Joe was absolutely incredible. Prompt responses to my questions through Yelp messaging, and showed up right on time. He was super flexible with my needs - I originally asked for a re-key but ultimately decided to change out some hardware - and gave a fair price. He worked quickly but thoroughly, changing hardware and re-key four doors and deadbolts in about an hour, as well as testing all the new keys on each device. He was also friendly and nice the whole time. I would absolutely call Joe again, and I'm very glad I worked with him! read more

We were locked out of our car at a Park & Ride and unfortunately all backup keys had been lost. Jo was able to quickly respond and provide us with an *Honest Quote* for the job. He traveled to get to us and got into the car, made a new set of keys, and had everything programmed ready to go (chipped keys). Very nice guy, charged Exactly what he quoted over the phone. read more

My car was broken into late on a Friday night and my spare house keys were stolen. Joe came to my home on short notice, within about a half hour of me finding out about the theft, near midnight. Within about a half hour, he replaced three house locks and my mailbox lock. I wouldn't have slept soundly if Joe hadn't come out. Additionally, his pricing was extremely fair for the work executed and the time. I highly recommend Seattle Security Lock & Key! read more

Joe went well out of his way to help me with exactly what I needed. His guys did a great job and the price was reasonable. He takes pride in what he does which isn't something you see everyday. Fasted response and lowest price we found with next day service. Multiple doors rekeyed in less than 30 minutes.

Our deadbolt got stuck in a locked position. They were able to come out within hours, investigate the issue (broken slide so needed replacement), replaced lock and spent quite a bit of time confirming their work. Realigned our deadbolt plate on doorframe and it works great. Amazing work, and would do again if I ever needed read more

Super fast responses. Easy to confirm schedule. Work completed without any issue. Would recommend!

Joe was super awesome! Gave us some tips to see if we could fix our mail lock ourselves. After we couldn't, he suggested coming Monday morning so we could save some money. I was a little worried since we have heard from other people about locksmiths scamming you by saying it will be one amount, but then come out and charge you $200+. Not the case here at all! Even though it took him a long time since the lock was super messed up, he still charged me the $65 he had quoted me. We will for sure be using these guys again! Already have their number saved in my phone! read more

I used Yelp's search feature to get quotes from a locksmith and I could not have been luckier! Just had a new lock installed by Joe L. from Seattle Security Lock and Key and he was wonderful! I called earlier this afternoon needing an emergency lock installed and they said by 6 someone would be here. He called 5 minutes before his scheduled arrival time to tell me he was 5 minutes away and was here right on time. He got my new lock installed and showed us the ins and outs of it in half an hour!! I would Highly recommend using this company. They are a 24 hour mobile service which is great since a lot of places close fairly early or you have to schedule for a few days out. Same day, no appointment. Perfect 5 stars all the way! read more

These guys were awesome. We recently bought a new house and found out the hard way that the door lock and the deadlock were not keyed the same. We ended up completely locked out of the house. When we called, they picked up immediately, were friendly and promised to be there within an hour. Nice! Better yet, they showed up in 20 minutes flat. At the same time, we had the house rekeyed and the entire visit was less than 45 minutes. Great job. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more
