I was also relieved they didn't make me fill out a complete, room-by-room inventory of what I needed moved. They charged a very reasonable flat hourly fee based on how many movers I requested (I went with three, which worked well). I was a little nervous that they didn't take a deposit - were they really going to show up?? but not only did they show up (and on time), they worked so quickly you wouldn't have guessed they were getting paid hourly. 10/10, would recommend and will rebook next time I have to move (hopefully not soon).
