When you arrive, there is no one to greet you. They have a kiosk where you check in - it also scans your ID and insurance card. If you don't have an appointment and are a walk in, the kiosk suggests you make an appointment next time, and that your wait could be 30 to 60 minutes. I decided to wait and was called back within a couple of minutes. Their blood draw rooms are nice. The phlebotomist was patient, asked questions, and listened when I answered. The care they show is nice. Aside from the odd experience with their kiosk, the visit was good and it was fast.

The owner and many of the staff are not trained and do not hold any certifications in blood or sample collection. I had a test taken here and then another one on the same day with entirely different results from Quest that helped to clear my name. It's not worth the risk when you can go some place nationally known where actually nurses and professionals work And follow strict protocols as simple as hand washing. They often don't even have soap in their bathrooms to wash before samples are taken. Don't even get me going on how rude the entire staff is. Run, don't walk to some place reputable.

The ladies here are super nice…read more Justine who does the actual test. Is very comforting. As she is prepping you she keeps your mind busy by talking of light subjects. She explains the procedure very well. She lets you know that there are intervals where you can talk to her and move around. I had to scratch my nose, so she guided my hand to my nose. The actual bedding seemed like foam, comfy. She put a wedge under my legs to help the lower back. My MRI was for my neck and the device wasn't intimidating. What I laid my neck on was sorta like a U shaped pillow. Then like a grill, sorta like a football player wears was open, is put on your face, not confining at all. Added plus I got to listen to Yanni's music. I texted my doctor, if I ever need a MRI again, I definitely want to go there. Update: As comforting as they were the MRI my orthopedic doctor said the CD wasn't done well. This really upsets me, because he said if therapy doesn't help I'll need to go to a different place to get another MRI. it upsets me because I'm claustrophobic I needed to be sedated for the Bloomingdale MRI and now I have to go through this again.

Let's face it it can be awkward taking a test and meeting some random people, but the people at ANY job who at least attempt to talk to you are above and beyond the average worker just going through the motions. At least the person I had was that way, which was great. As in the end we all do our little ways to help, but they really do add up and help others so because of great service 5 stars.
