First time here, I was referred. The visit took 2 hours. Too long for me. I asked for a dip, pedicure and eyebrow wax. Pedicure is nothing special, in fact, only one coat was put on, and it looks sloppy. Next came what was supposed to be nail dip. The person assigned to me took over 30 minutes to superglue tips on me, which came out ridiculous. She then decided to file them to death. I am pretty laid back and dont complain much, but my nails looked so bad, I told her several times that I wasnt happy with them and that she needed to fix them. She only made it worse. Awful, lumps all over my nails, it looks terrible. I cant believe she is employed as a nail tech. I am going to try to post the pics. $75 wasted. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for about two years now and I've always loved my nails. I went in 8 days ago for a full set with design with Don. I paid $90 and tipped $20. Here we are barely over a week later and FIVE of my nails have came off completely, from the base of the nail. As if they weren't properly glued. I do NOTHING strenuous, didn't hit them on anything, and my actions are the same with every set that I get from this salon. However I called to ask what they can do for me since I have gone for a while with no issues, and they said that they do NO GUARANTEES. so if your $100 set falls off a week later then sucks to suck??? I am SO disappointed because I used to tell people to come here all of the time. I want to speak to a manager. To charge a hundred dollars for a weeklong set is STEALING. I'm never going again, now I see reviews here of people saying the same about their sets popping off a week later. I feel like I got robbed. What a joke. read more

The pedicure was ok. Nothing special about it and right up the road you can get one that's way way better. This is my second time here, the first time was about 2 years ago and not great, but I thought I'd give it a try as I had some time and was nearby. I asked for a fill. I have (or should I say had) dip with tips on my nails. When I sat down, the drill immediately hit my nail, the girl looked multiple times at the fact that I had tips. I told her that I wanted the tips taken down to where my natural nail was. I also said I had one nail that was lifting that would need to be fixed. She began to pull that nail up. Then she has me go to another chair with someone else. He sticks my hand in acetone and starts pulling off the other nails. Which of course,rips my natural nail off. I said that was not what I asked for and he said that's what has to happen. That's not true at all. I've had tips with dip for years and I've never had to have my tips removed each time. At this point, I'm upset, so I tell him to go ahead and take the rest off and that's all I want done. 3 of my natural nails were completely ripped off my that time, so putting dip over my natural nail would have been a waste. They have horrible customer service, they don't listen or communicate to each other when passing customers off. Now my nails are super thin and too traumatized to have any nail services for awhile and I know better than to go back there again. read more

I'd come here with a recommendation to go to Tony. From October-February I stuck with Tony. He'd done a good job up until the last few sets where my nails were constantly chipping/peeling within the 1st week of having been done. Each visit I'd spent $130+ so I dont think it was wrong to expect my nails to last more than 1 week. When I asked Tony about the constant chipping he blamed me for not curing my nails long enough ( he made me do it 3 times) and me not taking care of my nails. He refused to do my nails after I asked about it, stormed off and left me sitting at his station. Very inappropriate way to handle the situation and frankly humiliating. They got mad when I asked for my nails to be soaked off instead of pried off (OUCH!) and the girl who did end up doing my nails cut me with the drill and said nothing - she quickly threw nail glue on my finger and kept going. If I could give 0 believe me I would. I only went here because I usually book with my nail tech but she was booked out and someone recommended it. The customer service is extremely lackluster and the establishment is worn down and dirty it only took one time for me to never go back again. I even wanted to get my toes done but after being serviced I drove to a different Salon just cause I didn't trust it. I was charged $85 for a set that wasn't worth that much it was just a French tip with glitter and to make matters worse they didn't even last a week. My actual nails didn't break due to them being pretty healthy but the nails literally came clean off one by one in the matter of two weeks. Blush Nails came through in the clutch! I had my hair done at a nearby hair salon and had plans to get my nails done right after. I was in a time crunch because I had my engagement photos scheduled later in the afternoon. The hair salon ran behind and set me back about an hour. I walked into Posh and asked them how long it would be for a gel mani/pedi.They said about 45 minutes. I told them I was sorry but I would not be able to do it because of time restriction. She said don't worry we can do it both at the same time. She whisked me away to a pedicure chair where one gentleman worked on my feet and the other gentleman on my hands. What service! I was out of there in no time and I made my appointment for the photos. They really helped me out. And guess who got my return business for my wedding nails? They did them perfect. This place is pretty bad. I got a gift card for this salon so I decided to use it after not having been to this salon in years. It was so dirty, loud and the whole place smelt like burning plastic. The guy who did my nails was extremely rough. I left with bleeding cuticles and burns on my fingers from him aggressively filing my skin! Rushed through shaping my nails and they all looked so wonky and uneven (I'm super detail oriented with my nails). I asked for French tips and before he started painting the tips, he put his AirPods in and started watching something on his phone while he was paining my nails. He would just stop what he was doing and kept watching his phone. They didn't come out horrible but I think I definitely could of done a better job myself. I left with my fingers hurting a lot. I knew I stopped coming here years ago for a reason and I won't come back. There is another nail salon in this target plaza (by the Bank of America atm) and they are amazing! Started going there 4 months ago. Did a decent job. However tonight was very different. My wife went there to get a touch up and got the worst treatment! She was shocked. They made her wait while they took walk ins. Then they became rude when she questioned them. When they finally took her, they torqued her wrist that was recently injured. Even after she advised them of the injury. They wouldn't even put a final top coat on and told her "you're good, go". I went there after work to figure out what went wrong and they were very argumentative from the start. We are so disappointed as we really liked this place! Close to the house, seemingly friendly staff till now. They're fine till you go for a touch up. Since they make no money off that, I guess you're not a valued customer anymore. I usually love this place because they are so efficient and they always have a good tech. The techs are very friendly and usually always work with me on my nails. I really like Tony, he's very nice and he always talks to me while he does my nails. I also like his technique. However, I absolutely dislike the front desk woman. She is so rude!! I have gotten into it with her at my last session. She never communicates, she constantly leaves me waiting. She never calls you when she says she's going to call you. There's literally no communication with when your appointment time is or when you're supposed to come in. Now that she knows who I am she purposely leaves me waiting because she doesn't like me. I had a terrible experience at this salon. My nail tech cut into my skin and left several areas raw and inflamed on both my toes and fingers. Also, the polish, not gel, did not even last 24 hours before piece started to fall off. When I went to salon to show the receptionist he said they do not guarantee the polish and made no mention of the injuries. I am sadly disappointed. I have never had this problem at any other salon.Most times my regular polish lasts up to 4 days and I have never experienced pieces falling off. read more

Worst customer service ever! I came to this salon as everyone raves about their nail design work. However, they have yet to master actually doing proper gel and acrylic. On my first visit my nails started lifting within 24 hours. I went back and they put some polish on it that would "seal the nail from lifting". This did not work so I went back and was told they would have to remove them and charge for another full set. That was the first red flag, but I figured I would give them another try. Second visit went fine. Third visit was another issue of all my nails lifting. This time I went back within 72 hours and politely asked them to redo the nails because all of them were lifting. I was told that they could put nail glue but that they would need me to pay for another full set. When I asked why this happened again the lady and receptionist said that sometimes its due to oils in the persons hands. She then proceeded to walk away and said "speak to manager". The manager never cane to speak to me; instead they sent a receptionist to reiterate the same thing the lady said. These people need to understand they are in the service industry and need to do right when they are wrong or have a dissatisfied customer. Their facility is dirty and staff are unpleasant. Also, they are very secretive about their prices!!!! After posting my dissatisfaction on my social media page; I also received several responses from others with similar negative experiences. This was my go to spot for a little over a year now. I noticed the past few months the customer service was dwindling. You weren't greeted anymore, etc. It was fine with me though, as long as I was satisfied with the way my nails came out. I had my nails resting for about a month, and went in yesterday for a full set. Mind you, I go to the same nail tech EVERY single time. I even showed her a picture this time because alot of times she tends to put the nails in a coffin type shape, when I before just the basic square. During this process, she is cutting me with the machine, and applying GLUE over the wounds. My nail shape was WAY shorter than normal and very thin and straight. I bought this to her attention, and she replies " most customer's prefer them to be thin, so if you want thicker you have to tell me". Ummmm..haven't I been your customer for over a YEAR? LOL. She wasn't happy about it and basically after it was done got up and walked to back. I was left having to fetch my polish ( that I bought from home) and my purse, with my thin and wet nails, and finding my way to a nail dryer. Oh well, another one bites the dust. this place is a dirty little hole in the wall and all the people in this salon are very rude!! i made an appointment for my daughter and I for fills, mani, and 2 pedi's and i showed up at my appointment time a few minutes early and was told they (meaning both techs) were running about 15 min late and they would call us when they were ready, so we left and came back after about 20 min later for them to tell us that they are running about 45 more minutes late and i told them that my appt was at 11 and i can understand running 15 min or 20 min late however 1 hr, i don't think so. i am a licensed nail tech and told them that they took someone else in our place and they told me they were still working on their first client which was a lie and they told me that i should do my daughters nails if i didn't like that they were running late and if i was a nail tech and that they didn't feel comfortable doing our nails anymore, one guy said he would still do my daughters nails and they would call us when he was ready. well we left and went to Posh nails in Weston where it is a big modern beautiful nail salon and the people are so nice and they took both of us right away and did an amazing job and were happy to take our money. Blush nails needs to be closed down by inspectors cause it is a disgusting dirty small place that looks unsanitary and the people are very rude and need to learn manners and if anyone continues to give them business you are part of the problem because you are allowing them to get away with treating paying clients like this. read more

Extremely disappointed in this shop, was referred by my eyebrow girl, although she hadn't been yet.. moving from Atlanta to Florida I was looking for a new shop and decided to give them a try. I usually get the dips and did so here.. They looked great when I left the shop, but it was exactly 3 days later, they were breaking off, by the end of the week they were ALL gone.. needless to say I will not be back.. have since found out the product they use, Kiara Sky, is one of the CHEAPEST products on the market, even though they charge what most salons charge. I went to get my eyebrows tinted and the lady had no idea what she was doing. She used a dirty plastic eyelash holder for the color and the color was found in the back of a dirty drawer. When she put the color on my brows it wasn't even and she didn't put anything on to protect my skin. They were 5x thicker than my hair naturally grew and when she showed me the finished product i was horrified. It was all over my skin way to dark and stained all around my eyebrows. I told her i didn't like it and she used rubbing alcohol to rub it away. I did pay the 20 dollars for it because i didn't want to make a scene but i did not rip her or say thank you since all she did was make it worse. HORRIBLE! SAM at the front said he DID NOT CARE WHAT THEY TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE (please read to the end). I usually never write reviews, but I was completely unsatisfied with my service at Blush Nails. I was literally treated like an object the entire time. I asked for a female over the phone and when I walked in (TWICE) and I still ended up with a male. At that point, I did not feel like defending myself; I had already been there for an hour and they should know what they are doing wrong! The techs really don't what they are doing as far as designing and shaping your nails even while showing them a picture. I say techs because it took two people to finally create the shape I wanted and two visits (a simple almond shape). I did not feel like being there long or arguing with them so I called letting them know I was coming in the next day to get it fixed. SAM at the front said he DID NOT CARE WHAT THEY TOLD YOU OVER THE PHONE. They charged me extra for doing what I asked them in THE FIRST PLACE. The first tech was too lazy to ask someone or to look for the color I requested on my first visit but lo and behold, they had it the next day.
