After Bo Tea started with their crazy non sensical extra fees. This is the place I go on the west side of town. Food's good and staff is excellent. No crazy extra fees/profit! Roaches Roaches Roaches when we sat down to look at the menu we had another guest( roach) sitting on the wall chilling and when my daughter told the waitress we didn't want anything that we are leaving another lady asked us what was wrong so we told her and left. My daughter called them to let them know the roaches were on the wall, Bathroom and behind the blinds she kept saying ooohhh idk idk ...ma'am at this point you know you have these bonus guest running around this place!! I am only giving 2 stars because the woman who answered the phone when I placed the order was very nice. We got the mandarin chicken, which came in a peanut butter sauce that was supposed to be gravy. There were actual peanuts throughout the sauce. No where did it say in the description that this had peanuts, and no where we have ever ordered mandarin chicken did it come with peanuts. It also came with literally 3 tablespoons of minute rice for the entire dish. It was in one of those very small styrofoam cups like would be a kiddie sized cup somewhere. That much rice for the whole dish, and you could tell it was cheap quick rice and was mushy. The fried rice was supposed to be Thai fried rice with basil in it, egg, etc... it had one tiny speck of egg and NO basil. Without it, the dish is ruined. I ordered Thai hot, which is supposed to be very spicy. It wasn't. I had to add my own salt. I got it with shrimp which made the ONE dish over $17. It wasn't even enough to have leftovers! I was so disappointed. Over $40 for the two dishes and most of it was ruined with peanut butter. The portion size for the price was seriously shocking. We won't be back. read more

After eating here several times a week for months now. I can openly say each and every dish you order is made with professionalism and love! I am completely vegan so my eating needs are a bit challenging for most restaurants. Not here though they will accommodate all your dietary needs. Their dishes are kind of re-heated and use too much thickening products on their sauce. Pepper Steak was not good at all. Green Curry Shrimp, the sauce had too much flour (thickening) on it and tested reheated with mushy eggplants in it. Not good! Service was good but the place looks kind of old inside. read more

The soup is good, but could use a richer flavor and some spice. I ordered the veggie and it was filled with basically tomato halves and quarters. I like a little more variety. While visiting my daughter we always try a new restaurant and Pho HaNoi was a Gem found by accident. I had Pad Thai chicken, egg drop soup, and a spring roll. My daughter had same soup and spring roll but had Thai rice with chicken. The food is amazing. Hot made to order and the service is great. We ordered food to go from Pho Hanoi Saturday night. We ordered steamed dumplins, shrimp toast, sesame chicken, Beef and broccoli, and beef lo mien. Dumplings were standard fare though they only provided a thimble full of dipping sauce and it wasnt very good. Shrimp toast had close to the right flavor but the texture was the worst i have ever ate. It was rubbery with no crispy oily bite that shrimp toast is supposed to have (it aint health food). Then again they gave a thimble full and a smidge of dipping sauce (are there sauces made with gold or some other precious metal that they just cant part with?) The flavor was better than the other one though. The accompaning rice was just not there texture wise (a bit undone) but close. Then came the entrees, all sauces and veggies were the same, same taste same texture same color same veggies. I wish i would have take pictures because you probably wont believe me that beef and broccoli and sesame chicken would have the same sauce. especialy considering on the menu the sesame chicken has a little flame picture by the next to it and says tangy in the description....no flame ....no tangy...just beef and broccoli sauce with chicen and sesame seeds on top, though i must admit that the chicken part was pretty good. Yall..... don't go respectfully the lady at the front was very kind so that made me and my sister order take out a couple nights ago we called in the order and when we picked it up food WAS HOT even tho we called it in 43 min back besides that when we was talking to the kind lady we ordered sweet tea bc we forgot to do it over the phone YALL tell me why my sister look in the back through a lil glass the lady drinking mouth to mouth on the pitcher then continues to pour our sweet teas I did not see bc I was chatting with the kind lady in the front but like omfggg am traumatized... the only reason I did not give all the food back is bc the lady in front was tooooo kind yk .... But the food tasted not the best crab Rangoon is one of my favorites And from what I know it is not supposed to be sweet which it was VERY so the rest of the food was very mushy and I already was disgusted with the pitcher incident that it was hard eat....
