02/21/2026 - About a month ago. I went out for some fun times. Instead I managed to lock the keys inside of my 1992 Lexus LS400! This is NOT an easy car to try to gain access too. Anyway, I looked up a locksmith service one called M&M Locksmith Services. Michael (I do believe he is also the owner.) came out to me and he performed an amazing lockout svc for me. He was quite fast, personable and knew his craft well. He had me back inside my vehicle within minutes... all while he did zero damage to my baby in the process. I give kudos for that! He even first took the time to check my ID to confirm I was indeed the owner of the vehicle before trying to gain access to it. Meir (Mike) lives up to his reputation, and I highly recommend M & M Pro Locksmith Services based on the stellar workmanship and customer service that I've received. I found Mike right here on Yelp and was so impressed with the feedback, that I gave him a call right away. He clearly explained everything on the phone and was available the following day on a Saturday (today), which was very convenient for us. He also quoted me a fair price so I didn't even bother contacting other businesses. Mike showed up today as promised, replaced 4 locks and 3 deadbolts, and drilled one of the doors to accommodate a 4th deadbolt, which he also installed. This wasn't easy work, because I had 30 year old locks and installing new ones required some careful chiseling and other modifications to the doors and door frames. Mike is very experienced and did an outstanding job, and was even nice to enough to explain various steps along the way to get everything working properly. I used the Yelp Get Pricing inquiry and Mike from M&M Pro Locksmith Services replied within 10 minutes. He had an opening the same day that I called. He gave me a pretty reasonable rate and when he completed the Schlage lock mounting repair he stayed with the original quoted price. I also had him take a look at another door lock inside the house and he accommodated me on that as well. The job to repair lock mounts, new lock bolts and to re-install both Schlage smart locks took him about an hour. He had to put in new plates on the door. During the repair, I asked him a few questions about the locks and the purpose of some of the parts of the locks and the frame mounts. Good to ask questions to have understandings on what purpose does a door part and how it functions. I had a cordless vacuum and told him he's welcome to use it to clean up his mess, which he did. I will for sure call on M&M Pro Locksmith Services for future locksmith needs and will recommend Mike to friends, family and acquaintances. I locked myself out of my storage unit and contacted M&M Locksmith Services based on the reviews I'd seen on Yelp. It was the best decision I have made this year! I requested a quote through their website and had a response within seconds. I was able to schedule an appointment for two days later and we kept in touch via text regarding the details (price, work to be done, etc) He arrived early, and when he started working on the lock, he really had his work cut out for him because the lock was not in good shape. It was really interesting to watch him work and it was clear that he really knows what he's doing. I am extremely happy to say that not only am I able to get into my storage unit (after seven months!) but I am no longer at risk for locking myself out b/c a new doorknob was installed that has no keyhole so I can use my existing key to unlock and lock the door. This was the best experience I've had with a company that I've had in years and he was a true lifesaver. I sincerely appreciate him driving all the way from Renton to Lynnwood to help me out. I called several locksmiths to have my small personal safe opened as the handle on the lock was frozen. None of them had the interest or the tools required. Mike from Pro-Locksmith services was my last call. I sent him a picture of the safe and a manual key that was supposed to open it if the keypad failed. Mike gave me a quote for the job and said he would come to my home the next day between 10 - 11 am. He arrived at 10 am and went to work. He checked the keypad first and then the manual key to see if they would work. They didn't'. So out came his pry bar and with my permission, he worked on the door and sides of the safe for at least 30 minutes until the door finally gave way and opened. The technician came out same day, ahead of schedule and worked for an hour trying to get a broken piece of my key out of my car's ignition. He tried everything but wasn't successful, however, he did honor his verbal commitment to only charge a $30 service fee if he couldn't get it out. The thing about older cars is they tend to auto lock even tho your car is on. I unfortunately started my car and got out to grab something in the garage. When I came back out I realized the car is locked and still running. I messaged M&M since they were the closest to me, and I got a reply almost instantly.
