There are five different levels of roasts (light, medium light, medium, medium-heavy, and heavy) of the same base Taiwanese Lishan oolong tea to showcase how a master roaster can draw out different flavors by varying the heat applied to the leaves. Each person selects their roast level, and watches as 3 grams of tea leaves is combined with 95 degree water for a 6 minute brew time. There is a small presentation associated with the tasting, so the total experience takes about half an hour. Best of all, it's free! Note that this tea is different from the tea used in their drinks. I got the bubble milk tea with cream, perfect sweet and less ice. The boba is perfectly chewy and, the cream gives the drink a thicker, more velvety mouthfeel. The sweetness and cream perfectly balance the tea. Yum!

I had never tried Earl Grey soft serve before, so I will definitely have to go back and get that flavor next time. The portions are very generous. I got the what they claim to be the most popular mango grapefruit sago and it did not disappoint. It's not too sweet and has generous fresh chunks of mango in it. I don't like grapefruit and decided to take a risk and honestly I did not taste the grapefruit at all. What makes this shine is that despite the generous amount of mango the jasmine tea also shined through and perfectly pairs with the rest of the drink. It's creamy and delicious and the sago is a good addition as well. I highly recommend this popular concoction! You order at the front through a kiosk and they call your number. I came here with a group of 3 and we ordered 2 Passionfruit Sugarcane and 1 Dragonfruit Strawberry Sugarcane to drink, alongside that we got food. We got the Bun Dau Mam Tom, Banh Xeo, and Banh Beo. I must say I was not disappointed at all with any of the food choices. The Bun Dau Mam Tom was rich and flavorful with the shrimp paste, which complimented the meat and vegetables that came with it. The Banh Beo was nice and savory, which offered a bit of oily kick! The Banh Xeo was nice and crispy. These oily options paired nicely with the cool and refreshing sugarcane. Parking is easy with a huge lot out front and they sell some Viet street food along their drink menu. We pulled up during the heat wave a while back on a Saturday afternoon and honestly had a pretty decent line the whole time we were there, we ended up waiting 20+ minutes. If you've never had sugarcane juice before, it's actually not overly sweet in spite of it's name and somehow manages to be extremely refreshing. I'd be prepared to drop 10 bucks per drink, but they are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend all the fruity sugarcane juices, but my personal go-to is the kumquat version which adds just the right amount of sour kick to balance out the flavor.

Cons: We only got small togo packets of ketchup so had to create a makeshift plate using napkins. Food is a bit pricey for what it is. $1 charge for split cups.
