Cute little cafe. There is minimal seating but I loved all the windows that let in a lot of light. I ordered a hazelnut latte. It was very good and had a unique flavor. Will definitely come back to check out the food. They had a small menu, but their presentation was top notch!

Coffee here is always amazing. I also really like the Bondi Blue Smoothie. I miss the her -scrambled eggs on toast that used to be on the menu. I ordered the Soft Chili Scramble with Avocado, thinking it would be similar. It basically was, but I had missed that the eggs were "shallot-folded" and they were just too onion-y for me. I also was expecting heat just from the chili oil surrounding the dish, not realizing it would also be in the eggs, so it was a bit spicy for my preference. Lesson learned. Service was friendly enough.

Excellent food!!!! Expeditious service and adorable coffee shop ambiance. I love that there's an option to order your food online but a server still comes to offer to help. Can't wait to come back!

the only good thing going for this place is their employees and the interior itself. cute place, can definitely see it as an beach-side cafe, as shown in the photos. the baristas were really kind and accommodating to us when we visited. however, the espresso machine was broken and the kitchen was closed during our visit. everything was extremely overpriced - regardless of the fact that its located in mclean. we got an iced matcha latte and it was thrown out halfway. their menu seems to have a lot of interesting drinks though. the quality of food seems promising as well. may have just caught them at a bad time!

We selected Bluestone Lane based upon their good food, and the menu is very explicit about what has gluten and what is gluten-free. Our server came to our table quickly and was able to answer questions about the gluten-free options. I ordered the BL Burrito, which was very tasty, as was the included side salad. The coffee is very good and did not require any milk or sweetening.

I was in need of a sweet treat and had a good time here. The coffee was excellent and the almond croissant was delicious.

I'm so glad I found this place and tried it out! The place had large windows so the ambience was great. The staff were friendly. The place has very limited seating but I'm glad I was able to sit down and enjoy the breakfast and coffee. I even brought home a bag of the coffee beans! If you are in the area, definitely try it out!

The lady that works at this location is the kindest soul. She's always so positive and happy, that she will put you in a good mood! Really everyone here is awesome. The food is really tasty and fresh too! Highly recommend their breakfast wraps and croissants.

I ordered the seasoned chicken burrito for lunch, which also came with a yummy side salad , with the blue protein smoothie. Both were delicious! The blue smoothie was my favorite. I liked that I got my protein fix as well as delicious, creamy, and fruity flavors.

Came here and got a basic vanilla iced latte and a hot chai latte. They are both good no complaints, but I did wish I tried more unique flavor after the fact. I talked to some patrons who were sitting inside and they said they ordered a white chocolate latte and a strawberry matcha latte. They both said they were phenomenal. I included some pictures of the inside of the café and it's a little bit of an awkward space just because it is so small. You order in person closest to the other side of the doors or you can order on a big iPad where I was standing taking the photo. I thought the drinks took a little bit to come out because there was only one barista making drinks for both the to go orders and for those who are dining in. As you can tell by the photo, there was a short line on this Sunday morning and it got a little cramped with some of the waiters going in and out serving different tables while they were about four or five of us waiting for our drinks to go. I wish there was more of a convenient place for us to be because I felt like if I wasn't standing right by the main doors, I would be on top of others who were sitting down and eating. I do hope to come back to try the food as it looked really good. I think most of the dishes were over $15. This place is located in the middle of the Boro with a bunch of other stores too!

I like the new menu and see a lot of things that I would enjoy. - Prosciutto Fig Farm Bread - I really liked this. Two long slices of bread sliced into pieces with a slice of prosciutto over mascarpone cheese and balsamic glaze. The bread was soft which I liked. - Hot Crab & Artichoke Dip - nice crab and artichoke taste with plenty of grilled ciabetta bread. - Butternut Squash & Mascarpone Ravioli with sage brown butter - really nice if you like butternut squash, slightly sweet. It wasn't the best I have had but it was very good. - Meatloaf - it came with mashed potatoes and carrots and looked like a big, hearty portion Llie was our server. She was truly outstanding - the best we have had at Founding Fathers! She had a sweet smile, very positive, warm, helpful, and quick to respond to the myriad of requests for ice, lemons, salt and pepper, another appetizer. For my birthday, she brought a donut with whipped cream with Happy Birthday stenciled in confectioner sugar on a wooden cutting board. Very nice! Also, I appreciated the hostess today who needed to get more validation parking tickets. I was seated by someone else, and the hostess walked to the very back of the restaurant to find me and give me the two that I had requested. The parking garage has gotten more confusing since I was there last. There are two Founding Fathers parking spaces to the immediate left when you enter with the brown strip on the floor. Maybe there is more, but those are the two I noticed. The rest seem to be reserved with a yellow strip for other companies. I had to go up to the 2nd floor to find a space. You don't take a ticket when you enter. There was a QR code to scan and enter your license plate number by the 2nd floor elevator, but I kept pressing Continue even outside the garage and could not get the webpage to take my license or have an indication of it knew about my car. I was there about 2.5 hours, and the fee at the box when I exited was close to $15 but with the Founding Father's 2 hour validation, it was more like $5.

I ordered an entrée with three sides: grilled vegetables, roasted heirloom carrots, and mac and cheese. Everything was made to order, so my meal arrived fresh and flavorful. The olive oil-roasted vegetables were simple but well seasoned and satisfying. The roasted heirloom carrots were unique as they were seasoned with za'atar and served with whipped feta, which added a delicious flavor. The mac and cheese, however, was just average. I'm not a big fan of gluten-free pasta, and I found it a bit too chewy. It also didn't absorb the cheese sauce very well, so it wasn't as creamy or flavorful as I had hoped. I also tried the draft kombucha, which was fine but nothing particularly memorable. The service was quick, even during a busy weekend lunch, and a staff member was friendly. While a scramble sounds simple on paper, it is easy to overcook the vegetables. This one was executed perfectly, with every vegetable done just right. The thin-sliced potatoes were highly seasoned and stood out, moving away from the standard, heavy breakfast spuds you get at most places. The presentation across the board was excellent. The latte arrived with a nice touch--a small side cookie and a club soda to cleanse the palate, which shows a level of intentionality you don't always find. We were told we could sit at the bar or outside, but when we asked for one of the open tables, we were denied because they were "reserved for parties of three." That just doesn't make sense. We're still paying customers, ready to order food and drinks. Denying service like that--especially with empty tables in plain sight--feels unnecessary and rigid. I even asked twice, hoping for a little flexibility, but the answer didn't change. I work in the service industry, and this is exactly the kind of situation where you make an exception or use some common sense. Instead, it felt like policy over hospitality.
