I scheduled the appointment, followed the instructions, picked up my brother and went to the Arlington Heights office. My brother has a difficult time with medical facilities, so it is challenging to say the least, but with some patience we always get it done-just requires some patience. I was told I needed to take the urine testing box home and complete it there and return another day to drop off. I explained I would prefer to complete it at the facility to avoid further trauma and anxiety to my brother and another trip. Tech repeated needs to be done at home, despite being given different information from customer service. My brother was gagging because he sensed my frustration, but I explained with my help, I could get the urine sample and would prefer to get it done that day. One of the woman even went to the extreme of saying so many people go in and out of the restroom and it may not be as clean as it would be to it at home. I gasped and repeated asking if cleaned after each patient. She replied yes, but concluded it would be better to do it at home. Clearly, we were the last appointment of the day and with my brother being special needs they believed leaving at closing time, 3pm wouldn't happen. I was confident and have collected urine samples for my brother before. I was extremely upset and frustrated because it was crystal clear customer service was not the priority here, but leaving at closing time was. Shame on these three women for turning us away instead of assisting and making life a little easier. I did report to Quest leadership and I hope it is addressed accordingly. I will never visit Quest again after this experience.

It's not worth the risk when you can go some place nationally known where actually nurses and professionals work And follow strict protocols as simple as hand washing. They often don't even have soap in their bathrooms to wash before samples are taken. Don't even get me going on how rude the entire staff is. Run, don't walk to some place reputable.

Was tough for us…read morebecause we had an appointment for a Covid test and they were running 90 minutes behind for some reason. Had to sit in our car until ready. Frustrating. But the staff was friendly and helpful. Spoke on the phone to Becky several times while we waited. She was pleasant and reassuring. That helped. Seth was great in onboarding us as new patients and taking vitals, etc. And then Dr. Nitin Soorya was very gracious in talking with us about the results and next steps. His "bedside" manner was great. And would love to have him again next time we are there. Only one reason we could not give them 5 stars was one staff member we spoke with on the phone during our online check in process. Not sure of her name. We did not like having to do everything on our phones in the car to check in. Drivers license pictures, insurance card pictures, etc. Wanted to go in and have them do that. But they refused. (our daughter had been at another location the same day and did not have the same issues we had today) Online when booking the appointment it says it is "optional" to do the check-in online. We chose not to. She called and said it was mandatory. Ok. So we checked in with our phones. Completed the check in process, got replies saying they were completed. If a required field was not filled in, it prevented you, as it should, from continuing. But we did it all and finished. Got a few texts and eventually a call from this woman (difficult to understand her accent) there who said we had to give a credit card too. I explained the form says it is optional, so we did not want to put it in. We have insurance, she looked it up and no copays, etc. Was 100% covered by insurance. She insisted it was their policy to have credit card information anyways. Though the policy, per the online check-in, was "optional". She said we were wrong and it would not have completed our forms online without it. Even though she had all our check-in information except that one thing. Does not make sense. She clearly did not know the form was saying optional and instead of apologizing, etc. she choose to simply keep saying, this is our policy and I must do this. We eventually complied and gave her our credit card. We did not get charged, as was expected, and insurance took care of it. However, our CC info is out there now, where we did not want it to be. If she was our only person of contact, we would have gotten our tests and never considered returning. Good thing we met Becky, Seth and Dr. Soorya. They saved the day for this group! So after all that, we do recommend this place. Just watch out for the other lady.

I showed them that the bill had been paid a couple of months back and even showed them that the balance was $0 in their phone app. They didn't budge, no pay - no service. They told me to take it up with billing, who at that time was closed for the day. Didn't matter that I had a kid in distress. I took my kid to Duly immediate care in Schaumburg and was in, diagnosed and treated in well under an hour. I did call billing the next working day and they told me there is zero balance, and the facility should have treated my kid and handled any billing issues afterwards.
