Was all explained kindly to me. When I got in, Dr Ziemann spent a lot of time with me to understand what is going on. She's down to earth, compassionate. The office has online access for test results, appointments, and a way to. contact my Dr. I had a question about my results and Dr Ziemann was quick to respond. The front office and nurses all very nice and helpful and kind. They can do own blood tests there so no need to go to 3rd party blood test company.

After completing it at 8:52 am, I saw my spot in line: #5, estimated visit time 10:06 am. One hour, fourteen minutes of waiting in an empty waiting room. They do have a screen showing your place in line and the online app gives you this, too. Receptionist was excellent. Nurse was good except she did some tests that seemed completely unrelated to Dr Rod had excellent interpersonal skills/bedside manner. I actually got seen 22 minutes earlier than the original projection. I drove a mile past NCH immediate care to get here because of its bad reviews and I am so glad I drove the extra mile! Exam rooms are very clean, look new too. Plenty of space and extra seats for parents that bring kids.

I don't know why nurse practitioners are in the legal business. But as it turns out, the lawyer was a fraud and was not representing me at all. I can't help but wonder if my employer didn't send me here for this experience. I called Bianca about it and she started yelling at me telling me I was mentally ill. She sent me discharge papers from our phone call stating that I was delusional and hostile. I was certainly hostile but delusional is a medical diagnosis. That's not typically how diagnosises are made. They don't seem to care much about human beings at all here.

The receptionist was pleasant and understanding. They ended up being more busy than they thought so wait time was a little long. This clinic had med students doing their clinical, I happened to get two whose first day of clinicals it was. They were nervous but very polite. The podiatrist Dr Laura was very helpful, great beside manners and very thorough. I ended up getting an x-ray also and even with them being busy and long v wait time it was still a good visit.

After TRICARE approved a psychiatric referral for my dependent, I called to start the new-patient process. The experience was frustrating from the beginning. The automated phone system sent me through multiple prompts, only for the staff member who answered to ask what I was calling about anyway. I explained that I was calling on behalf of my dependent, who is on the autism spectrum, illiterate, and has an intellectual disability. I also explained that I am currently overseas in Okinawa, Japan and needed assistance completing intake paperwork on his behalf. Instead of offering any accommodation or guidance, the representative repeatedly and dismissively told me to "go to the website." I asked if the forms could be emailed so I could help my dependent complete them. The answer was an immediate and repeated "no." I was told portal access is only available after becoming an established patient--yet portal access is required to become an established patient. No alternative was offered. The tone throughout the call was rushed and dismissive, as though I were an inconvenience. When I expressed my frustration and pointed out the lack of empathy, the representative abruptly ended the call by hanging up. For a healthcare organization that should understand accessibility and special-needs care, this process felt rigid, inaccessible, and uncaring. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this clinic to families advocating for dependents with disabilities.

Within 15 minutes I was taken back into a room. The nurse came in and saw me ten minutes later. In total, I spent four hours there - having a number of tests, etc., before being discharged. Wow. I know that ERs get busy, and maybe I showed up at the right time, but the speed of care delivery and the friendliness of the staff blew me away.

I was diagnosed with COVID on 1/14/26, I have asthma and was having trouble breathing. I was diagnosed with COVID at Endeavor's immediate care sister location. My physician there told me to immediately go to the ER with any signs of trouble breathing, given I had been hospitalized before because of COVID. 1/15/26 My husband drove me to the ER at 8pm. The waiting room was full with other patients. The front desk clerk was empathetic and checked me in with my husband telling her my symptoms. We sat and waited 40 minutes before they took my vitals. At that time we encountered 2 rude snotty nurses. One typing on the computer asking what was going on (A nurse) and the other taking my vitals (B nurse). The one on the computer asked what was wrong, I stated I have a bad cough and trouble breathing. Which she snarkily replied "Yeah but that tends to come with covid". I informed her of my medical history. The 2nd nurse taking my vitals (B nurse) was rushing and was rough with me. She checked my blood pressure but looked away while my arm was turning bright red and numb from the machine. A nurse told me I can wait outside, mind you, I still had the oxygen and blood pressure equipment on me still. They did not care for my well being, only to rush me out so they could gossip again. Another 40 minutes go by and I get called for blood work. C nurse was very polite and empathetic as well. When C nurse pulled me to the back, A and B nurse were gossiping again. B nurse said "ugh everytime I do 1 another 2 come in. I just can't keep up hahaha". I informed C nurse I had blood work done at the immediate care the day before, and was trying to go in the same spot to prevent further bruises. Another 30 minutes go and I got called for an x-ray. The physician was very efficient and quick. He informed me it would be 40 minutes before the specialist could read my chart. I went back to my seat in the waiting room. While waiting, there were elderly people who were there 6 hours with new arrivals being helped before them. People that were "fine" when they came in, but saw the room filled so they constantly harassed the staff about waiting, even though they were there 20 minutes. They made fake groaning and moaning noises, even getting louder for attention, they got helped first. In the words of the staff "at least you guys don't have to hear her anymore" But that's when others started leaving or being vocal about not being helped yet. My husband asked the desk how much longer for me, because I was still having trouble breathing and it was already midnight. They stated "I don't know but there's at least 4 more people were ahead of you" That's when we decided to give them 1 last hour before leaving ourselves. When we did decide to leave, we checked out at the desk to inform them we were leaving because of the wait time. In the middle of our conversation, another nurse walked in on us talking with the desk clerk, heard us wanting to leave. Which she sighed loudly and rolled her eyes. I will never ever go back to this ER. The most unprofessional group of human beings I've ever encountered in the medical field. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK WITH PEOPLE, GET OUT OF THE MEDICAL FIELD. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH GROUPS OF PEOPLE IN PAIN, THEN DON'T WORK IN THE EMERGENCY ROOM. It is known emergency rooms are more packed at night then the day. Then why hire unkind rude people to deal with the public? The only way I would've got attention is if I made a scene whining and crying or dropped dead on the floor from asphyxiation. Because clearly, my medical history or the current state I was in coughing loudly the entire time, showing I was having trouble breathing, was not enough for them.
