You can choose from a wide variety of seafood such as shrimp, mussels, lobster, snow crab etc. once you choose your seafood that you select your flavoring. Choices are Cajun, lemon pepper, garlic butter, or a mix of all three. Lastly, choose your spice level (mild, medium, hot, etc). We both selected the snow crab and snow boil with Cajun seasoning and mild spice. The boils also come with corn, potatoes and a hard boiled egg. Never seen the egg in a boil before. Everything comes out in a big plastic bag in a steel pan. Dump the contents out and prepare to dig in. Let me say that this is not the place to go out all dressed up. The boils are very messy. They give you an apron and plastic gloves, but still a mess. It was delicious. We also got a couple sides of hush puppies which were very tasty as well. Good portions. Staff was friendly and informative. Really great flavors in the boils. They did a real good job. Definitely worth checking out.

You just can't make up for that by slapping a slice of American cheese in there and a smear of jalapeño jam. The potatoes that came with it - I LOVED those. If I go back I will see if I can get just those, and maybe some bacon. Service was good; and it is an attractive and comfortable place in the Old Market.
