As good as it gets!" and in this case, I could not agree more. The office itself is great. The staff are nice and seem pretty organized, and I book my appointments online without issue. I am also usually able to get a spot within a reasonable period of time (not 6-8 weeks out like so many Chicago doctors). However, the real reason for the 5th star is Dr. Reyes. Dr. Reyes has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. She actually takes the time to listen to your symptoms, concerns, and history. Dr. Reyes also seems to genuinely care about my health and well-being as much as I do, acting sympathetic toward even seemingly minor complaints. Miraculously, she is able to give this much attention to her patients and STILL her office runs on time. I don't know how she does it--I've never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. I first saw Dr. Reyes in January 2014 when she was with the Advocate group. I was disappointed when I called later for another appointment and they told me she was no longer there. The staff had no information on where she was practicing or how to contact. I was forced to try other PCPs, and it was only when I needed a check-up in 2017 that I finally found Dr. Reyes again. Her office is cozy and calming, without the buzz of a reception desk. Cady, Dr. Lindner's therapy dog frequents the office, she is the sweetest. The one-on-one attention is wonderful and unmatched. From the time I sit down in her office I feel like she is engaged in everything I say and really hears me. She is thoughtful and kind. I appreciate her thoroughness and calm, kind demeanor. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment and most importantly, she listens to what's going on and we have dialogue. Her after-care communication is great; although the office has an online system that they use for appointments and billing, etc. Dr. Bailey sends your results out by mail and makes herself available if you have any questions. Jorgenson…read more Over the course of my mother's care, it has been extremely difficult to obtain timely appointments with Dr. Jorgenson. She is frequently unavailable, and appointments are repeatedly rescheduled by the office to other physicians within the same network because she is unavailable. In addition, messages often go unanswered, making it very difficult to communicate regarding important medical issues. My greatest concern occurred today when Dr. Jorgenson refused to authorize a refill of my mother's high blood pressure medication. My mother is 84 years old and has a history of hypertension. At the time the refill was denied, she had completely run out of her medication. T he reason given was that my mother had not been seen in one to two years. However, this is inaccurate. We have been to the office at least twice during 2026. On multiple occasions, appointments originally scheduled with Dr. Jorgenson were rescheduled by the office because she was unavailable. It is unfair for my mother to be denied essential medication due to circumstances beyond her control. The pharmacist at our local pharmacy also expressed concern about the situation, stating that abruptly discontinuing blood pressure medication in an elderly patient could place her at unnecessary medical risk. Despite this, we were told that no refill would be provided and that my mother would have to wait until her next appointment on July 14 before receiving her medication. I find this situation deeply concerning. Denying an 84-year-old patient access to essential blood pressure medication while requiring her to wait weeks for an appointment raises serious concerns about continuity of care and patient safety. I advise you all to be careful. Specially lf your elderly individuals with chronic medical conditions--or your Children's are been seen and put at risk by careless this individuals.

Dr. Broderick is one of the few physicians at the Logan Square office, and despite what appears to be an overwhelming workload, he consistently treats every patient with kindness, patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion. He sees a tremendous number of patients each day, responds to patient portal messages promptly, conducts telehealth appointments well into the evening, and still manages to make each patient feel heard and valued. What impresses me most is not just his intelligence and medical knowledge, but his work ethic. In today's healthcare environment, it is rare to find a physician who remains so accessible to his patients. Questions are answered quickly, concerns are addressed thoughtfully, and he never makes you feel like you are just another appointment on his schedule. As a person and a doctor, Dr. Chacko seems good. She is very nice, takes the time to listen to your issues, and lets you get out all you need to say. She also calls back quickly each and every time you leave a message with a question or concern. As stated above, her hours are convenient and she never seems that busy. There is a lab in the same building, which is helpful. She has been a doctor for 30+ years so Id say you were in good hands. I always feel so. Minor issues: Her hospital affiliation is Illinois Masonic, which is the Antichrist of the medical world, in my humble opinion. Also, she is very quick to send you to a specialist, which is good to be on the safe side, but kind of a hassle when you are short on time and/or cash.
