As good as it gets!" and in this case, I could not agree more. The office itself is great. The staff are nice and seem pretty organized, and I book my appointments online without issue. I am also usually able to get a spot within a reasonable period of time (not 6-8 weeks out like so many Chicago doctors). However, the real reason for the 5th star is Dr. Reyes. Dr. Reyes has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. She actually takes the time to listen to your symptoms, concerns, and history. Dr. Reyes also seems to genuinely care about my health and well-being as much as I do, acting sympathetic toward even seemingly minor complaints. Miraculously, she is able to give this much attention to her patients and STILL her office runs on time. I don't know how she does it--I've never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. I first saw Dr. Reyes in January 2014 when she was with the Advocate group. I was disappointed when I called later for another appointment and they told me she was no longer there. The staff had no information on where she was practicing or how to contact. I was forced to try other PCPs, and it was only when I needed a check-up in 2017 that I finally found Dr. Reyes again.
