We are whole food plant based and we feel so blessed to have found this gem. The avocado spring rolls were fabulous as was the tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce. For the main dishes we had tofu vegetable stir fry and rice noodle vegetable lo Meir with fried tofu. Ok so the oil was a little on the fringe, but we rarely indulge, so this was a very special time in our cross country adventure and one place that we will log in our journal as the go to place for great Vietnamese food. They were very gracious and accommodating. We told them what we would eat and they produced fabulous food! We will we back when our travels bring us close again. I used to work next door at Edible Arrangements & this was one of my favorite places to eat on my lunch break. Even now, with switching jobs I drive an extra 20 minutes out of my way to grab a bite to eat here. The service is wonderful and everyone is super nice and accommodating. The food is mouthwatering and I've never had anything that I didn't like. I suggest either the shaken beef or a vermicelli bowl (pork or beef). This is the place to go for trendy, instagrammable food. That is what this place is built on. The prices are kind of high, but the food is decent. You order and pay at the counter then you have to wait a while for your food or drinks. I think they are still having some problems with efficiency and managing their staff because they just opened and it frequently looks like chaos behind the counter and it takes a long time for 'fast food'. Your food comes in to-go containers and they will call your name out, but it gets very noisy in there so you might not be able to hear. The set up inside isn't the greatest because they have a lot of their tables squished together along the side with booth seating. It can be awkward figuring out where to sit and can get crowded over there. I've seen the workers bring out food to the table for some people and for others you have to get up and get it, so there really isn't consistency there. I didn't like the flavor profile of the pork belly sticky buns, too much cilantro and too much sweetness and tons of fat. I loved the Vietnamese egg rolls. They are small with a thin crispy wrapper and come in a set of 8. The pot stickers come fried which is just not something I like. I feel like their menu is off balance. There are like 8 avocado options for some reason. They definitely need some more savory snack options. The Vietnamese iced coffee was very tasty and not too sweet, but it's almost $5 in about a tall/grande cup size. The ice creams look great in photos and have some yummy flavor combos. They do come in a good portion size but they are $7.50. The Hong Kong style Puffle is delicious but you have to eat it sitting at the table because it's hard to cut into. It comes on a plate instead of a hand held cone like the ice cream one. It's the same price as the Ice Cream Puffle combo which has more fillings and toppings so the Ice Cream one is the best value. Overall, it's a fun place to go to and indulge in a snack that's going to look great on your insta feed, but expect to pay for that cuteness! I think they've improved their food since they first opened. They also have Dong Phuong King Cakes now for a super inflated price. But honestly they're worth it! read more

This place is popular- it was packed! There are some great things on the menu. Both food and dessert. When we went people were mainly getting dessert. My husband got a rolled ice cream bowl- the chocolate fudge bowl. And I got the Tayaki, which is croissant dough stuffed with Nutella and pressed (it was a fish shape). Both were delicious. This place just opened a few days ago and I was quite impressed with their large menu and how packed they were when my family and I visited! It was cute inside and the staff were really friendly! It's an average sized dessert shop with plenty of tables and chairs. There was a line waiting to order, but that gave us plenty of time to finalize our decisions on what to get. We ordered the Sticky Buns with Crispy Pork Belly, Sweet Idea Rolls, Mushubi, Winter Melon Milk Tea, Jasmine Milk Tea, Mangonada, Cookie Monster Rolled Ice Cream Bowl, and the Puffle Hong Kong Style. The food came out whenever they were finished, with the rolled ice cream coming out last because how time consuming it is to make. The Sticky Buns didn't look very good and could have used some more meat. It was just decent to us. The Sweet Idea Rolls looked WILD with orchids, but I also thought these were just decent. They were large with plenty of vermicelli noodles and pickled vegs but were lacking a bit of proteins. The peanut sauce that it came with was a bit runny, but taste like your standard peanut sauce. The Mushubi was also decent and could have used more sauce. The rice was well seasoned, so it wasn't too bad. The milk teas were just your standard milk teas with boba; they were pretty good. I enjoyed the Mangonada the most out of our drinks; I'm glad they included that on their menu! The Cookie Monster and Puffle Hong Kong Style were very aesthetically pleasing and made great pictures! They were a bit pricey for what they are, but pretty tasty. Overall, it is a great dessert shop with plenty of menu options! The staff were friendly and even came by to talk to my family! The owner would walk around when the crowd calms down and take Polaroid pictures for customers. I was disappointed in this place. We ordered the bingsu. It comes with your choice of two toppings. We chose strawberry and mango. I was expected to have condensed milk and the fruits in between the ice and on top. That wasn't the case. The condensed milk and toppings were just on top so that when you got to the middle of the cup, it was just plain ice with no flavoring. For around $10, I was expecting something better than what I got. It seemed like some of the employees were lost and it looked a little chaotic behind the counter. I had to wait over 25 minutes for 1 order of bingsu. Wasn't too happy about that. I hope they can improve with everything. read more
