    I would have originally rated this establishment a 1 star for the poor help and mess up on…read morexfinity's part here at the store. However Ashley's help at this location helped finally relieve some stress my family and I were put through for the past month. I originally came in and paid in full for a new iPhone 17 in the color lavender. I was told it would be shipped to me in a few days and to come back to this location to activate it and set it up. However when I finally received the phone, it was the wrong color and not what I had ordered. When taking this phone back to xfinity to get my order fixed, the manager then told me the warehouse sold out of what I originally ordered and that's why they sent me the sage green phone. Which is not wait I paid in full for $1,000 for but okay, weird but okay. So from that point in the manager told me we HAD to activate the phone that was the wrong color and I HAD to walk out of the store with it that day and use. as if it were a loner phone till the correct one came in. I already felt uneasy about taking a phone that I'm not going to keep but he insisted I had too. Only for later that night I accidentally dropped it as I hadn't had a chance to get a phone case for it quite yet and it cracked on the back. Take it in the next day just for the manager to say either we get it fixed ourselves or we have to keep it. Which is absolutely absurd as I told them I did not trust even myself to take a phone that is not going to be mine in the long run. After finally calling xfinity and finding out we had insurance on the phone we were able to drive out an hour away and get it fixed. Another inconvenience but we got it fixed. Just for my family and I to get told we were over the 2 week exchange and return window which sent us into a spiral. Finally we were able to get some help and were told a new lavender phone would be shipped to us and we have an extension on our exchange window. (Side note, we were told by this location they would also order me the correct color phone and had my phone number to tell me shipping updates only to never hear from them again. Felt like they dumped a problem on us and just left us to deal with it.) When we finally received the right phone we originally ordered, we then took it to Xfinity Vacaville only to be met again with they can't help us or meet us in the middle with any reference to other help. We then were finally relieved of our stress when we took it back to this location and Ashley helped us out. She made everything smooth and easy and assured us she could transfer everything over to my new phone and send us on our way. She even then said she didn't understand how the Vacaville location couldn't help us because all of our information was right there ready to go and activate the correct phone. I know this is a lengthy review but we were playing tag with xfinity and getting the correct phone we paid over $1,000 for , for over a month which is absolutely ridiculous to put your customers through that type of a goose chase when it was your drop of the ball to begin with. Thank you to Ashley and Ashley only for helping get all this settled and putting us at ease with this whole dispute.

You go in…read moreto do a simple transaction,like exchanging a wifi router and they sign you up for MORE Expensive services that YOU DID NOT REQUEST or SIGN UP FOR. But this is pretty typical at the mall. People are Two cups short of a quart here. ON The other hand I think management and Corporate could aslso be the problem here. Forcing their already absent minded employees to fulfill a quota.

    I switched from Spectrum, because they are trying to sneak in higher fees without the customer…read morenoticing. AT&T ... fast internet for a good price. That's about it .. the customer service is horrible. The techs need to learn how to install properly. They tried to get me to switch my phone service, but like the other services they offer, it's only half-assed, they don't fully do everything, they only do just enough. I'd rather pay more with someone else, than be stuck with their phone service too ... because whenever you'll need help, there's not a REAL PERSON to be found! Only this a.i. that never understands the human element!! My recent internet problem ... they kept apologizing, but that's ridiculous .. it doesn't ever help anything! They needed to get my service back asap. Stop apologizing! Techs finally came out and didn't fully do the install .. only parts, so it'll probably go out again. The only thing this company was good at were their welcome gifts ... better than most , they gave 2 good gifts within the first month ... but everything else ..

    The service repair tech, Jay-Jay in the San Francisco Bay Area is DISHONEST and did NOT do his…read morejob!! We had a repair ticket open up for our house land line phone to be serviced because of no dial tone and one ring tone, we purposely cancelled ALL our appointments so someone was home for his visit because the house is equipped with an alarm, but he did NOT show up for the promised time. All our follow-up actions failed after numerous attempts trying to find out when he would show to make up for his "no-show". We finally got his report from the service department saying he had written down that he could not get to the phone box at our house as "a legitimate excuse", NOT TRUE at all because we WERE at our house all day that day!! We are leaving AT&T because of Jay-Jay and HE does need to be retrained fully to do his job ethically!!
