Place is cute and had some great music playing as we entered. Service was fast and polite. Food & drinks were great. Stuffed avocado was delicious!! Recommend trying this place if in the area.

The DJ was such a hit! He played all the bops when I dined here. The restaurant was cozy, with its mini outdoor area by the entrance. They had so many selections to choose from, and I'm sure each would have been equally as large portioned as what we got. My favorite was the Ceviche Mixto. That sweet potato was so good! I didn't realize Inca Paisa was a chain! Definitely worth checking out.

This location is a little smaller than the one in flushing but so much better in service & food. The decor is just as cutsie as the flushing location. Great photo spot by the bathrooms. Came in for happy hour, our drinks did not disappoint =] There was only one female working at the time I believe & she did it all without missing a beat. The only thing we didn't like was her shift ended so she closed our tab when we actually would have stayed, consumed more drinks/food since our other friend ended up meeting us there. Why was that necessary? My vegan dish was yummy, all around good experience & will be back to this location. Flushing location should take notes...just saying. Enjoy!!

Overall nice and elegant atmosphere and of course my favorite Peruvian chicken with green sauce. Service was fairly quick with my takeout order. I stopped in just to get that - a whole chicken. Would come back again for their generous happy hour (M-F 1 to 6 PM). NICE!

When you find a local restaurant tucked far away in a strip mall in Astoria, you get suspicious on the quality of food and experience. But boy we're we in for a feast. Vibes - SUPER down to earth and lots of locals (e.g. Colombians and Latin folks) who frequent this spot. I knew this was the jackpot for some really authentic and filling Peruvian/Colombian food. Food - AMAZING. Jalea was my favorite and you get this massive pile of fried shrimp, fish, calamari over a bed of yucca fries and onions. Super crispy but also very moist and tender. Bistec was also an excellent choice. And they also have a great selection of really yummy and refreshing seafood ceviche (can't go wrong with mixto). Drinks - amazing. They do the Pisco sours justice here and cocktails were around less than $15 per. Very reasonable Prices were super reasonable as I thought with the same equivalent meal you'll be paying at least 25% more with smaller portions in places in Manhattan. I will be back for sure!

    That is a delicious jalea!

It is a tiny place with mostly bar stools setting type, not really the most comfortable when you are not tall. The staff is friendly and the place is pleasant. The food was good, but the best margaritas need some work.

Food was really flavorful they have multiple sauces that just add more flavor to your meal. They had a live dj music very smooth would definitely recommend and return to this place

I came here for dinner to celebrate a colleague's new marriage. Firstly, there is a parking lot which is a huge win for the area! The interior is nice and there is a good amount of seating. I ordered a virgin pina colada, which was amazing!! For my entree I ordered arroz chaufa with shrimp which was really tasty and the portion was very generous. Service was fast and the waiter was very sweet! Overall, I had a great experience!

Such a delicious meal with great variety! Went during lunch and ordered the quarter chicken combo, came with avocado salad, Peruvian fried rice, fries & sausages. Didn't realize how big the portions were, us two wasn't able to make a dent! Service was friendly & attentive and loved the fedora hats decor indoor, really summery vibe!

Inca Paisa is conveniently located in the LIC/Astoria area. They have plenty of parking as it located within the shopping center. My favorites are the empanadas from the appetizer menu. I ate them before I was able to take a pic. The margaritas are wonderful. I can't say enough great things about the staff as they are always wonderful when I come. I am happy I have a place walking distance from my home with great food, service and staff. The prices are good depending on when you come.

Cute little place in Broadway complex with lots of parking. Service was hard to get but when we flag them down, they come right away. It was a slow Tuesday night with less than 10 people in the restaurant but it took me finishing my appetizer to finally get a drink. Looked like the bartender was too busy entertaining a patron so finally had to flag another waiter to ask for my drink. Food was mediocre. We got: 1) ceviche mixto: 4/10 presentation was messy 2) empanadas: 7/10 not enough filling 3) pechuga de pollo: 6/10 too much cream 4) entraña a la parrilla (skirt steak with seafood): 5/10 meat was SUPER salty, seafood had so much cream and waitress didn't ask how I wanted my steak so it came well done and it was tough to eat even though it was a skirt steak Overall, the waiters were nice but probably won't go back again as an option.

This restaurant is a rare gem. The food was amazing. Best meal I've had in ages. The lomo saltado was tender and juicy, the pechuga de pollo con champiñones was incredible. The chicha morada was delicious and interesting. The prices were very reasonable. This restaurant appears to be severely underrated here. I cannot fathom how it could get less than five stars. I'd give six.

The biggest question then became, where to go? We needed a place that was relatively easy to get to that would hold close to 100 people. Jungly was a contender for several reasons - it's location, size, vibe, and menu all seemed to check off. It also helped that I had done business with the owner previously at one of his other spots. It seemed like the natural choice, so I went ahead with the booking. Jungly is located in LIC - it's a pretty convenient spot as its close to the LIRR and the subway. Parking can be a challenge, but luckily I found a spot only a block away. The space itself is nicely set up - walking in you're immediately greeted by the bar area with dining areas both to the left and the right. Due to our size, they closed the place to the public and we were able to freely roam the bar area and one of the dining rooms. In addition to standard tables, they have some lounge space and high tops by the bar. The vibe is somewhat modern - a black/grey color scheme paired with neon and golds. It looks like the space could easily be converted to a club-like atmosphere. Since we were here for a private event, the food was set up buffet style - we chose three apps, four mains, and two sides. Ultimately, for apps we chose pita bread with dips, steak tacos, and shrimp tacos. For mains we chose fried chicken sliders, smashed beef sliders, cacio e pepe, and roasted chicken. For sides, we got fries and Brussels sprouts. In general, all of the food was tasty; the strongest dishes were the tacos, fries, and the chicken tacos. The tacos were generously filled, the fries were the crispy skin style, and the chicken sliders were nice and crispy. The weakest for me was the cacio e pepe - not much flavor and just not really a standout IMO. My communication with management to set up the event were a little staccato, though in the end everything worked out. For the most part, my communication with them was consistent in the days leading up to the event. Service the night of the event was overall good - they were very accessible but I found that they could have replenished the food a little faster in response to the rate it was being taken from the buffet. The bar, on the other hand, was great - both in service and variety of liquor available. Overall, we had a great event at Jungly. They were professional, fair, and delivered on the goods. I would definitely consider hosting another event there, or dine here on my own.

The bartender, the one person who should be welcoming and engaging, came across as rude and lacked any charisma. On a Friday night, good energy behind the bar makes a huge difference, and that was completely missing. I ordered a margarita, which is one of the simplest and most common cocktails to make. I asked for it really sweet with plenty of salt on the rim. Instead, it came out barely sweet and with almost no salt. For a $17 margarita, I expected much better. I've had to return the drink because I've had better margaritas for $12 at other places. While waiting for my friend, I had to wait with a glass of water because I didn't trust the way they made the drink. The bartender told me I either needed to order another drink or move, which felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. To be fair, the food was good and the space itself is nice. However, the bar service left a very poor impression. There are plenty of more affordable places where the staff are friendly and make guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this place. Give this place a 6.5
