Even though his schedule was already full that day, Don made the time to come out between appointments and quickly fixed the issue. When I asked what the emergency visit would cost, he simply said, "Don't worry about it--just call us to schedule your water heater service." Since my system was due for service, I went ahead and scheduled it. They did a fantastic job, taking the time to fully flush and descale the unit and remove mineral buildup. Everyone I interacted with--from start to finish--was incredibly nice, down-to-earth, and genuinely pleasant to work with. I won't hesitate to use Don Nichols Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

I could tell that Beau had quite a lot of experience and I felt confident that his crew would exceed my expectations and I was right. His plumbers Eric and Daniel along with Beau showed up exactly on time to do the installation of a new flexible gas line to our backyard firepit and a separate gas line to our firebox inside our home for a new gas insert. Eric and Daniel were extremely professional, friendly, and do great work! Their expertise is obvious. They also completed the job well ahead of schedule. I contacted Bell Products to repair my air conditioning unit. They sent a technician who charged me…read more$902 and misdiagnosed the problem. The system was still not working after his visit. When I contacted them again, they sent a second technician who told me I needed to replace the entire system for $10,000. I then contacted another HVAC company for a second opinion. They confirmed there was nothing wrong with the system. The problem was a small pump, which I replaced, and the AC now works perfectly. Bell Products took $902, fixed nothing, and then tried to sell me a completely unnecessary $10,000 replacement. In my opinion, this is dishonest and unethical. This company appears far more interested in selling expensive new systems than repairing what can easily be fixed for a fraction of the cost. This experience caused me significant anxiety, and I would not recommend Bell Products to anyone. I am requesting a full refund of the $902 I was charged for a misdiagnosis and no repair. Charging for work that did not fix the problem and then pushing an unnecessary replacement raises serious concerns under consumer protection laws. I expect Bell Products to address this promptly and refund the charge.
