Besides being an exceptionally competent physician and thorough, he always listens to my concerns, and explains everything, takes his time with you, and has enormous empathy --- and takes a real interest in my life well beyond medical issues. They all really care about the patients and never act like their too busy to lend an ear. I care about that because I have hypothyroidism and diabetes type 2 so I get a lot of blood sucked out, lol. I had to change my previous doctor because the previous one was punishing me with not refilling my medicine if I couldn't come to the clinic as often as she wanted me to. I told her I can do telehealth but I can not just keep coming to the clinic. I am disabled and it's not easy for me to just jump in the car and go where I need to, or when I need to. I do not have a special car for my wheelchair and I can't pick it up to put this in the trunk. Not that it would fit. Its a mobilized wheelchair and it weighs 50 lbs. She did not care and I went months without my medicine, she wouldn't even call me back when I left messages, so I found a new doctor Anam Ahmed MD at this location and she is really nice. If she is too busy, a nurse practitioner calls me back to see what is happening with me. Thank you so much.
