No way was I going to Concord Recycling Center (lines are very long). I was surprise I remember Sun's Recycling in Port Chicago (I didn't know this was still Concord) A family own business. I was very impress on the guy unloading my eight big trash bags of plastic bottles into one huge net bag. Very impressive on the guy hauling my plastic bottles. I manage to come to Sun' Recycling Center at a perfect time while there was no people. I manage to come and get out of there fast! I typically only have one or two bags as I don't like to have a hunger stock pile at my house. You can also recycle your metal/appliances there as well. Across the street you can drop off your cardboard to be recycled as well. It's better to get a few bucks back for your cans and bottles instead of putting it in the trash.
