I really really wanted to be able to give this place a good review. And I totally was going to. My first session, the initial session of microblading was perfect. My eyebrows looked phenomenal. Now after my touch up session, I've realized not until I got home from the appointment, that pretty much all of my natural eyebrows are gone. I realize now that Rejina threaded my eyebrows way too much and probably should have just used tweezers to get some stray hairs off. I looked in the mirror and I could tell there's like only a few natural hairs left. I am horrified. It took me forever to grow my natural brows out. Now I have to start all over again. I also noticed that my right eyebrow is not even with the left and honestly, both of the eyebrows are skinnier than last time at the initial session. That doesn't make sense they should be thicker than last time. My eyebrows are skinnier than I wang them to be, and Regina kept saying she didn't want to make them too thick. In my opinion she should listen to what the client wants and ask them or tell them that she is going to thread their eyebrows. Not coming back due to the second experience. read more

Growing up - I always had my eyebrows waxed. Once I started retinols for my skin, I realized I was way too sensitive to handle the wax. I had only ever seen eyebrow threading in the mall. I discovered Rejina four years ago and I am sold. When she moved locations, it was harder for me to get to her so I looked for alternatives. I've tried threading at the Benefit cosmetics counter and at a few other places in Boston. None of them have allowed me to leave with literally perfect eyebrows that fit the shape of my face. Rejina is truly an artist when it comes to eyebrows. I refer all of my friends to her. I had an appointment today and decided to thread my entire face. Really wanted to fall in love with this place and my eyebrows but I didn't walk away completely in love. I had my first microblading session there and while I've read and seen great reviews and photos, I didn't get the experience I had hoped for. While I'm sure Rejina does an amazing job, my brows came out slightly uneven and one side is longer and slightly thicker than the other. My saving grace is that it is not that noticeable and sometimes eyebrows gotta look like sisters and not twins but damn!, not what I was hoping for. I could tell Rejina wanted to make my happy but ultimately my left eyebrow did end up slightly different than the right even if she had good intentions. I also had to do a lot of my own research on microblading prior to coming here since she didn't go through it with me in detail. I also can't helo but to confirm other reviews stating they felt slightly rushed the whole time. Overall, not the worst experience but not the best. Hopefully my brows will look tight wheb the fade in a week! read more

I got my eyebrows micro-bladed a couple of months ago.. I am not satisfied with the result. She was being extremely rude, and was threading my eyebrows extremely hard. She kept complaining that she was hungry. My took half of my eyebrow off. One of my eyebrows has an arch while the other does not. No need for overpriced eyebrow gel or pencil anymore! Ladies (and gentlemen), Regina and her micro blading is seriously life changing. I was hesitant at first but it was worth it in the end. Regina is amazing and the location is easy to get to by public transportation. The price is also the best in town- you can't beat the price!! The environment is clean and sterile and Regina is very professional when it comes to this. During the first process Regina will numb your eyebrows and then thread them. After threading, she will thoroughly explain the whole process to you and go over what she recommends for your eyebrows shape and fill. The micro-blading itself is a bit painful, but like they say, beauty is pain, but it's worth it in the end. Your eyebrows will be quite dark and bold for about 1.5 to 2 weeks and then it will start scabbing. However don't be alarmed! It might look a bit patchy towards the end of the two weeks but that's okay because that's what the touch up is for. The touch up was a much similar process, much quicker and less painful because you'll know what to expect. Regina gives in detail the aftercare instructions with A and D ointment provided for you. After the touch up, another one is not needed until a year later!!! Definitely worth it and Regina is amazing! read more

I was misled by the good reviews on Yelp and went out of my way to get my brows done with Rejina. She didn't even bother to ask what I wanted and seemed rushed throughout the entire process. She left my eyebrows thinner than I wanted and charged me full price without giving me the 20% discount for first-time customers (which I found out later when I checked the prices on her website). It's the first time I write a review on Yelp because I really want people to be warned before they decide to go to Perfect Eyebrows for a brazilian wax. It was the worse experience I ever had. Rejina is such an unprofessional waxer. She was in a big rush because she was hungry (yes, literally). She hurt me so much, the wax was not warm enough. The room was dirty and we didn't have enough space to do it correctly. She was in such a rush, she didn't care for my wax to be done correctly - which it is not. Whenever i am in her chair she is beyond accommodating and makes me feel so comfortable and whenever I get any service done it looks amazing! I LOVE my eyebrows! Rejina is so professional and so friendly. She kept checking if I'm in pain. I expected that it would be more painful and was so worried about that, but actually it was not. Worst wax ever!! I have been getting Brazilians regularly for a year and decided to try a new place and I absolutely regret it. The woman was unprofessional and disorganized and did not even remember that I had made an appointment. She was double dipping the wax stick and when I asked about it assured me it was only because I was the last client and it would be thrown away. Hopefully she wasn't lying to me, but who knows. She was clearly not an educated waxer and kept waxing the same spots over and over and over again leaving my skin sore for days afterwards. She was also completely unsanitary and unprofessional leaving the used wax strips on the chair I was laying on. So when I moved my leg the wax got all over my sock and instead of apologizing for putting them in a spot it shouldn't have been, she told me to be careful! Worst wax experience of my life and I will not be going back there ever! read more
