I booked Milvus Company and Esquire company showed up, not sure how this can happen. It appears they contract the other company. Also, Esquire company is not honoring their contract and Keeps adding extra charges and want to charge more for delivery of my stuff while I have paid contract in full. I do not recommend the company and I wish I had more information before hiring them. I hired Milvus company but esquire company showed up, not sure how it can happen. Updates: the company is refusing to deliver my belongings. I am speechless and will pursue this matter legally. Stay away from this company. read more

This isn't the review that I thought I would be writing this morning when I woke up to learn that the movers I had set up for my mother had not arrived. The movers were scheduled to be there at 8am but through some mix up, went to another job. This was not a small issue as my 87 year old mother needed to move into an assisted living facility between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM that day. I called the company and expressed my concern in true Boston fashion. Not only did they scramble to find a crew to come out immediately but they offered to refund the cost of the move. Yury, the owner even jumped in himself to make sure she was moved in on tine despite my angry comments. When I'm wrong, I say it. Milvus is the real 5-star deal. And apparently they also have heart. I had never hired professional movers before, so needless to say I was very hesitant about hiring someone to handle my personal belongings. I needed movers to help me from my old apartment to my new apartment and I found these guys here on yelp. I messaged and ask for a quote and they got back to me in a matter of hours . The next day I called and book my move with them for May 1st. On the phone they were so professional and so helpful with all the questions I asked because I was nervous moving by myself for the first time. The day of my move Alex and his partner came on time and was very careful with my things and explained step by step what they were doing which I appreciated. The entire move was very efficient and careful, all my stuff got to my new apartment with no problems. They also helped me place everything in my apartment exactly where I wanted. Had great experience with Milvus Moving. They responded really fast in clear and respectful manner. Very transparent about their pricing (which is a good deal comparing to other firms i contacted). Lower minimum hours. I had a 1b1b to move so didn't want a high minimal hours. They carefully wrapped all my exposed furniture, disassembled my sofa bed and put it together later all in timely manner. Everything was done in 3 hours including over 20 minutes driving. Mario G., Roni B. and Roni L. did a great job packing and protecting all of our things. They were all very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. They ensure to put everything back together and in place. The estimate was a bit off but this was money well spent. We have moved several times and we never hired a moving company. These guys were awesome! They just helped me move all of my furniture and stuff from my apartment in Arlington to an apartment in Cambridge. They responded promptly when I initially contacted them and they charge a very reasonable price. They showed up on time, asked clarifying questions, and then got to work! They moved the entire apartment in 4 hours. They also knew how to dismantle my IKEA furniture which as especially helpful, as it had been put together in my original apartment. They were also very considerate about social distancing and wearing masks, so if you are concerned about the effects of COVID on your move you can feel confident about these guys. We closed on our house the day before thanksgiving and had to be out fast because it was a late close. We used Milvus moving company and can't say enough good things about them. We had 2 guys nick and I'm sorry I am really bad with names for the 2nd guy. However they were pleasant and took great care of all our belongings. Nothing was damaged!!! We went from a single family ranch to a 3 story town house with lots of stairs. These guys were amazing they were very professional and quick.. They dis assembled and re assembled our furniture. They came at 3 pm and left at 10 pm. When it was time to pay the bill I had a knot In my stomach because they were there a long time surprisingly the bill was much cheaper than expected and a weight was lifted off our shoulders.
