I have rarely (if ever?) written a review. But this company…read moredeserves a more recent review than what I see. I have had their residential ISP service since at least 2007. I continue to be impressed by their installers, their customer support staff, and their ever-improving offerings. Just today, I received a free speed and equipment upgrade, combined with a reduced monthly fee, as part of a company initiative. This continues a long-established pattern of continual improvements, something Valley Internet really seems committed to. Because rural broadband pricing and speed have historically lagged urban& suburban options, I have frequently explored other providers, but every time I ended up keeping this superior service. And my Circle Oaks neighbors seem to agree overwhelmingly.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, like back in the day…read more I have been searching for someone to help me with my home Audio-Visual system (television, DVR, remote programming, turners, Sonos, etc.) upgrades, reprogramming and reconfigurations. A friend recommended Alarmtech. At first I wasn't sure, an alarm company? But I did need to upgrade my alarm system so I made the appointment to get a quote on both. The representative who came for my appointment was knowledgeable, aware of current trends and changes, knew my equipment, understood what I wanted and was willing to make recommendations on how to accomplish my desired result. He didn't quote me prices on the most expensive hardware, but rather what would work for me. He didn't tell me I need to scrap everything and start over. I'd heard that from another. I hired them to update my alarm system and to install AV hardware which required reprogramming my remotes. The installer arrived on time, was very polite, did clean work & was very thorough. The office staff is very polite and helpful. But what really sets this company apart for me is the AFTER SALE service. Last week, I had a problem with the DVR in my vacation rental responding to my remote. I was in a panic, because I had guests arriving in a couple of days. I sent a text to my contact and he helped me with the solution. Texting back steps to correct the problem. It worked! The next day my modem & router went out in the house, yeah I couldn't believe it either. I had no idea what to do. I called the internet provider, AT&T, and as you can imagine they were no help. The tech only wanted to upgrade my service and pass me off to sales. But when I asked my Alarmtech rep who I could call, he not only recommended Switzer Enterprises but called for me and explained my dilemma. I am sure that call paved the way for someone to come out that day and fix it all. I highly recommend Alarmtech. Not just for the product, but for the SERVICE.

I initially spoke with Cindy, Robert's mom, who promptly returned my call and was incredibly kind and helpful. Robert came out right away to provide an estimate. While the original quote was a little outside of our budget, we shared our concerns, and he took the time to work through different options until he found a solution that fit our budget. Robert and his team, De and Shane, were professional, friendly, and efficient. They did an excellent job installing our windows, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. You can really tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone looking for quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and a company that truly stands behind its work.

Pack your patience with these folks. My niece's new school uses Ad Special T's as their vendor for…read moreuniforms. I used the link the school sent us, which could be improved, but whatever. I placed an order for five children's shirts on July 20. It was weird that they asked for a mailing address, but the confirmation said the order was for pickup only. On July 27, I called the store and spoke with Nick. Nick was my point of contact and very responsive, but not proactive. During the call, Nick told me that they received the order but not the payment. Considering it was seven days later, the transaction had already posted to my credit card. I forwarded the order and the cleared credit card transaction to Nick, and he told me he would send it to his boss for verification. On July 31, I had to reach out to Nick to follow up. He confirmed that they were still waiting on the payment processor to confirm receipt. On August 3, the payment was finally confirmed, and at that moment, the shirts were ordered. No further context on the timeline of this order. On August 10, I reached back out to Nick to check the status, and he let me know that the last shirt had arrived that day. On August 11, I received an email stating the shirts were ready. I told my sister to go pick them up, and when she arrived, she was greeted by an unfriendly last who brought up the order issue. My sister didn't get a good feeling from her. Overall, the experience took longer than it should have. School started on August 17, and I ordered the shirts almost a month in advance only to receive them seven days before school started. I'm not sure if they need to work on their payment processing, order tracking, customer service, or proactive communication, but this was not a pleasant experience. Also this was a kindergartens shirt. They grow like weeds there was no time for sizing errors because of systemic delays. Honestly, if the school had another vendor, I would have gone with them.
