Becoming a go to spot! Everyone is incredibly kind and attentive. Great food and drinks. Do wish they'd change up the cocktails every once in awhile. Made the start of my birthday week celebrations incredibly special! read more

I couldn't recommend going here simply because of the waiter my girlfriend and I had. I don't think I have ever been so uncomfortable and un-welcomed at a place in my entire life. He was rude, condescending, and was making us feel like we did something wrong the entire time. If he wasn't serving us, I probably would be able to rate it higher, but the waiter was just that horrible. read more

The food here is amazing!! The cocktails are inventive and delish! The buffalo fish is so good! They have so many healthy options! We will be back read more

I'm so sad to report such a low rating. We walked in and requested a table for 4. Ultimately we were seated at a 2 top. Not a huge deal. A few moments after being seated, and sharing seats, we were told it was a fire hazard, and asked to vacate the table. Naturally we don't want to be a hazard so we moved. The nice lady pointed out a 6 top near the bar that we could sit at when the patrons currently sitting left. Once they left we sat and we're eagerly waiting to order a rabbit hole fashion. Unfortunately, the rabbit hole fashion would have to wait. We were once again told to vacate the table. This time it was because a larger group was before us. Very confusing. We got lots of mixed messages from the staff. The ladies in the group thought the manager (who looked like Trinity from The Matrix) was rude. This set the tone. We didn't stay. We left and went to Circa. Sorry Brass Rabbit. We took our money elsewhere. #Bidenflation read more

I like brass rabbit. Their lettuce wraps are really good and the $3 wine on Tuesday deal is awesome! Great place for a casual bite with friends or a date! read more

Came to Brass Rabbit for the first time tonight. HOLY WOW! Everything was so amazing. From the cocktails, to the entrees, I was floored. Diana, our server, was so accommodating I wanted to marry her. If you decide to visit, I will only steer you toward the BUFFALO FISH! So innovative and so different. It was so FLOOFY (the bread), melts in your mouth. I will come over and over again. Everyone should definitely try the brass rabbit :) read more

Food wasn't that good for the price paid. I got the chicken sandwich. I asked for no lettuce but when the sandwich came, there was lettuce. The sandwich not only wasn't the hottest but also there was bones in the bites I had taken. Only good part about the meal was the waffle fries. read more

Really lovely brunch. We arrived on the early side and got a great table by the window. The menu features a nice mix of breakfast and lunch items. We had a chicken sandwich and an egg sandwich with fruit. Delicious! Coffee was great and cups were frequently refilled. Our server was lovely and attentive. The decor in this place is so cool, too! Will be back for dinner. read more

This place is a must try, ambience was great, food was great, good for an after work drink, a date night, or a night out with friends. Started off with a Rabbit-Hole fashioned (a take on an old fashioned) and a no words, both recommended. Next we tried the chicken lettuce wraps, they have five different wraps with various proteins. The main course steak frites with sautéed spinach and finished the night with a gimlet and a vodka flight. The staff was fantastic, the GM Kelsey was awesome. Thanks for everything Brass Rabbit we will be back read more

Started out good but losing steam. I think everyone there just needs more training especially the bar tenders. Two stars bc the pretzels are the most delicious thing. read more

5 tables, 7 servers (at least). At least 30 minutes to order anything, drinks took even longer (we were told there were important things happening behind the bar). 3 out of 8 orders did not come out. I had an egg white omelette, too say it was super wet would be an understatement. It was a disaster. Hopefully a new restaurant comes in soon because this was awful. Our server was very honest! read more

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the pretzel bites and scalloped potatoes as an app. I had the Reuben sandwich as a main and my fiancé had the linguine & clams. While the pasta only had 6 tiny clams on it, he did say the taste was otherwise great. So I have no complaints on food. The decor is also very cute and modern. My issue lies with the service. It was not very busy and we waited a very long time for our apps and food to come out. About 15 minutes for the app, and over 30 for the entrees. Our server, twice, glanced at us and looked surprised we hadn't received our food. So were we. We both use Toast at the restaurant we work at but I was surprised to see the tip percentages they have on theirs. Having 30% as an option kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, when the food took incredibly long to come out and no one even proffered a "sorry for the long wait." Also, please take a close look when selecting the tip percentages. They have them listed backwards, starting with 30% and ending with 20%, which I'm sure gets some people who aren't paying attention. Would be willing to come back because the food was good, but service needs to be worked on. read more

We had a nice date night here! The cocktail options were fun, and the food was good! The service was a bit slow because it was so busy but they were very nice and kind! Give it a try if you're in the area! read more

Called on a Tuesday and made a 11 person reservation for a Saturday brunch and we show up to the host stating "they have no reservation". Terrible service and waitress charged my card twice with different total amounts. Asked for water 6 times and had to wait because "dish washer was full". "Clean" Champagne glasses had lipstick marks. Food was 6/10 and came out in 30-45 minutes. read more

Five stars for excellent management and large portion sizes, bearing in mind they are a new restaurant still working out some of the kinks. My friend and I went here for brunch today, I booked through OpenTable and it was easy to find a reservation. One hour after we arrived and placed our orders, the food still hadn't arrived. Meanwhile, a couple who had sat down next to us after we came had just received their food. We weren't going to complain but in my mind I was thinking I would leave a not so good review... but without us saying anything, the manager came out to apologize and explain what happened - turns out there was a miscommunication on the printer so the kitchen didn't get the order. After she came out, they rushed out our food, and even comped us by offering a drink/appetizer. We ordered the lobster lettuce wraps for an appetizer. For the food: I ordered a house salad with shrimp and she ordered a buffalo fish sandwich. I have to say, the portions are HUGE! We both had to ask for boxes. There's not much you can screw up in a house salad so I was happy with my meal, and she liked hers as well. I also liked the lettuce wraps. If you are not a big eater, you might be able to get away with ordering an an appetizer and maybe a side dish as the portions are generous. I think some of the waitstaff might be new (and this might be their first serving job), but nothing too noticeable. Mistakes happen at restaurants and I'm not mad about that; you have to be forgiving, but it's always about how they deal with it. In this case, they did everything right: were honest in explaining the mistake, apologized for it, and offered a comp for us. I'm satisfied with how they handled it. I really like the vibe and the ambience - it's the type of place you could take a date or a friend without breaking the bank. The menu is interesting enough that I'd come back to try something else. Brass Rabbit has my vote! read more

Great food with lots of non-carb options. The large leather chairs and framed flat screen televisions make a wonderful environment.

Excellent cocktails and great service. Fred and Z are great behind the bar. Desiree went above and beyond. 10/10 recommend,

I came here for my bachelorette a couple of weekends ago. It recently opened and everything inside is very clean, trendy, and I love the little rabbit details. The service here is absolutely amazing. I ordered a burger and it came out a little undercooked and the staff immediately tried to fix it for me. My server is so proactive and friendly! Loved her! Their espresso martini is actually quite good as well. Will definitely come back here! read more

Second review. Service, noise and lighting have all improved. Way better staff, bartenders were attentive and each had on a Brass Rabbit logo shirt so easy to ID wait staff. We had a drink and pretzel bites. Pleasant and not rush nor hyper loud as before. Good food next time we will have to try the happy hour. read more

Solid place for lunch, friendly service, and upscale cool atmosphere. Got the seared tuna entree and it was fresh, flavorful, and attractively plated with lots of colorful vegetables (photo attached). Also ordered a mocktail (was the first cucumber pineapple lemon option) and although it it was refreshing and decent, I would have preferred a stronger flavor (less watered tasting). Overall though very good. read more

I tend to frequent the same Arlington bars over and over again, but was recently in the mood to branch out, which brought me to Brass Rabbit. This place is an excellent addition to the neighborhood! The decor is fantastic - I particularly liked the "rabbit" touches, the gold-framed TVs, and the selfie mirrors in the bathrooms. The service is consistently (yes - I've been several times now!) friendly, fast, and helpful, and both the waiters and bartenders were very knowledgeable about the menu and readily made suggestions. I can't really speak for the food (I'm a very picky eater) but my boyfriend was a fan. FINALLY - I have to mention the martinis ($8 during happy hour) and vodka infusion flights - would highly recommend both. Definitely check out Brass Rabbit for good vibes, tasty drinks, and top-notch service. read more

LOVE MONICA!!!! She was the sweetest and best bartender I've ever had. I'll be coming back every Tuesday to hang out with her for HH. :)

Fantastic addition to the area! Happy hour deals are great, we tried all of the lettuce wraps very generous portions and delicious! Martini's are scrumptious. Decor very clever. Jen the server and Fred the bartender were very personable and friendly. Looking forward to the next visit.. read more

The food, prices, and most of the service here is great but the older woman working the bar there yelled at some people at the table next to us for laughing somewhat loudly but not anything crazy. It seemed a bit unhinged and it is possible the lady going through something else but that really isn't acceptable behavior in a restaurant. read more

I was excited to try this new place but was sorely disappointed. The decor is really cool and it has a lot of promise, but the food was subpar and the service was absolutely disastrous. The place was not busy, maybe 5-6 tables of customers, yet plenty of servers available were just chit chatting behind the bar with no regard for wait times. The check process was also a disaster and took time to get sorted out. I really hope this place improves - there is still a lot to be desired. read more

The best espresso martini I've ever had! Also tried the cosmo martini which was excellent. The atmosphere is super nice and the decor is lovely! Service was iffy at first, but got better! This was our 2nd visit and we tried their food this time- The lobster lettuce wraps pleasantly surprised us with the amount of lobster inside- especially for the $8 happy hour deal. The pretzel bites they brought were amazing! Fish and chips were good- but we'll try something different next time. Definitely will be returning :) read more

The Brass Rabbit, and, Copperwood Tavern are fabulous! They are both part of the Wooden Nickel Bar Company. At both locations, the atmosphere is clubby and fun, plus, the food is always consistently creative, fresh, and, delicious. At Brass Rabbit, the Angus Burger is the BEST burger I've ever tasted!! At the Brass Rabbit, the staff is great - in particular Kris the waiter/bartender, and, Desiree, the manager. The staff is also great at Copperwood, where Roger is my favorite waiter.
