Prime rib
Lisa B.

Orders the prime rib it was slow roasted, I ordered it rare, it came out looking brown but was rare. It had a different flavor that's why 3 stars. Our server was very attentive to our party. The restaurant it self was a cool experience of having to go down to a basement after cutting through the bar.

Dinner

I had the ribeye. Wow! I was amazed at how awesome the food is, and so much. There was enough for two people. I have found my favorite restaurant for when I visit Lewiston.

Salad with home made Blue Cheese

You better be hungry and bring an appetite! You will most likely be taking home leftovers. We have been on a road trip from California through Reno up to Boise and on our way to Moscow. We stopped off at Bojack's Broiler Pit because it was getting late and we weren't sure Moscow would have anything decent open late. What a good call! At first look, I thought this was just going to be a bar with a little food service. However, we went downstairs to the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. They brought out loaves of fresh bread and butter that was AMAZINGLY good! Before the entree's come out they bring out a family style plate of good tasting spaghetti. One of my sons had the Ribeye (medium-rare) and it was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The steak was good quality and I would recommend. My other son had the Scampi in a white sauce. He said it was good, but it looked like over sized shrimp in a bowl of fettuccine. Not downgrading because my son said it was great! My daughter had the breaded prawns with Rice. It looked pretty basic, but my girl is pretty picky and she finished her plate. My wife and I split the Prime Rib with Potato. It was a good call since we had three loaves of bread and butter, and a big plate of spaghetti. Plus, we had the house salad with homemade Blue Cheese salad, and I added a cup of the French Onion soup. Another good call, because I love a good French Onion soup. It didn't have the cheese covering the top of the cup, but rather big chunks of the cheese down inside. We paired it with Prime Rib with a local Merlot, Coldwater Canyon. It was fantastic! Tried to buy a couple bottles, but they can't sell them without opening them (DANG IT). The service front the staff was worthy of six stars! Always paying attention to water running low, refill on wine, plates on and off the table and when the Spaghetti came, the server skillfully dished up perfect neat portions for each of us. The whole family agreed this place gets five stars. Not expecting much and Bojacks over delivered. I highly recommend this place if you are passing through or staying in the area. I sure will if I'm back this way. Cheers!

Another solid visit to Bojack's. Great service. Delicious food - and lots of it. A MUST EAT when you are in Lewiston.

The upstairs has the kitchen and dining area. But there's also the downstairs, basement dining and bar which practically lends to a speakeasy vibe. Each time I've visited I've opted for the bar, as I'm usually dining solo. The menu is small, but the food is done so well. I also look at the specials. One time they offered an Ivory King Salmon, I've never heard of it before and looked it up. Apparently it's very rare and makes up on 5% of King Salmon species. Super glad I ordered it, it's buttery, mild flavor reminded me of black cod. But their other menu items are nothing to ignore. I've had the roasted marinated lamb, and they also offer $15 dollar pasta Wednesdays. Recently I had the Linguine with meatballs, it tasted homemade - like the Nonna's were in the kitchen! IF I have space for dessert, I usually opt for the gallette or cheesecake, both are worthy options to end a satisfying meal. My only complaint is that Saute' on 6th is only open from Wed - Sat, so I have to plan my visits...

Everything was phenomenal, from the presentation to the perfectly balanced flavors. Every course was executed beautifully. We couldn't have asked for better service. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire evening. One of my favorite touches was when they let us know the sun was setting and offered to take our photos outside. Little details like that made the experience feel truly special and went above and beyond. The wine pairing was enjoyable overall, although it wasn't necessarily the highlight of the meal. I'd highly recommend The Kitchen for a special occasion. You won't be disappointed!

I initially appreciated the restaurant's response to my review because it gave the impression that they were paying attention, genuinely cared about the customer experience, and wanted to make things right. Unfortunately, when that response isn't followed by any actual action, it starts to feel less like genuine customer service and more like an empty promise made publicly to make the restaurant appear responsive to negative feedback. If you're going to take the time to respond to a poor review and say someone will reach out, follow through. Six weeks with no contact speaks louder than the response ever did.
