I understand that even a restaurant with an A can have violations or issues, and a pending grade doesn't automatically tell you what the problem is. But when I'm eating somewhere, I definitely want to know what's going on. Our server was super sweet and reassuring, and the restaurant had plenty of customers dining there. The restroom was also extremely clean, so I'm hoping that same level of cleanliness carries into the kitchen. And trust me--I'll be driving by next week to see what letter is in that window!
