Internet Planet just came out with a new high-speed Lightning Plan. for almost half the price. I had used them before. I found their internet to be very reliable. They don't have a zillion people working for them like the big outfits. Each time I call or email, it's the same one or two people. They are skilled technicians. They respond right away. My call never gets transferred. The buck stops with them. I just ran a speed test on it comparing both, since my Comcast Business is not disconnected yet. Their new Lightning Plan is comparable to Comcast Business.

And I was told to bring a burned-out modem to a location on Market Street in San Francisco that subsequently said they'd never received it back. Don't trust or believe them. And don't bring a modem into a store. Get a shipping label and address from them and return it to that address via Fed-Ex. (
