French Dip
Jake B.

As always when I'm at a bar & grill or pub, I eat sandwiches with meat. The bread on this French dip was so good and soft. The au jus was steaming and a perfect combo. The waffle fries were excellent, not really offered around other restaurants in the Palouse. The fry sauce was unique and had a twist to it that I very much enjoyed. Cool vibes in here with many pool tables and good space. My friends and I had a good time competing with each other while listening to our touch tune music. The bartenders and servers were super friendly and cracking jokes to us, made us feel welcomed. This is a new hangout spot for sure.

my friends loving their drinks

nicky and karen are amazing!!!! we love them so much. all of the staff is wonderful honestly, drinks are fantastic, food reminds me of my moms cooking, environment couldn't be any better. this is our go to place every weekend :)

Side salads with the steaks...

This place is a pool hall first and foremost, but we got a tip at the local F.O.E. that they made a great bar steak ($18.95). Spot on info. It's not on their online menu, and we would never have know otherwise. I knew my inlaws couldn't possibly finish their steaks, so I went Club Sammie, and it was massive. I loved the Club, but samples of their ribeye has me already wanting to go back and order their beef. Wifey loves Steak Fingers, and theirs were very well prepared and not breaded strips of leather. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. It has a more local flavor, rather than a place that caters to the university crowd. Nothing wrong with that, and in fact, at our age that is our preference at dinner time...

We were going to invite some others to come with us- but, ah yes well, I believe I am not their cup of tea shall we say? I was so glad they elected NOT TO HANG WITH US!!! Why??? BECAUSE I WOULD NOT HAVE TO SHARE THE GOOD EATS WITH THEM!!!! Hahah!!! Oh, under 21 welcome just not at bartop and not after 9pm. Bring the whole fam damily!! The waitri- nice!!!! She I BELIEVE is in charge- I could be mistaken- idk. So polite! She actually spoke with my kids, AND WAS DO RESPECTFUL!! They are starting at the college this fall. And we're very interested in working there! The drinks- looked very interesting but we were there for THE FOOD! Oh my. Such delicious food. Spaetzel. I suppose I would say it wasn't quite the genuine noods I am used to from my German grandma I was used to. But, I am cognizant of the regional differences one may experience- mine came from The Port of Odessa area up river a bit. They were peasants who settled back when Tzarina invited them to settle the area tax free. Yes, we've always been POOR!!! But we EAT! And we eat well! We also had the rustic chix sando sliders. They were quite healthy- and were a bit dry- I prefer a bit more fat- I have some trouble with that but they were so good!!! And the potato fritters- HEAVEN!!! We loves our taters! So so good. I'm doing this from memory- sorry I don't have great descriptors and the names!!! Definitely get s

Great music they have playing too! Highly recommend the Spaetzle Und Bierkase and the Bee Sting Cake! Absolutely AMAZING! The Trailhead was also delicious, great flavor, but the bread was stale.
