Girl dinner is fries and Caesar salad served in a large martini glass. I would have liked more Caesar salad and a bit less fries, it was very fries heavy. I thought I was gaming the system (and I was hungry for wings). I ordered 2 sets of the half priced (special) wings. How many could there possibly be in an order? It turns out, about 12! And they were super good at that! Not crispy as I thought I was ordering; the receipt showed beer brined I believe. We haven't been to brass rabbit in a while. The menu has changed since we were here last. My son always wants the eggs Benedict which was taken off. It wasn't busy at all on a Sunday afternoon/brunch time. I can kind of see why. The food looks fantastic, but is a bit sub-par. My husband got the croissant with cream cheese and lox - he said it was just ok, he wouldn't get it again. My adult son who thinks almost everything is good said his pancakes were tough. He saved some caramel sauce from the French toast and he enjoyed that. Maybe they were overmixed? My burger was overall ok. I felt the French toast bites we got as an appetizer were the best. The blueberries on it were good the strawberries tasted a bit old. I ordered a hot coffee and it was cold and stale. I let the server know and she made a new pot. My husband got a soda. I think there were only 2 servers for the whole place. We asked for drink refills and they never came so we asked the other server. Located in the heart of Clarendon. We came here on a whim but it was a satisfying meal to end the week. They do have some outdoor seating. The interior was very English pub-y and definitely has some character. Lamb burger was good. They have a good deal for Sunday where you can get a bottle of champagne for $10. I went with two people who don't drink, so it was just me and I did not make it through the whole bottle. The lamb burger was good, tasty. My friend got the shakshucka and eggs Benedict. I really liked the sauce in the shakshucka creamy and slightly sweet. The pretzel bites were good and very toasted crunchy. I do think it was a bit too grungy in there but classic bar vibes. I wanted to love this place, I really did. The food was great but the service was lackluster. The place was pretty quiet and mostly empty for a Sunday evening. We had secured reservations prior, for our group. We sat down and were given menus, and asked what we wanted to drink right away. However, we had to ask to order our food after it was about a half hour without being asked if we were ready to order. (And I had to ask for silverware for the table, and flag down for another drink). Mind you this place was pretty empty for the most part, except for at the bar where there were a small handful. The entire group agreed, the service was really slow / inattentive and they were getting frustrated with it. Anyway, food was pretty good. I got the blackened salmon salad and the salad was really crisp, the salmon was tender. He got the spicy avocado burger. He got two beers that I forgot the name of, and I had the espresso martini and an old fashioned. I've been to brass rabbit twice; once post-dinner and once for a work happy hour. The popcorn they give each table is delicious and the atmosphere inside and outside are very nice! Came here for the first time, the staff were really friendly. The restaurant itself has a cool, relax ambiance, I like the decorations. I ordered the medium cheddar burger with tomato, and added grilled mushrooms. The mushrooms were such a great touch and I'm so happy they were able to add them. It was a nice size burger and very flavorful, only thing I might be careful for next time, is that I asked for it medium and it came out more medium rare but I'm sure if i would have asked to put it back on the grill, they would have. I really liked that my burger came with a choice of a side, i got the house salad and it was very flavorful. My roommate enjoyed her very cheesy grilled cheese that came with a creamy soup AND a side salad. The portions here are a very nice size. So my friends and I stumbled across this place by accident. We were paying the parking meter and it was so cold, we just ran in there instead of walking to our initial destination. My boyfriend and I loved everything, it seems they were a little busy so we did wait a good amount of time to order but once ordered the food came out within about 10 minutes or so. I wandered in looking for a good brunch and I saw they had an amazing brunch deal with $10 bottles of champagne with the purchase of an entrée. I walked in the establishment is beautiful. I ordered the spicy avocado, burger and fries I also started with the feta Dip which was good however it could've used a little seasoning also, I think it's over priced at $14... it wasn't enough bread & veggies to finish the whole did this a decent 8 dollar appetizer. At best. The fries were perfectly seasoned and fresh. My burger was perfectly seasoned perfectly cooked. Everything came out in a great time and there was another bartender who made fresh popcorn with their house seasoning. It was so delicious. They have great weekly deals that are literally unheard of. I would love to gate keep this place, but I won't! Driving by this place and seeing the nightly specials/deals, my friend and I were more than excited to pick a day to come. We decided to come on Thursday for the $10 Beer & Burger special -- much needed after a long week. I was expecting it to be busy, which it was. I love fast service but, I was taken aback because we literally just sat down.. I said one minute please... but, she stayed there looking at me... so I said IPA It is! I asked about the special and the burger and she didn't say anything and left.. ok, vibes are still good! Happy to be here! They come out and the man whisks away -- at this point it's pretty dead inside-- and we're eating our burgers, no napkins no water. I'm currently in Arlington for work and in a very unique opportunity to check all these different bars around town. This time out brought us to the Brass Bunny, and initially we were drawn to them because from the outside looking in, it was a very modern, just overall cool place to hang out. Brass Rabbit has a great draft list, and my friend enjoyed his "Roger That" cocktail - I'll definitely return to try the Cucumber Martini, which is also part of their happy hour selections. My menu item was the cheese tray, probably wouldn't get it again but kicking myself for forgetting to take a photo - it's a two-tier tray with red grapes on top, and wedges of three cheeses below, as well as roasted baguette slices and a little jar of honey. I don't do cheese and honey - if you're serving me a jar of honey without Greek yogurt or tea, I don't even know what you expect me to do. But the grapes were a nice sweet contrast to the savoriness of the cheeses, even if they weren't really noteworthy. So there I was, about two weeks ago, at the Brass Rabbit, and let me tell you, it's not your average watering hole. The atmosphere? Absolutely hopping! And speaking of hopping, wait till you hear about the decor. The waitress was super nice, could give lessons in hospitality. She had us feeling like regulars from the moment we walked in. Sitting there waiting for my meal, my eyes wandered to the ceiling above the bar. At first, I thought, "Wow, such intricate designs!" But a closer look revealed it was a bunch of rabbits in a rather, uh, festive conga line. I mean, if you're going to go with a theme, why not hop all the way? Food-wise, we're talking seriously good grub. Everything tasted great. As for those ceiling rabbits, they really set the mood--lively and a little naughty.
