual key that was supposed to open it if the keypad failed. Mike gave me a quote for the job and said he would come to my home the next day between 10 - 11 am. He arrived at 10 am and went to work. He checked the keypad first and then the manual key to see if they would work. They didn't'. So out came his pry bar and with my permission, he worked on the door and sides of the safe for at least 30 minutes until the door finally gave way and opened. I was thrilled and he was covered with sweat and a white powder that flew out of a crack in the safe door. Mike was kind, polite, and gave it his all. I was happy to hand over my payment to him. if you need a full service locksmith he is definitely the fellow to call. read more

Mike was able to come the next day - Very fast once he was here and easy to work with. He answered my inquiry within minutes of sending it! His price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend. Super responsive. I called and didn't leave a message but as I was typing a request in Yelp, Michael texted me back saying he missed my call and was wondering if he could be of assistance. The thing about older cars is they tend to auto lock even tho your car is on. I unfortunately started my car and got out to grab something in the garage. When I came back out I realized the car is locked and still running. I messaged M&M since they were the closest to me, and I got a reply almost instantly. Within 10 minutes he was at my house and 30 seconds later I was on my merry way. Professional and courteous, I would highly recommend to anyone who's as clumsy as me. read more

The technician came out same day, ahead of schedule and worked for an hour trying to get a broken piece of my key out of my car's ignition. He tried everything but wasn't successful, however, he did honor his verbal commitment to only charge a $30 service fee if he couldn't get it out. He also figured out a way to get the car running, at least in the mean time, so I can bring it to a mechanic without a tow truck. It didn't work out, but he did a great job and kept his word. read more
