I called 1800 got junk and got an in person estimate. I decided to call you their competition for a quote and I was told by junk beez, that you would beat got junks estimate! Was dissapointed about the attitudes I received for the hauling they did? I was questioned about my estimate, they were complaining and was given smart ass looks. I didn't appreciate it and thought it was unprofessional. The rep from 1800 got junk was much nicer and told me in person after looking at my items that the removal was no problem! Junk beez was not much cheaper and looked like they didn't even want to do it? I think next time I will just stick with 1800 got junk! They took everything I asked: wood, shelves, old electronics, BBQ, bike, mattress, trampoline, broken planters, etc. Filled up 3/4 of their large truck for 465. It was a bit more than I anticipated. They estimated 1/2 to 3/4 of the truck, so the estimate was accurate. More expensive than doing it myself, but it would have taken me multiple trips to the dump and an electronics recycling place, plus borrowing or renting a truck, and all day to do it myself. read more

I was looking for a company that hauls your stuff away and also recycles. I had seen Junk Beez ads on TV. So, they were the first I called. I called them on Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday between 8am and 10am. The driver called me 10 min before 8 and informed me that they will be there in 30 minutes, and sure enough, they showed up at 8:30 promptly. They were very professional and friendly and quickly gave me an estimate. After everything was loaded in their truck, they reduced the estimate because it took less space than they originally estimated. They were quick, clean and very honest. I have been putting off getting rid of an old and very heavy church organ that has been sitting in my garage for the past 7 years. Not only was the instrument heavy, I was dreading clearing the path inside the cluttered garage just to get to it. Today I thought I'd at least call and see if and when someone might take it out. I was expecting an appointment in a week or two. Instead, the guys told me they were 10 minutes away (they were) and they could come out immediately (they did). Junk Beez was awesome! I am trying like crazy to clean out my childhood home that I lived with, with my Grandmother, whom I like to call the Hoarder of the family. Cleaning out my downstairs garage has been a nightmare, and I was worried that I would have to end up chuckin the stuff away myself in my tiny little toyota. I am very hesitant when it comes to using companies that come and take your junk, because I have had horrible experiences in the past. We had a company once absolutely refuse to go up our driveway (its a long one) and they insisted that we take the junk down to the bottom of the road ourselves and leave it there for them to pick up. Another company never showed up at all. Hesitantly I contacted Junk Beez, who was refered to me by a friend who had recently used them because she was selling her house. 3 Star rating because they showed up at all, 4 star rating because they weren't too lazy to drive up my road and 5 star rating for their work ethic. They were friendly and courteous, very talkative and sweet to my Grandmother who was beyond livid at me in the first place for cleaning the garage out to begin with, AND they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The organization I work for needed a hauling job done quickly. One of our administrative staff found Junk Beez and I gave them a call, that morning. I was on the phone with Kevin for less than a minute before he patched me through to one of his guys, Elijah. Both were polite and professional. Elijah agreed to meet at the site at 2pm to do the job. I arrived at 2:05. Elijah and his crew were already there and ready to get started. Most of the stuff that needed to be hauled was already moved to the front of the building for easier access, though, Elijah stated that it wasn't necessary. This was a "mid-sized" job and they were done in less than an hour. The fee was reasonable and the "same day" service was really appreciated! The entire crew seemed like good natured, regular folk, willing to do an honest day's work. They were polite, efficient, and even gave us the option to be invoiced, rather than pay "on-the-spot" which is their policy, I believe. I've read a couple negative reviews about these guys, and I hope that those were isolated incidents, if they actually occurred. Based on OUR experience with Junk Beez, however, I would definitely call on them again and I HIGHLY recommend their service!! read more

These guys are LITTERERS! I just was on HWY 680 and a truck was behind me loaded to the top and stuff was flying out of the top of the truck and blowing all over the cars and highway! It was HUGE pieces of something including cardboard, and I through on my emergency blinkers and slowed down in order to point to them to pull over (they needed to secure their load!). They didn't pay any attention, looking right at me, pointing to them to pull over. And an IDENTICAL truck of thier was right behind them so there is NO DOUBT that the second truck knew what was happening!! They tool off onto HWY 4 exit without pulling over. So me and 2 of my co workers( 1 was a female) went to legends tonight when we got off work around 530 to enjoy some food and drinks like we do once or twice a week. As we walked in we noticed 3 junk bees employes in their uniforms having some drinks as well. After we sat down and ordered we heard some mumbling "are they staring at us bro". We didn't think anything of it. Soon after the employees were stumbling around us and the bar and outside area and kept looking at us and pointing. There was also a small group of women out side that one of the bees approached and apparently offended due to his comments. Then they were back inside and started calling us faggots and asked us if we had a problem. I told one of them we didn't know them and we aren't looking at them. Then one of the other guys got in my salesman face and asked if he had a problem and wanted to fight and continued to run his mouth with the same comments as above. So now everyone in the Restaurante is aware of what's going on and the waitress steps in and tells them they need to pay there bill and leave. And they did but before leaving loudly told us they would be waiting in the parking lot for us. So I just wanted to share my experience with this company and hope the owner is proud of his intoxicated employees still wearing full uniforms trying to pick a fight in a Restaurante and making a group of women feel so uncomfortable that they had to report it to a manager. If I ever need any thing hauled away I think I will call a and j hauling. I would give negative stars if I could. read more
