As 2022…read morecomes to a close we have so many things to be grateful for. 2022 was a very tough year for my wife and I in so many ways. She had many health issues that required hospitalization on 3 or 4 occasions. The main cause was diverticulitis & UTI's that kept reoccurring & causing severe infection & pain. It became apparent that the diverticulitis wasn't going to just go away. As is the case during her last hospitalization there were so many interns, residents, doctors & specialists that came to see my wife in the process of determining the issues & what the best course of action would be. It's very frustrating having everyone & everything coming into her room. All the specialists urologists, radiologists, infection control doctors & colon surgeons (Dr Park). Dr Park is a very knowledgeable, likable & personable doctor that took the time to explain what needed to be done to prevent the continuing bouts w/diverticulitis. He said surgery should be done to prevent these reoccurring bouts. He performed the surgery back in November of 2022 & as of this date April 12 2023 there haven't been any reoccurring bouts with my wife's diverticulitis. Thank you Dr Park for a great job. We are both very grateful that things have returned to normal.

I waited an hour for my visit and expressed my urgency for another appointment I had and they still wanted to charge me a $25 late fee. I understand patients take longer and may need more time, I was willing to reschedule. Doctors were nice.

All the nurses are friendly and kind. They answer any questions you may have as well. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly. She has 2 locations, the other is in Oak Park right next to Nandos. On my first visit we did several skin tests and the ones marked positive we did an under the skin injection. I'm so happy I found Dr. Shah!

In May of that year, we found out I was pregnant, and we welcomed our baby boy in January of 2026. We could not be more grateful for Dr. Nani and the staff here who helped us. Sure, we have had annoying and disappointing experiences here with appointments, certain things not responding with my body, some miscommunication about the treatment or whatever, but ultimately, I gave birth to the most perfect son that we have always wanted, and I know it wouldn't have been possible without them. Who knew that sometimes all you need is a trigger shot and some medication? I personally didn't have to go through IUI or IVF, but I do know a bunch of people who did at this location and also got pregnant, so I know that they do know what they are doing here. Obviously, bodies are different, and everyone has a different infertility journey that is extremely frustrating, so I am truly empathetic and sorry to those who didn't have a positive outcome at the end of a painful, emotional journey. One thing that I do wish for here is that you could request a specific ultrasound tech because Vita is the absolute best. She is so gentle and personable, and she actually explains what you're looking at unlike most of the other techs. I constantly had to ask the other techs what they noticed was going on with my follicles, but Vita would always just come right out and tell me. I only felt comfortable asking her more specific questions and I truly felt she was the only tech truly rooting for my pregnancy. Once I was pregnant and before I graduated to my regular OB office, she would literally talk to the baby during monitoring appointments and tell him to keep growing. I always had the best appointments with her and I literally told her that. She is absolutely amazing at her job and knows how to make you feel comfortable. Kat was also a great nurse! She broke down everything well in my communication with her and would be very detailed in the portal. I never had a problem with her answering any questions we had, either. Overall, THANK YOU!

She won't even listen through a question. IF she is being over worked hire someone else but also she needs major people skills training. For anyone coming here it's a hard enough task to have such a cold person up front. She isn't the only one. Over the last few years nothing but cold, unfriendly and annoyed girls up front.

Some Drs are good Drs with bad bed side manners but I could never say that about Dr D'Souza his care for you is what he cares about, and if he can't help you his team will work together and find someone who can help you with your health care needs. His is the best Doctor that I have ever seen and I have seen a whole lot in my life time , he calls me the complicated one because I have so many health problems. My dad said the nurse that took care of him in Recovery was "rough" and "careless". He had pain afterwards and she seemed uncompassionate. Hearing that, i just felt saddened by the care of the nurse that took care of him. His english isn't the greatest, so he felt she didn't take the time to let him understand everything and just gave him pain medicine so he can leave and not be a nuisance. After talking to the doctor, i got more of a clear understanding of what to expect for him so it made him feel at ease but his experience was bad there because of the nurse there. Whoever that nurse is, i just hope she doesnt give someone another bad experience. I wish her well.

Only disappointment was them strong arming me for payment on the phone at the hospital several days before the procedure while was I was higher than a kite on pain meds. Really bush league stuff here.
