The food is generally very good. The service is good as well. The problem is they slip extra charges on your bill. Sure the 3% service charge for credit cards. Then another convenience charge of 3%, for whatever I don't know. I also asked for some extra jalapeño pieces with my pho -- I got charged an extra 75 cents. I can buy 6 large jalapeño peppers at ALDI for 85 cents. Extra sauce for your pork and rolls vermicelli 75 cents. I use to eat there 2-3 times a week before but these charges aggravated the bejesus out of me. The owners are extremely nice but the extra charges are crazy. Haven't been back in 4-6 months. COVID is over but these cards persisted. read more

The absolute worst place I've ever gotten pho from, ordered a large brisket pho it was probably a small and an order of spring rolls that were as skinny as a pencil and I've only had spring rolls with peanut sauce but theirs come with some clear sauce that's disgusting. I love Bo Tea food but they add so many surcharges to your check. I usually ask for extra jalapeños slices and get four more slices and get charged $.75 extra. If you get water instead of a drink, they charge you a 3% convenience fee. It's ridiculous! The owners are very nice but I've stopped going there because of this BS. read more

Was craving some soup when I was sick. I ordered the chicken pho and the wing starter. There's an up charge for lemon pepper seasoning but it was delicious! The pho was really good as well and they give you enough on the side to make a few servings. The lychee me tea was also good. I'd order everything else again. Service was excellent. I got the chicken pho and it was ok. I like it more savory, theirs is sweeter. Also, they could def add more chicken.

Finally tried this place for lunch with a friend and we enjoyed our meals. I had the Pho Soup and she had one of the rice dishes. We also ordered egg rolls. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Thats always a plus. The food was tasty and the awevice was great. The server explained a lot to us, was patient and friendly. Do you pho? This is a new try for me and highly recommend. Love me a good spring roll, pho, pad Thai moment. Ordered all of the above and would order again next time. Grilled Chicken Spring Rolls and Steak Egg Rolls were very tasty and large. I would almost dare to say a meal for one. But who does that these days? Not me. We also got the Special Pad That which came with Chicken, Steak and Shrimp. Very good and I actually appreciated it not being too saucy. You can choose to add more sauces and there were a ton to chose from. Lastly we went with the Beef Meatball Pho. Meatballs were a little too firm for my liking and different from other Pho spots I have visited. Broth was delish though and you get a TON of bean sprouts, basil and noddles on the side. This place was very good. I was in the area for work and started to get sick. I believe Pho soup is healing but not all established make good pho. Ordered a pork poboy and black milk tea with herbal jelly for $10. I was in a hurry but they were not. I ordered my items for take out. It was right at lunch time so they were pretty busy with patrons. The poboy came out pretty quickly but the drink took what felt like 15 minutes. I didn't get a chance to inspect my items so when I got to the car, My drink was just black tea. Boooooo. The herbal jelly tasted like it was from a can and mashed up. the consistency just didn't feel fresh. The poboy was more bread than anything so that was also disappointing. We tried the brisket pho, pad Thai chicken vermicelli noodles, grilled pork chop rice plate and the grilled pork rice plate. The pad Thai chicken had dry chicken and an underwhelming flavor. The grilled pork chop plate was decent and came with an egg and some side veggies. The flavor of the pork chop was pretty on point with savory sweet and sour all mixed in there. The grilled pork on the other hand was pretty disappointing as it only had a fraction of the meat that the grilled pork chop dish had and the meat was dried out. The pho was average in terms of flavor and left more to be desired. It also was a pretty small amount of pho for the price paid. Overall these dishes could be improved in terms of flavor, less dry meat, and slightly larger portion sizes. Good for a quick meal if you're in the area and looking for some Vietnamese food, but otherwise I don't think I would come here again. read more

This place could be a commercial for "Where's the beef???"...Shame on serving such a lacking product, especially in these tough economic times. Eating out for me is a luxury--and I mistakenly chose this place. It's obvious they're about the almighty dollar, as opposed to returning customers. I ordered the pork Bahn Mi--and it could not have been a skimpier portion size...I literally had to open the bun and LOOK for the meat. And the female owner was only interested in our order, not our satisfaction. There ARE other places that serve this same sandwich, that are better all the way around. This nice little place was more spacious on the inside than it looked. It has off-street parking and you can dine in or take out. We were greeted as soon as we entered and the employees are great at getting orders out. The teas and slushes are really good, flavors are spot on. The honeydew slush is a definite must try. We got our food to go and it held up until we got home. We didn't get any pho this time, but my son said it was just ok. We did try the Shaken Beef Vermicelli Noodles with added Grilled Shrimp (at an extra cost). The beef was tender and had a sweetness to it and the shrimp were a nice size but had the tail on. The Pork and Shrimp Vermicelli Noodle were full of flavor, however, the pork was a pork chop cut into pieces which was fine but this one was fatty. The Special Pad Thai was delicious and had steak, shrimp and chicken. My husband is very picky and he loved this dish. Our three dishes were pretty pricey and I've had great comparisons for less. The tea was way too sweet. I ordered hibiscus green tea with mango popping pearls and rose green tea with lychee popping pearls, lychee jelly and passion fruit popping pearls. I think next time I will ask for unsweetened tea because this was a miserable experience and we were unable to take more than two sips.
