I called on a Sunday intending to leave a message but Jeremiah answered the phone and actually tried to walk me through several quick fixes before sending a technician out and charging me. I really appreciated that but of course the quick fixes didn't work this time. Monday morning the office contacted me and said they could have a technician here between nine and 11. As 11 approached they contacted me again telling me that their technician was running a bit late at a previous job but that he would be here by noon. Sure enough at noon he arrived! He was very polite and thorough and spent a good amount of time troubleshooting my issue. When he finally found the junction box responsible for my problem hidden in my attic, He worked quickly to remedy the situation and before I knew it everything was fixed.
