He was super flexible with my needs - I originally asked for a re-key but ultimately decided to change out some hardware - and gave a fair price. They were able to come out within hours, investigate the issue (broken slide so needed replacement), replaced lock and spent quite a bit of time confirming their work. Joe was super awesome! Gave us some tips to see if we could fix our mail lock ourselves. After we couldn't, he suggested coming Monday morning so we could save some money. I was a little worried since we have heard from other people about locksmiths scamming you by saying it will be one amount, but then come out and charge you $200+. Not the case here at all! Even though it took him a long time since the lock was super messed up, he still charged me the $65 he had quoted me. We will for sure be using these guys again! These guys were awesome. We recently bought a new house and found out the hard way that the door lock and the deadlock were not keyed the same. We ended up completely locked out of the house. I called earlier this afternoon needing an emergency lock installed and they said by 6 someone would be here. He called 5 minutes before his scheduled arrival time to tell me he was 5 minutes away and was here right on time. He got my new lock installed and showed us the ins and outs of it in half an hour!! I would Highly recommend using this company. They are a 24 hour mobile service which is great since a lot of places close fairly early or you have to schedule for a few days out.
