I came home Christmas evening and found that part of my house was down, including my refrigerator, one circuit breaker has flipped and wouldn't flip back on. I looked for a possible cause and because of the wind and rainy weather, I unplugged the outdoor Christmas lights and sure enough looking at the old "outdoor" outlet and the plug In daylight the next morning I see that the outlet is fried and one of the prongs from the Christmas light timer is still in it. We had an outlet in a bedroom that sparked and smoked and needed help quickly! They scheduled us in first thing Saturday morning!! We bought our house a few years ago and it was always so dark in the living room and around the perimeter of our house, because of our pitched ceiling we weren't eligible for recess lighting either. Me and the Wife explained to them what we wanted with the Ring.com camera, patio lights, flood lights, and track lighting in our living room, and we needed brand new circuit breaker. They were able to pull permits, get things scheduled with PG&E, and eventually get all the work done in a few days, with switches for all the lights, and they were able to mount each light exactly where we wanted them. Oswaldo and his team did a great job. I had him install a new hardwired Rivian EV charger and two GFCI outdoor boxes. To do this they had to install 2 new breakers, one 50amp for the charger and a 20 for the outlets, then run about 60ft of conduit through the crawlspace under the house. He was very responsive from the start. Within a few hours of me sending him pictures he was able to give me a very competitive quote.
