My next door neighbor or their real estate agent hired JunkBees to remove their personal junk after selling their home and moving out. To cut corners and save time and effort Junk Bees chose to ignore the private property signs on my driveway and took it upon themselves (without our permission) to park their big truck on my property to throw the junk from their clients yard over the fence into my property and load the truck. In doing so they broke branches on one of my hedges and left large pieces of broken glass and other debris on my driveway. Alex, Kevin & Elijah are my freakin' BOYS! They are seriously the most chill, funniest, but also the most professional group I've come across in my years of needing junk hauled away. We use them at multiple properties and their service is excellent throughout. When I call/text them, they can usually come the same day, if not, the day after which is not only extremely helpful but SUPER important in my field of work. Nice guys, paid them $1800 to clean out in laws home. But they conveniently forgot to take 2 file cabinets from the attic. They said everything was removed. We couldn't check on them because we weren't able to climb to the attic. Realtor found them upon her inspection. We had to pay someone else to have them removed. They did a terrific job! I reserved a date and time on their website - so easy! They had multiple times available during the week or weekend. I made a reservation for 4:00 pm the next Saturday afternoon and was sent a confirmation email. On Saturday afternoon two Junk Beez employees and a truck showed up on time. Both guys were super nice and cheerful. They took away an old couch, an old recliner plus enough other stuff to fill up their truck. They did all the work - they carried the couch and recliner out of my house and into their truck. I didn't have to lift anything! I'm super thankful that they did all the carrying - I have a bad back and could not have carried any of my furniture outside. Junk Beez is great! When they are at your house all you have to do is point to an item that you want them to take and they do the rest! Definitely worth it. I will use them again and will recommend to others! read more

I have nothing but praise for Junk Beez! First, a very pleasant live human answered the phone! Then she asked when it was most convenient for us for them to come and give us a free estimate! When we said today, she scheduled us for 1-3 pm! They called an hour later giving us a more exact window of 2-2:30!! I know!!! I received an email confirmation, and I got a call from the driver about 30 minutes before arrival. They showed up on time, had 3 trucks with them, and 5 guys!
