Well I didn't write this immediately I did let my experience sink in, I had the Ruben sandwich, it just wasn't good, the meat slices were not the same thickness, the thicker slices were very chewy and hardly any sauerkraut was on it. The meat had no flavor, the sandwich was very plane for it to be a premium sandwich on the menu. There is no doubt this was the worst Ruben sandwich I've ever had.

This was our first time visiting Brick Works. We sat at the bar - service was outstanding... relaxed, no pressure, great recommendations. Food was really good and we loved the vibe at the bar and may try eating outside next time. While we missed Happy Hour, we'll definitely try it next time.

Party of four at their Halloween beer dinner we've been before and enjoyed the food, beer & community dinner table however I believe they over booked with the restaurant inside pretty busy the outdoor beer dinner fell short almost every dish was served cold I will say at least the 4th course was at least lukewarm. Lauren are server was great and so was the concept but I think I'll be passing on their next outdoor event

Came here and sat on the patio with our dog for Sunday happy hour. We were greeted promptly and were given a seat and a water bowl for the dog. Beers were great. Patio was the perfect temperature. Apps were great and served quickly. We went next door to yellowfins for dinner but we wish we stayed here! We will definitely be back

Stopped in for late lunch, had a Cuban sandwich and tried the American light lager it was very good. Service was good. Plenty of TVs and when I asked them to put on a the France v Netherlands game they accommodated the request. Would come back again.

Three of us had lunch on a weekday. Restaurant was pretty empty. Food wasn't very good. Pork schnitzel sandwich was thin and overcooked.

It's hit or miss. Staff are great some of the food just okay. Fried pickles were terrible too much coating.

They have the juiciest, best chicken sand-which I ever had. Hands down would go again.

Great craft beer and a relaxing atmosphere! My family stays in Selbyville for our annual vacation…read moreevery June and usually venture up to the Indian River Inlet and down as far as Assateague Island. On a Thursday mid-afternoon we were on our way back to the house from the Indian River Inlet and were in the mood to relax with a beer. Luckily, Bethany Bay Brewing was right on our way home so we took a little detour. The parking lot was pretty empty but to our surprise it was rather crowded. The beertender, Mack, was right there to greet us. She was very nice and helpful, did a great job explaining their tap list, and even gave us recommendations for other local establishments to try out. She also gave us an opportunity to taste any beer before we ordered a pint which is much appreciated! My dad got an IPA while my mom and I got flights (5 pours for $15). I enjoyed all of the beers I tried, especially the Blueberry Blonde and Blood Orange IPA. I would have been happy ordering a full pour of any of the beers I had in my flight (I also had Riptide Double IPA, Dark Seas Chocolate Stout, and Birds Nest Lager). They also provide complementary popcorn to their guests which is a thoughtful gesture. They have seltzers, wines, and ciders available for any non-beer drinkers out there, and I did see a sign signifying discounts for veterans and cyclists! If I lived locally I would definitely be a regular here. Next June I will definitely make it a point to stop in and have another flight of 5 beers I didn't try during this visit. We were very pleased with our short visit and were very happy we made the decision to stop in on our way home.

We enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere so much that we made it a point to come back the following year. That second visit was just okay. The food and service weren't quite as good, but we chalked it up to an off day and decided to give it another chance this year. Unfortunately, the third visit was the worst of the three. We were initially seated near the stage where the music was so loud that we could barely hear each other talk. To their credit, the host was accommodating and moved us to another table when we asked. However, our server's response was disappointing. She made a passive-aggressive comment along the lines of, "That's fine if you move, I just won't make as much money." Not exactly something guests expect to hear when simply asking for a quieter table. The food was bland and arrived at different times. Some dishes were cold by the time they reached the table. Several drinks were forgotten, and we had to remind our server multiple times before receiving them. We also spoke with management about our experience, but they seemed largely uninterested and didn't appear concerned about addressing the issues. The one bright spot is the outdoor area. It's a great space with lawn games, a playground, and plenty of room to relax. If you're looking for a place to have a drink outside and let the kids play, it serves that purpose well. For us, though, the combination of poor service, inconsistent food quality, and lack of concern from management means we won't be returning.

Service was quick and personable which is really not that common anymore. Pickle chips were super tasty with a good sauce. We aren't beer drinkers but the warm cocktail was also delicious and another blanket of comfort. We both had sandwiches and both barely finished half, the portions are worth 2 regular or 3 small meals! The chicken could have used more seasoning but it was plenty. The salmon burger was also huge and perfectly cooked. What everyone knows to be true is- you want to be fed well and have a great time trying new drinks, definitely check out Dogfish.

I had the Rhinestone Cowboy burger, which was seasoned well and medium rare, but it was dry, especially around the edges. The bbq sauce was delicious. The fries were ok but not crispy. The other one had Korean tacos, which were also just okay. We tried the Coconut Etiquette beer, which as very refreshing and not as fruity as expected, which is a good thing; very subtle coconut notes. Wouldn't go back.
