We went to InOut labs in Morton Grove and can I just say what an AMAZING experience we had! I spoke with a live human here multiple times (Aileen) prior to going and she reassured me, took her time and talked to me as to what to expect. We made an appointment and we were the only ones there. They don't take insurance but we knew this ahead of time and obviously we can submit for insurance later. We just went to get her blood drawn and after prepping our daughter for weeks, I can just say she did amazing! The lady there are even had some little toys for her that you know she probably went and bought on her own in anticipation of My daughter coming. Thank you a million times!

I arrived early for my 2:00 pm appointment and wasn't seen until 2:22 pm. I get it, it happens. I gave myself time to wait. 2.) I was told I didn't check-in correctly, which was because Labcorp sent me the incorrect documents/procedure to check-in. The screen showed that I successfully check-in when I first arrived. Thankfully, I could still have my appointment. 3.) As I was waiting, the patients to be seen kept growing. Some people mentioned they hadn't been seen yet and were still waiting 40 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. I understand they may have been late and weren't mentioning that, but even people who arrived on time and before me were still waiting when I left the appointment. 4.) When I was in the back room with the nurses, there were some no-shows called. The nurses simply pointed at who they wanted to take that appointment time. Then complained if people mentioned they were servicing people out of order...which they were absolutely doing and talking about in front of me. 5.) The nurses were nice to me, possibly because I was polite to them. That's what the extra star is for. My experience was definitely better than some other patients there. Go at your own risk.

I only got one test from them and 2 weeks later I get another email with results. I called and they said it was a mistake disregard. You have to scan the code on the door, fill out the info and save the "Thank you" code. Once you are inside you will have to show your "thank you" code or email. I never got a "thank you" so I had to re sign in and I was able to get my client number and show it to the lady. We got the results in under three hours. Very convenient and pretty hassle free. This service made everything so easy. I was able to book the appointment via text. The phlebotomist communicated effectively, came directly to my corporate housing, followed all arrival instructions correctly, and had a pleasant, professional demeanor.
