    I came to the Xfinity Store to see if I can change my home Internet and TV plan because my current…read moreplan just keeps going up in price. I made an appointment same day on a Saturday for 4:45pm. I arrived at 4pm and was told that I can either check in and wait, but will be knocked off first in line on the list or stay on the list and come back at 4:45pm. I opted go run an errand and to come back at my appointment time as there were 2 family's that just walked in ahead of me and it looked like they were short staffed. When I came back at 4:44pm, I was greeted and checked in right away and told that they will call me when they are ready for me. Unfortunately, I still had to wait over 30 minutes, maybe 40 minutes before someone was able to help me. The guy who helped me (I believe his name was Matthew) was very cool and did a very thorough job of reviewing my account and making suggestions. I had already researched what I wanted, so I just needed to know if that was the best options for me. He was very knowledgeable of all the products. In the end, I achieved my goal of shaving off a few bucks per month on Internet and TV service (saving $60/month and got a free modem/router and TV box), so I am happy. Only thing I was not happy about was waiting an extra 30-40 minutes after my appointment time. At least they had a comfortable waiting area and free WiFi.

On top of that I wasted my time with there customer service in India for 2 hours then Egypt for 3 hours then Florida this morning for another 2 hours . Now I just want to drop off the last of Your equipment 1 remote and 1 small box . There telling me I have to wait 3 people ahead of me and Waste more of my time and the guy checking me in could care LESS ... find another provider if you value your time . Do better Xfinity

I'd been told that the phone# I gave for account look-up wasn't mine..REALLY, however hurriedly the other encounters failed to question their records... Here's the first quality of service I receive, an account professional name Kaylah O., asked me to repeat my # and voila the error was the last digit off by one#. I found they amazing because without controversy I have and still before correction unequivocally received text.‍? Go figure...THANK YOU KAYLAH..for correcting an issue that was continuously overlooked. Additionally Kaylah exhibited concern and care about my account and to ensure accuracy seeing I've been working on this for some time, she illicit the collaboration of an genuine knowledgeable, confident and professional assistant manager DJ P. He was the ultimate epitome of standout talent and quality of service all of the employees should incorporate. HE WAS the optimal in reviewing, explaining and ensuring I'm billed and charge accordingly. I really am so grateful he was there today!!! I received added value and knowledge of potential programs, I may benefit from. I was extremely impressed with their service and ability to quail my anxiety.     Horrible service from Edward the manager…read more Scenario: I had issues with activating Peacock Premium which was a service they included to my package for 2 years. We had issues with it for 3 hours yesterday and I was told to go to the Xfinity location nearest me and they can fix it. Fast forward I went to the location and I thought I might be able to get it fixed. The greeter was great. Edward not so much. I was trying to speak to Edward and he was rude, kept cutting me off mid sentence, and said you can cancel your subscription, I'm not giving any discounts. Ive been with the company since 1985. And at my new location for over 11 years. And this is how he treats customers. That is insane. And what's crazy is i was about to get 4 phones at this location. I even told them that on the very beginning but Edward didn't know. Lol. He is very unprofessional

    Lars has been a true joy to work with over the years and it pains me to read negative reviews…read moreregarding his inability to be EVERYWHERE at once. He is the DEFINITION of a ons-man-show! With clients up and down the Napa Valley (literally up, as in top of Spring Mountain) people need to understand that the care and love that independent service providers like NapaLink provide are far more valuable in the long run than Big Corporate providers. The negative reviews on here seem to be from people who are used to being transferred to Indian for an appointment setup or technical support. Lars has dozens if not hundreds of clients and he manages us and our inquiries promptly and with sincerity. You won't find a better person in local Internet Providers.

He actually installed when he said he would, but we only had service for 6 weeks with VERY SLOW SERVICE. Then internet down for several days before he let me know ath... "someone stole the tower". With almost zero communication and ZERO internet after that, we switched to Valley Internet, which has been SUPERB! I asked Lars for a return of the installation fee... and that request was never responded to. The contract was for a year... 6 weeks was hardly close to a year. Ya get what you pay for with this guy. Less $$ up front and monthly but it was a HUGE mistake!

I will tell you that Temo was very, very patient and understanding in all the questions and inquiries we had, and he answered ALL. This job and service was very important to us so we wanted to get it right. Thank you Temo. As far as the installation and the service we now receive, I want to laud and praise Mitchell for his great skills, attitude and just simply ensuring that the "customer is truly happy" with their install and service they get. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and truly takes pride in all that he does.
