People who were present at the exam are apparently too busy to ever give any why for disregarding what I asked for. I don't know if I would have agreed to any test(s) if the doctor had explained why he wanted to diverge from my reason for visiting and do additional costly work, but I was never offered any choice in the matter. Unfortunately, I have to start over and find a better practice for me.

She asks your opinion and gives you several treatment options. She also errs on the side of caution instead of the "wait and see" some doctors take. She is never in a rush and makes sure everything has been covered before you leave. The team gives you a heads up to check with your insurance company for any testing or procedures that need to be done so you are not out of pocket. I'm usually in and out within a half an hour. They are great.
