I called on a Sunday intending to leave a message but Jeremiah answered the phone and actually tried to walk me through several quick fixes before sending a technician out and charging me. I really appreciated that but of course the quick fixes didn't work this time. Monday morning the office contacted me and said they could have a technician here between nine and 11. As 11 approached they contacted me again telling me that their technician was running a bit late at a previous job but that he would be here by noon. Sure enough at noon he arrived! He was very polite and thorough and spent a good amount of time troubleshooting my issue. When he finally found the junction box responsible for my problem hidden in my attic, He worked quickly to remedy the situation and before I knew it everything was fixed. I can't speak highly enough to their professionalism or their communication or just the friendly nature of everyone at AAE that I interacted with! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Within just 1.5 hours, Jerry was on-site. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly resourceful. Not only did he restore my client's power quickly, but he also took the time to provide thoughtful recommendations to help preserve their older electrical system. Most importantly, my client felt truly taken care of--and that means everything to me. I'm grateful to Michael and his team for their responsiveness and professionalism. It's reassuring to have a trusted resource I can confidently refer to my clients across the Bay Area. And for the record... my client said to give you 7 stars Thank you, Mike and Jerry, for your exceptional service!

We contacted five different electricians, but after about an hour on a Sunday, Super Electric…read morecalled us back--and within another hour, they were at our home working on the breaker box right away. The inspection/quote was free, and they even got everything temporarily working during the visit. After diagnosing the issue, Jerry explained that we'd need a new breaker panel and to add proper grounding, since one of the breakers was burned and could become a fire hazard--especially with our home being from the 1940s. I was honestly worried it would be really expensive, especially since this was our first quote--but the price was actually reasonable, so we decided to move forward. They started the job the very next day--even in the rain. We felt bad because the weather was rough, but they stayed professional and clearly knew what they were doing. Huge thanks to Jerry and Gabriel for their hard work and dedication--we truly appreciate it! Highly recommend their service!

Excellent communication, excellent quality of work, and a broad range of services including network wiring and Lutron programming, both of which are extremely hard to find. The entire team (every electrician who has been at our home) is well-trained, well-groomed and well-behaved. Sadly, that's rare in the building trades, at least in our experience. Communication via email, phone and texting is lightning fast. I'm thinking he has a twin brother hidden away somewhere answering those texts. I'm joking of course but seriously, look no further, this is the electrician you've been looking for.

Definitely going to have to keep this company in my back pocket if I ever have any electricity…read moreissues... So I woke up around a week ago with a frig that had no light on when I went to try and get water. I started checking things in the frig and found 2 outlets not working. Then I found 2 more outlets in the Living Room that also were out. Everything else in the house was fine though. I reset the breakers and GFI switches. Nothing worked. So we rushed to get as much refrigerator and freezer stuff to a friend's house. But we needed an electrician. How could only part of the house be out of power like this? Monday I looked for a quote on Yelp. Never have tried before but within minutes a bunch of companies messaged me. Bayside Electric was one of them. Not only did they respond to me within an hour on Yelp, they also called and left a Voicemail. I talked to someone named Kaylee I think and she gave me the good news that someone might be able to come out in the afternoon. She wanted to call me back and double check to be sure. But within the hour, she called me back and an appointment for that same day was set. She also informed me of the rates beforehand. Chris was the gentleman who fixed our problem. He was super kind and professional when he arrived. He came with bags on his shoes to not track dirt in the house. He fixed our issue within minutes and educated me on the issue. Basically one of our breakers burned out so he just ended up replacing it. He also gave me two other scenarios, one being cleaning out the whole circuit breaker or the other option of completely replacing it. But never once did he ever feel like anything was dire. You know how you go to typical auto shops or even dealership and they make you seem like your car is not going to run the next day unless you get whatever they recommend fixed? Chris never did any scare tactics to make me seem like we were in trouble. It was so refreshing. When I mentioned that he said its because Bayside Electric was like his previous employer. Family owned so they aren't ever pressured to make sales on every service call. They are just there to help. So yea thats my story. If you are having any electrical issues this holiday, I highly recommend Bayside Electric. I can always get behind a company that doesn't want to treat their customers like a number.
